Considering the fact that I didn't purchase my car...

Considering the fact that I didn't purchase my car at Medford BMW (I purchased it from Concord BMW in 2003 when we lived in the San Francisco Bay Area) and the fact that I don't have my car serviced at Medford BMW I was still treated like a valued customer. I brought my car in to (finally) have the front passenger airbag replaced. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Getting my car back sparkling clean was an added benefit (and very much appreciated).

I just bought a 2018 X5 50i M Sport. Not only did I get a great deal but the customer service was fantastic. Joe was my salesperson and he was very patient and easy to work with. I did the delivery with their BMW Genius, Tim, who knows everything about their cars. Even scheduled a follow up with Tim to answer some questions that came up after I did the initial delivery and he was happy to help. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a BMW or a nice used car. This dealership feels very warm and inviting when you visit and I find myself just wanting to hangout there.

I work for a dealership in Klamath Falls and see a lot of different dealerships. The Medford Bmw service department is the absolute best service department I have ever seen! They have bent over backwards to make sure I get taken care of and are going out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for me. They also have a very nice staff that remembers my situation and name on every occasion! Once again absolutely wonderful department! I will always go here for service.

The only day that we had to come in was Sunday. Even though it was his day off Joshua came in to help us. He was so sweet to our Granddaughter that is 2 1/2. She was smitten! He made sure we were comfortable and even got me a better interest rate than I expected. I would definitely do business with Medford BMW again. They made the experience the best I have ever had.

I hesitate even giving them one star. Worst experience ever! They incompetently "serviced" my brakes. Called them to voice my concern over the feel and sound of my car. Received a condescending reply and was told the soonest they could get me in was five days later. Well, I didn't make it the five days. I got a off the freeway with a terrible sound and no brakes! Put my life and others at great risk. So scary! They towed my car, had it for ten days, repaired damage to my car including the wheel, no communication from them, and no apology. Finally, went in to pick it up, and the odometer reads 1,800 miles since they took it in for sevice. They cannot explain this mileage. A friend of mine also had a very similar brake service experience. Just dangerous and negligent! The worst service ever! I don't trust them and neither should you.

Did my own research regarding AWD and complete tire replacement when one tire is punctured; insomuch this thoroughly supports the dealership and manufacturer recommended care for BMW possible drivetrain issues in the future.

My sales agent was Kirk Lemley, he was knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with. From start to finish all my questions were answered and I was comfortable every step of the way with the purchase. They went out of their way to help us! Professional, friendly, top notch service department. Our 335i was washed up, items fixed and ready to roll when I pulled in from Klamath Falls. They went above and beyond as far as getting us a loaner car. We drove a brand new 2018 x5 home to Klamath while they worked on our 335i! Now that s service!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
I have been in contact with Bmw repair with a man named James. My toddler daughter lost my car keys of my brand new car. I've had this car a week! So naturally I'm very upset already. I called on friday and of course it wouldn't be in until monday, fine whatever I'll wait. well the guy told me all I needed was the title and my ID. Well the title is newly signed over to me and I don't have the other one yet with my name, only my signature and the previous owners. So not only did I have to get the previous owner to give me his license to make a copy of it but i sent mine and the title. Now most of you know that when sending a legal document or faxing one (or making a copy) it will say void on the duplicate because they don't want you making copies of them. well apparently lithia didn't know this and accused me of basically stealing this car and practically refusing to help in a timely matter. wouldn't even call me after several hours to let me know the paperwork didn't come thru. when I finally got back a hold of them after sending them everything now they are saying they can't take my wells fargo debit card!!!!! I checked on my end made sure the funds were there and they were definitely there... well finally I called someone else and they were able to take my info and get me a key expedited and were very kind. I am so disappointed i was nearly in tears with how awful I was being treated. I'm a very loyal customer and they could have acquired many years of service.. I will never forget this... I'm so hurt...

This is what I give them when it comes to buying a used car from them. Do not buy from them. They will tell you the car has been checked out very well but the first time I drove it the brake stuck and had to go into the shop also had other problems with the car that arose shortly after buying the car. There are SOME people that work there that are very nice and the peopke in the service department I give a five but I do not recommend you buy a used car from them as they will cheat you and then you will be stuck fixing the problems you never should have had to begin with. There are many other places you can buy a car and the dealers will care about your happiness and keeping you as a customer but Medford BMW is not one of them. ALL they care about is grabbing as much money as they can get from you and giving you as little in return as possible. They sell bogus used cars. Buyer beware!!!!

Joe Pedrojetti kept us informed and updated throughout the transaction. Consequently, there were no misunderstandings or surprises. The car was exactly as it was represented, and we are very pleased with it. Tim Grogan, BMW Genius, delivered the car to us and was thorough, good natured and most of all patient and understanding with us as he navigated through operating instructions on the car.

Exceptional service as usual. My car, a beautiful...

Exceptional service as usual. My car, a beautiful blue 2012 335i and had them give it a BMW "SPA" which is an exhaustive detailing service. I do this twice a year and the team at Medford BMW gives me back a car that looks like it should be on the showroom floor!

So, take the time to bring your car to Medford BMW. They will treat you like family...both you and your car!

While I have purchased many vehicles over the years, my wife and I have to say Medford BMW and especially Joe P far exceeded any previous experience. In spite of the distance we would definitely consider purchasing future vehicles from Joe at Medford BMW as they had set a high bar to meet.

Wife and I purchased a new X1 here yesterday. I have bought many cars, and this was the BEST buying experience ever. Just phenomenal the level of service we recieved. We are new BMW customers, and this experience will keep us as lifetime customers. The BMW genius program is awesome, going back next weekend with new questions, lol. As an out of town buyer I had many questions about the car and the buying process, and Bill was very quick and thorough in answering all my questions. I am that person who dreads shopping for a car. I've never had a really positive experience and go through a lot of anxiety before and during the ordeal. Medford BMW has changed all of that! Joshua greeted my daughter and I, showed us the car we came to look at, as well as a similar one I saw when we were there. We were treated with respect and honestly the conversation was relaxed and friendly. Next, the negotiations where I thought things would go from friendly to anxious. NOT SO! Over the next couple of hours we worked with Joe, Jeff and Joshua and it was amazing! Joe worked to get me into the car I wanted while making me feel like a part of a family. I got a more than fair price for my trade-in and a great deal on the car. I've been recommending their dealership to everyone I know. Thank you Medford BMW... I'm thrilled to be part of the family. <3

As usual, the service department was excellent. I was checked in right away and my service needs were discussed. I waited for the time that had been estimated for me and my car was washed and clean. I was completely satisfied and enjoyed the new building and accommodations, too! Mike McCornack is wonderful!! He is very courteous, efficient, friendly,helpful and goes out of his way.

Had to get an emissions sensor replaced in my X5d ...

Had to get an emissions sensor replaced in my X5d which would have cost $1000 out of pocket. Luckily it was a warrantied part. They notified me and got it done same day. The only reason they didn't get a score of 5 was because the pickup took a while. They were short staffed and overworked. Honestly those front desk guys need another body...even a part time helper.
