Working with Alison was such a treat! I was referred by a mutual friend in Florida and I am so glad we were connected! There was only one weekend that we were able to come up to N.C. to view houses on account of my husband s training schedule, and Alison made sure we were prepared for that weekend! We viewed at least ten different homes and found the one! This was our first time purchasing a home and Alison made the process so easy and understandable. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and ensured that every process, inspection, and negotiation with the house went smoothly. She was my eyes, ears, and voice through the entire process since we were purchasing from out of state. I ended up recommending Alison to other friends on the market because I was just so pleased with our experience! They even ended up purchasing with her as well! She s a gem. Five stars all the way!
