Considering the fact that I didn't purchase my car...
Considering the fact that I didn't purchase my car at Medford BMW (I purchased it from Concord BMW in 2003 when we lived in the San Francisco Bay Area) and the fact that I don't have my car serviced at Medford BMW I was still treated like a valued customer. I brought my car in to (finally) have the front passenger airbag replaced. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Getting my car back sparkling clean was an added benefit (and very much appreciated).
