The first time, I had a person named Josh Smith call me, I originally thought this was a possible scam artist with another original name. I probably spent over 24 hours of phone time and he was totally opposite of my original thought: he's informative, professional, cool, and kind. He works for the client. I'm happy with my deal I made purchasing my first home. I recommend asking for him.
