My husband and I were recommended to Birche and what a great recommendation. Most of our buying process occurred while I was in another state, and my husband was in another country. Communication was key, either phone, text, or e-mail, all of which Birche handled extremely well. My husband and I knew what was happening every step of the way, and if we didn't, Birche would explain the details plainly and give options.

With just 4 days in NC to find a house, Birche took time to understand what we wanted and showed us a plethora of houses. When we were able to find what we wanted, Birche guided us through the deal while neither of us was even in the state! Finally, Birche followed through on the rest of the buying process, including physically taking the keys from the previous owner during closing without either of us being present. Absolutely no complaints, when we look to sell I am sure I know who we'll be contacting.
