Kirk was on top of things, he was honest, kind and not at all pushy. I appreciated working with him very much! They did everything they could to get me the best deal and put me closest to my budget. Everyone was really friendly and relaxed, not the experience I expected but very much appreciated! Thank you!!

Have never had a bad experience here! The maintenance takes about an hour on my saturn. But, the great attitude, honesty, and friendliness of the crew, counters the wait. They have answered questions when asked or looked into them and called with info later.

I spotted a special used car on the BMW lot, not looking for a BMW. Well, we did drive through because my significant other was looking for a preowned BMW. We spotted the 1998 Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible and stopped for a look. I was sort of in the marked for a sporty daily driver to replace my Mercedes SLK230. We took it for a drive and I was quite interested, though hesitant since I hadn't sold my other car yet. Joe Pedrojetti suggested I take it home overnight! Anyway, I ended up buying it, financing it. It was the most pleasant used car buying experience I have ever had! Left the next day with a clean car and a full tank of gas! Of course we'll continue cruising the lot for my sweetie's car :)

Have had excellent experience here in the past. Not today! Made appointment last week for today because a loaner car would be available and I could do errands while I was in town. When I arrived for 9 am appt, no loaner car was available and I was told that the diagnosis would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours! I took my key and left. Waste of time (I drive 40 minutes to get there). So disappointed!! The service guy was nice, but they made no effort to remedy my obvious distress.

I live in california so the initial contact was via e-mail and phone. My sales rep was curtious and professional as well as prompt. When i arrived at the dealership to test drive everything was ready to go and there was minimal waiting time. With the help of Marcus (sales rep) everything was easy and straight forward. Found exactly what i wanted at a fair price. The financial rep was thourough and well knowledged which made me feel even more comfortable when i actually started signing paper work. Ill be back to purchase my next car for sure! A++++

Update: I recently had an issue with my tires which is covered by the extended service agreement I purchased with the car. I purchased only a few weeks ago so the warranty company didn't have me on file. I was able to contact the financial rep I dealt with before and his level of customer service was phenomenal! Within a few hours he had it all sorted so I was able to have the agreement cover $125 for each tire I needed replaced and get me re-embersed the $80 charge for the 24 hour road side assistance which is also part of the package. So happy I listened to him and purchased the fully comprehensive extended service agreement. Many thanks to Jeff Burney and everyone at Medford BMW for a stellar performance in customer service!!!! I am truly amazed and even happier with my decision to go there to purchase my car.

I bought my Lexus from BMW of Medford and although I like their sales people, I have not had the best experience with their service side. A week after I bought my car the breaks started squealing, I took it in to get looked at and they said it wasn't part of my warranty for them to fix it. After I told them I would just give the car back because it has only been a week they decided to look into it, which they said they fixed, but after driving it off the lot it started making the same noise but worse. I had to go back in to get it fixed. Yesterday I came in to get my oil change and they told me I would have to come back tomorrow since I still needed to drive 8 miles before I could get it changed even though my car said it needed the oil change. If it was 20 miles sure I would understand a little more, but 8 miles when I have a lifetime oil change.

By far the best servicing experience my family has...

By far the best servicing experience my family has ever had. Took our Cooper in to get a belt replaced, and not only did they get the required job done in the correct time frame, they also took the liberty to fill up all of our fluids, and vacuum the interior. Will definitely be going back for another service, if necessary. Highly recommend.

Its beautiful X5, and I love this place my sales guy was Justin and he was amazing. He is super friendly salesperson and top notch. If you want a great car coming here is seamless purchase. Lilian finance manager is so nice. We have purchased two cars here, and I will come many -- many more times. I really can't say enough positive things about Medford BMW. Justin has honestly made this the best purchase we have ever done. The staff is super friendly and professional. This was awesome deal and beautiful X5. Did I say I love my new X5 love love.

I didn't expect to purchase a car this day. However, going and looking at used BMW was so easy here. The sales person walked towards us and we were like oh F... Here he comes, but I need to say Bill was great. He wasn't pushy and the great thing was he knows his stock. We looked at a used BMW and being 6'4 I didn't think I could fit comfortably but that wasn't the case I did with lots of room. This car is amazing to drive and I'm so glad I purchased it. What a great group of people to deal with at BMW medford.

If I could give then more stars i would. Every single person we came in contact with from sales to finance was amazing and professional. They we so helpful and kind. They worked so hard to get the best vehicles and deals for our family. Joe Tate was fantastic and really has a great team that he should be proud of. They made lifetime customers out of us for sure!

Friendly sales process. Nice staff, especially Joe. Car was supposed to be the thoroughly checked but only three stars due to problems with 2015 X1 - alarm system does not work fully , diagnostic trouble code not cleared left from previous service. Fortunately remedies to covered by warranty (different dealer to do the work). Sad because a lot of good work on the sales side was negated by sloppy back-office technical operations.

Medford BMW is a great dealership to work with if you're in the market for a new BMW. Last year I spent months trying to order a high demand M car from other dealerships in Oregon with no luck. Bill Courtney secured the car I wanted in about week, made all the arrangements for European Delivery, and kept me updated on the status of the car during the entire build and shipping process. I couldn't be happier with my purchase experience. They'll definitely get my business when I buy my next BMW.

I purchased a truck from this dealer several months ago and have found a couple of large items that they knowingly hid when selling the vehicle to us. The first thing we found was that after washing the truck a few times the hood started looking dull. It turns out that the dealer had detailed and waxed the hood to hide the fact that there was no clear coat. I was told by another Lithia employee at another location that this is not too uncommon. Another huge issue we are now having is that they did not disclose that my truck was originally from Canada which has caused us a ton of issues as we have tried trading it in (at Lithia) for another vehicle. They said the truck isn t worth as much because even though it has the deluxe package (LTZ) it isn t the same in the US and is missing some US options. Another dealer told me that the other issue with Canadian vehicles is that they can t offer an extended warranty to whoever they sell it to because it is a Canadian truck and a warranty is not valid in US. So a truck I bought at Lithia at a premium price because it was the high end package they are now telling me they won t give me nearly as much as the trade-in value Blue Book says it s worth, although the Kelly Blue Book is what they based my sales price off and showed me when I went to purchase it, because it s Canadian and needs the hood painted (the two things they hid)! I m very disappointed in the deceptive practices by what we perceived as a higher-end dealership. Can t conduct business unethically like that and expect repeat customers.

Medford BMW, Joe, and BMW make an unbeatable combo. Driving a BMW is an incredible experience but I can't believe the service level of BMW Medford and BMW ... they have gone to a level of consideration that just isn't found in many places anywhere ... in the world. They are out of this world!

Mike in the service department saved the day. While traveling from Portland, OR to Monterey, CA on a rainy day, my rear drivers side window would not go up due to a failed regulator. Mike understood my concern, showed empathy towards my situation and was courteous. During the initial inspection, another problem was discovered that could have left my family and I stranded. All problems were fixed promptly, my car was given to me nice and shiny and we continued our travels with peace of mind! We appreciate you Mike!

Our beautiful golden anniversary 2003 Z3 M series spent 3 months at Medford BMW due to rodent damage after just a week outdoors. $8000 later, It finally was drivable enough to get it 70 miles home but top would not go down & xar would not start again. The antenna was missing. We had to register it as salvage. Months later we rewired it enough to get it running & manually lowered the top. Then found the boot in our trunk would not fit. It was not the boot that went into the shop with our car. Not impressed.

Everything was a great experience. The service manager went out of his way to get the work done in a timely and expeditious manner. The technicians found a fix for my problem which did the job in a cost effective manner. The service department was very thorough in inspecting my vehicle and the detail job made the vehicle look like new. Kudos to the team at Medford BMW.

Don't get your car serviced here unless you want to spend 3 hours getting your oil changed with no apology. I did however receive lot's of excuses about how much time it takes to do an oil change and that it is not always fast. You are better off going somewhere where people value your time enough to tell you your oil change will last longer than 1.5 hours and at least offer to buy you lunch for the inconvenience.

I've had my BMW serviced here for the four years that I've owned it. The staff is very knowledgeable & professional and no nonsense. I've known the service mgr Mike since highschool and his department is top notch. If you have the pleasure of owning one of these machines, don't take it anywhere else in the valley. There's a reason this dealership keeps winning National Service awards - it's Mike and his crew.

There are not enough superlatives to describe what a quality dealership Medford BMW is. The experience that my wife and I had purchasing a vehicle was outstanding. Vinnie is an amazing and highly knowledgeable sales professional. My son bought a car there that ended up having a really fluke issue that was no fault of BMW Medford, yet sales manager Rodney Schultz, service manager Mike Mccornak, and general manager Joe Tate made herculean efforts to not only meet my son s expectations in a challenging situation, but far exceeded them. They went way above and beyond for him. My family has had a lot of experiences with car dealerships, but none have surpassed what we have enjoyed at Medford BMW. Our son lives in San Francisco, but will always make the drive to Medford to enjoy what Medford BMW offers to their clients during the sale, and after the sale.

Definitely a whole different buying experience from other dealers in the valley.

Probably looked at 10 or 15 BMW'S on two different appointments and wasn't feeling pushed or forced on one that didn't match my wife.

My wife and I were in the middle of a 500 mile roa...

My wife and I were in the middle of a 500 mile road trip to go see family for Thanksgiving when our car suddenly decided it would be of more use as a large paperweight. Luckily we were able to find Medford BMW about an hour away. We called, and they very kindly found time to fit us in that same day even though it was the day before a holiday and they were clearly busy. Not only did they manage to get us in, they had the car up on a lift within about 30min of arriving at the dealer and had diagnosed the problem. However, because of the holiday it was going to take them the better part of a week to get the necessary parts and get them installed. Our service manager, Brandon, was absolutely awesome. He arranged for a loaner within about an hour so we could still make our holiday trip and then kept us in the loop over the next 5 days step by step as they got the repairs taken care of. He gave us a date and time to come back and pick up the car and true to his word we showed up, grabbed it and signed some paperwork and were back on the road headed home within about 10min.

I truly can't recommend these guys enough, Brandon in particular. He saved our holiday, and we don't live in the area and have never been to this dealer before. Truly blown away, so much so that I may consider making the trip back down to buy my next car, and I live in Washington!

Took my e38 in to get my amp coded because it was replaced with one from an e39 (same system, different number of speakers) told me it couldn't be done. They didn't even attempt to do it! Took it to Boyd Motor Werks in Portland, it was done in 10 minutes and for free! Unless you have a new bmw with problems I don't recommend going here. Any indy shop is better.

Took my 2015 Mini Cooper S in for an oil change and spoke to the service manager about my air conditioner not seeming to work properly. I had it up to Portland for it's 10,000 mile service in November and told them, they found nothing. Medford BMW said that they would check it out. Stated that the air conditioner didn't seem cold, could not find a problem, but went ahead and gave it a boost of Freon(?) and it is way cooler than ever before. They went above and beyond! Great customer service and didn't even charge me. THANK YOU so much.

Very good service
We went in for 2 recalls which were promptly executed but we also got a full complementary car report !
It was during the pandemic and although they mentioned they couldn t offer the complimentary car wash, what a good surprise we had when our car came out all washed and cleaned !
Brandon and his team were very proffesionnal answered all our questions and have been very responsive in our follow up.
This is exactly what you expect from a brand like bmw : good stylish reliable cars with great service.
Highly recommend !

I've always had nothing but great experiences at Medford BMW. From buying my car to inspections and wiper replacement, it's been great. The service and parts departments are super friendly, quick to give you their attention and listen to your every concern.
I plan to trade in my current 2014 328iL for a newer higher model in the next year or so considering how pleased I am with them.

Everything was amazing!! Went to the dealership to just price out a new X5 and ended up driving off the lot. Everyone was incredibly helpful. David, Andy, and Lillian were all great. They worked with me and made sure I had the best deal. I told them my budget and not only did they make it work, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best rates.

I even joked about having to drive down from Seattle to Medford every time I need to get it serviced because of how great the service department is as well. I was so happy with Tim and Eric s level of service they provided with getting new run-flat tires and the roof racks installed on my X5. Tim and Eric truly went above and beyond as well as David, Andy, and Lillian.

Ive never bought a new BMW. though i own LOTS of old ones. And brandon in service is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

When my local auto parts stores let me down the parts counter here can bring up diagrams and get any nut or bolt you could ever need. Yes it is a bit more expensive but the quality of service is well worth it.

Pro tip. HAVE YOUR VIN HANDY. These guys want to get you the right thing the first time. Bring a VIN and they will not disappoint.
