It's not often I feel compelled to review a business, but certain companies have stood out over the years. Meese Property Group provided the absolute best real estate services I've experienced over six separate purchases and sales. I contacted them a couple of weeks before a short notice move. Birche came in with a plan, executed, and had my home sold on the first weekend, over asking price with multiple offers. This was the second time I had listed this house - the first time I lasted 8 months (no offers) before I gave up and found renters. Despite the time zone differences and frequent technological issues (on my side), Birche and his team managed all negotiations and repairs in a timely manner and had consistent communication throughout the process. MPG has a firm grasp of the local markets but also extended the reach of the listing through a rather robust marketing campaign, as opposed to just waiting for the next military family to show up looking for something. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in and around Cumberland/Harnett/Moore/Hoke counties.
