I live in california so the initial contact was via e-mail and phone. My sales rep was curtious and professional as well as prompt. When i arrived at the dealership to test drive everything was ready to go and there was minimal waiting time. With the help of Marcus (sales rep) everything was easy and straight forward. Found exactly what i wanted at a fair price. The financial rep was thourough and well knowledged which made me feel even more comfortable when i actually started signing paper work. Ill be back to purchase my next car for sure! A++++

Update: I recently had an issue with my tires which is covered by the extended service agreement I purchased with the car. I purchased only a few weeks ago so the warranty company didn't have me on file. I was able to contact the financial rep I dealt with before and his level of customer service was phenomenal! Within a few hours he had it all sorted so I was able to have the agreement cover $125 for each tire I needed replaced and get me re-embersed the $80 charge for the 24 hour road side assistance which is also part of the package. So happy I listened to him and purchased the fully comprehensive extended service agreement. Many thanks to Jeff Burney and everyone at Medford BMW for a stellar performance in customer service!!!! I am truly amazed and even happier with my decision to go there to purchase my car.
