Have you ever wished you knew "then" what you know "now"? I sure do.

If you're thinking about listing your home FSBO, take this small piece of advice from me... don't.

Just give Damara a call and she will make your life SO easy with prepping for sale and quickly selling your home!

We tried listing ours for sale by owner, against the better judgement of others, and quickly realized we couldn't manage it on our own with two full time jobs and two small children.

In order to start the home-selling process, I reached out to a different realtor, and just didn't "jive" with her. Our ideas didn't match and she didn't make me feel like she was concerned with selling my home. :(

After this, I reached out via Facebook for Damara's free Comparative Market Analysis, then set up a time to meet her... and was so impressed with her professionalism! She was super helpful and enthusiastic... and LISTENED to me!

I still wanted to try the FSBO, but I did have a plan in the back of my mind of listing with Damara incase it proved to be unsuccessful. About 2 weeks in, I quickly realized how difficult it was going to be without a realtor... so I gave Damara a call back! She was willing and excited to start the process with us officially! (she didn't even say "I told you so!" ... although she definitely was entitled to, haha).

That afternoon -- she had our home listed on the MLS and arranged a text feature to alert me of showings. This was very convenient for our lifestyle. You can imagine my surprise and excitement when we received an offer after just 3 weeks! We countered, then accepted and eventually sold the home! She advised us in the process from start to finish, and worked with us to get the best price for our home!

I cannot say "Thank YOU!" enough to Damara and HIGHLY recommend her to any and all potential home sellers and buyers. I even recommend her to those who aren't totally sure if they want to sell their home. She can give invaluable advice and stellar customer service!! If we had to do it all over again, I would have avoided the two week FSBO period, and just listed immediately with her! It all turned out great in the end and we are so glad we chose her to assist us! :)
