After going the for sale by owner route (unsuccessfully), while using ClickIt realty in hopes to get more showings, we decided to enlist some help. Just 17 days after being listed with Birche, our house was under contract! While he s great at getting houses sold, he s also easy to work with, a funny and pleasant guy, and super knowledgeable about real estate in Moore County. We couldn t have picked a better realtor!
