This testimonial is SO overdue. We originally listed our home FSBO to avoid paying a realtor. Shortly after we put our sign in the yard, we received a phone call from Birche. He was just giving us a courtesy call to let us know that our free advertising was coming to an end. You see, we were relying on a house for sale at the end of the street to bring us some foot traffic. Birche advised us that he had just sold that house and that the traffic would soon stop. All joking aside Birche asked if we would hear him out and that he thought he could pay for himself . We agreed to hear him out and I can honestly say we couldn t have made a better decision! Birche and Damara more than exceeded our expectations when they listed our house! We figured they would just take some pictures, pop it up on MLS and slap a sign in the yard. Boy were we wrong! Not only did they provide valuable insight into what we needed to do to the house prior to listing but they were able to recommend and coordinate with contractors. Heck! They even staged the joint!!! Our house sold for full asking price just 2 weeks after listing it. Again, thinking that Birche and Damara were pretty much done, we were pleasantly surprised again! They were also able to help coordinate the repairs requested during inspection. The sale closed within 30 days of the offer and we couldn t have been happier. When Birche said he could pay for himself he wasn t lying! He did just that and more! We can t say enough about this team! In fact we used their firm for a recent land purchase and were impressed yet again! We will continue to use them and refer them to all of our friends. Thank you so much Birche and Damara for all you ve done for us! And to those of you that know us, you ll know just how impressive this is considering how hard one of us is to work with! -Rob and Tiffany
