Bottom line: I highly recommend Meese Property Group. Damara and Birche show a genuine passion for what they do. They are extremely hard-working, kind people who WILL get your home sold!!

My story: This is truthfully the first review I ve ever taken the time to write and, for what it s worth, Damara and Birche at Meese Property Group are more than worth my time. I have been living in another state, attending graduate school, and planning a wedding throughout the process of selling my home. I originally listed my property with another realtor and it sat on the market for 7 months. Needless to say this was a very stressful time. When the contract with that realtor was coming to an end, I contacted Meese Property Group. Damara was already familiar with my property, and she enthusiastically gave me a detailed plan to sell my house- She was a breath of fresh air!!

We took my house off the market for 30 days for Damara and her husband to revamp the listing and work their magic. Notably, they went the extra mile to save me money and actually did the staging and yardwork by themselves (yes, the actual, physical labor!). When my house went back on the market, I had a winning offer within 24 hours!

Candidly, I am uncomfortable and unfamiliar with real-estate, but Damara was quick to answer all of my questions- even those I didn t know to ask. Throughout the process, Damara broke-down all of the steps, numbers, and terms I needed to know and made the whole process incredibly easy. When my inspection was returned with repairs, Damara was on top of it. She received multiple quotes and coordinated everything to complete the repairs. Although selling one s home from a different state, when attending graduate school, AND planning a wedding isn t ideal, Meese Property Group made it as stress-free as it could be.
