Very friendly staff we recently got our fingerprints done there. The staff was very helpful and let us use the computer to register and answer questions we had.. Its hard to find such great customer service. We hope more small business like this keep the good old fashion service.

Great customer service. The staff have been very patient with me, and they get the job done in a timely manner. Their work is phenomenal.
Owner is unprofessional and should be reported to the IRS for using store funds on personal purchases. Disputes any negative claims or comments as "false" when in fact they are all true. Photos have been lost, poor organization skills, cluttered and dirty. The only reason they're still open is because of the finger print process they provide for goverment jobs. You'll have a much better time at Sears, and receive much better images I can promise you that.

Mr Masao is a true professional with a great sense of business and photography. When ever I go into Photo Creations with a project he quickly handles my situation and gives me an accurate time line to expect my project back that's why I keep going back to his shop. Excellent service a very friendly and courteous atmosphere every time with an outstanding staff.
Unfortunately my experience with Photo Creations was a very unpleasant encounter. I ve been getting filmed developed for years at a place in Ashland... working in Grants Pass it s hard to make it out there. So I decided to call around to find out where in the valley developes within a shorter time frame than say Walgreens or Costco would. The manager confirmed on the phone with me that he would have my photos ready for pick up in a couple hours had I dropped them off then. By the end of the day I received no phone call letting me know they were ready... at this point I hadn t thought it was a big deal. This was Thursday night. Friday I got a call saying they were ready for pick up. Went into the store and was told there was miscommunication. Got another call Saturday telling me they were ready for pick up. Went down to the mall and walked into the store to find it vacant. After waiting around for 15 min or so I called out excuse me. A lady in the back said one moment. From then it took about 2 min for her to come out. When she did she said she had no idea where my photos were and frantically searched around the store while trying to get ahold of her co workers. Unfortunately some very shady things were said about the manager being unorganized in situations like these and you could tell she was upset. Finally she found my photos and I was reluctant to see after leaving the store that they were not developed properly. For some reason it looks as though the photos were edited with some type of hue and saturation and then cropped. I dropped off two disposable cameras that had each 27 photos... and did not end up getting 54 photos back. I asked for a refund and was told to fill out paperwork. Tried calling the manager- never got a call back. Come to find out he called my work... (completely un-related to my personal photos) and complained about me being rude and yelling in their store. Told my manager he was going to send video surveillance and never did. That is a complete lie since I was nothing but polite and felt bad for asking for my $69.98 refund for two disposable cameras. Now the manager is telling me I need to return my personal photos back to him in order for me to get a refund. I ve filed a major complaint to the mall for multiple different reasons and a dispute against him. I hope that others realize how shady this business is. Do not get any work done from this place- very very unhappy.
Fast and Friendly staff, was sent from Walmart to get my photos printed since they could not help me. The staff was amazing was able to edit my photos and print them within 1 hour. What a service. We will be back for all our photo prints.

I went in April to get Easter picture's with my girlfriend and our daughter. We asked for a $70 package. We got one printed out picture before we left and never received anything since. I keep going in and asking about it but they just take my name and number but nothing yet. It was my daughter's 4 month picture. So it kinda sucks they didn't come through for us and still keeping us waiting...

Maseo is very generous and made a couple of donations for a style event for my job, Catherine's. He always goes above and beyond to help local businesses he is an up and coming young business person who is an asset to our community. Thank you Maseo for your donation and helping our event be a success. Additionally, he did senior portraits for my son in 2016 and I was very happy with the quality and the time he spent. I have also had a couple of photo restorations done by him that I am grateful for.

This place has the worst service ever. A much of idiots working who lie like crazy. Don't go there or trust them with your photos. They aren't worth the prices. Poor quality, they loose your stuff and then drag you around forever with lies to cover up that they misplaced.
We recently had a photo restored and Framed it was a very old damaged photo we didn't think had anything that can be done they were able to restore it and frame it in such a beautiful frame and help offer suggestions on costs and saving money on the whole project. Very honest and helpful they even delivered the project to a family members house as a gift.

Not only do they have a bunch of photo services they also have a nice selection of art. With some of the restorations they've done it's crazy how they turn out. I'm guessing some look better than the originals.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Do not use under any circumstance! All the 5 start reviews are false. They all have the same places reviews. Same car dealership in Portland. Not sure if there is some sort of review generator out there but anything positive is an absolute lie. Save yourself months of aggravation and use anybody but this place. If you add up all the time and money that has been stolen from me and my family because of maseao the owner I would have been better off driving to Eugene for a real professional. You have been warned!

Worked for this crumbling business and scammer. Lied about commission pay. Not only did he refuse to send me my W-2 (because he didn t have any for me) he Did illegal payroll. Took money from my checks by faking taxes on my pay stubs and paid me through Venmo to avoid paying taxes himself. Avoid coming here. Photos are bad quality, poorly edited (except for the short time I was there) and just horrible in general. Looking back now I m embarrassed to say I worked here from all the bad reviews and things I ve heard about this place.
I called photo creations when i needed a photographer for our wedding invitations. The difference was, we put our 2 dogs in the picture, and i needed somebody willing to work with these 2 challenging models Masao was awesome, he had some good suggestions, let us use some props from their supply, and retouched the photos and sent me a high quality pic that was better than I imagined we would ever get. Thanks, and if he can get good pictures of these terrible 2, he can work with you and your family too!
I love Photo Creations!!! The last business in the Rogue Valley that specializes in all forms of photo and film. They restored an old picture of my grandparents. The picture was folded, faded, and had stuck to the glass. Somehow the staff at Photo Creations managed to restore the picture as if there hadn't been any stains or rips in it. Thank you photo creations for bringing my memories back to life.

Wow this place is the most shady photo business in medford, I would recommend finding someone on instagram first. Photos were late and the strung me on lying for over 2 weeks before the photos were returned saying they will be done tomorrow they will be done tomorrow. They lie and over charge you. Ended up finding someone on Instagram for half the price and double the quality
Our experience with the staff was absolutely amazing they helped us restore several photos and scan several hundred images that we thought were either too damaged to repair they were able to work with us on the pricing because it was due for memorial service in less than a week and we re truly thankful for all the work dedication They helped us to save money on a project that we were not expecting to pay for such a rush notice when one of her family members passed away this business is truly amazing for all they do for the community. We recently herd them Donate new school shoes to local school kids. Very kind to do to kids who needed them.

Should have gone to JCPennys!! After 1/2 a dozen pictures the guy only took one photo that was worth sending to us. $50 and I got a digital copy emailed to me, unable to view any of the others.... and least at JCPennys they have different backgrounds and let you view which pictures you want and don t want!!! Won t return to this establishment nor will I suggest it, should have listened to my friends when they said the guy is a scam artist! Buyers beware.

As an added bonus they have the most amazing art gallery filled with local artist from around the Valley. A great Combination! The Mall has been lacking in photography studios and especially Art Gallery's so it's great to see this business open up!

Fantastic group of people! The work they do is outstanding! They frame, sell art, do custom photo shoots on location or at a location of your choosing, have photo props for the perfect in store shoot, etc. The store is easy to access since they are in the lower level of the Rogue Valley Mall near the main entrance. It is definitely a must to check out!
The owner is absolutely amazing. He is a very hard working man who will do anything to help you. When I went in I felt like he really understood the vision I had for my family pictures, I wanted realistic pictures of my children, rather than intentional poses. He captured beautiful moments and emotion that many photographers miss or fail to see. I would reccomend him and his store to anyone.
Never received our photos. Claimed they d be done in a couple days. Never heard back. I called a week later and he didn t even start to edit them. He had me look at an unedited gallery to pick my favorites. Very unprofessional. Finally picked a couple photos for him to edit and print, and never heard back. Called and got the same BS answer that they d be ready soon. Two photos! Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find a local photographer or even just go to JCPenney.

Such an amazing company and staff they really go above and beyond for their staff and clients thank you for all you have done.
My wife had gone in this establishment to have a picture copied on some canvas,the fella was nice,but she was told it would be done the next day or 2 we had not heard anything so we went back to the store and the guy working did not know anything about it called someone who also did not know anything so he said " I will make sure this gets done" so a little goes by and my wife said she just wants the money back, the owner said I can't because I already started the work so ok then some more time goes by and I call and talk with him he sends me a proof of the picture and I asked him to put the window back in I don't hear any reply and then my wife emailed him and he said its ready for pick up this all started on July 19th and finally picked up the picture August 22nd and it cost 179.00 and I'm not real sure what he did other than paste the picture to some canvas for this price the experience should of been much better and the picture should be what you want I would of told him my self when picking up but some other customers were mad too and the security was there at the store. I don't recommend this establishment one picture seemed very hard to do and it was sent somewhere else because it was boxed up and he opened it to look at it.he did enlarge the photo but I have not measured it yet so I don't really know.

Great job on our family photos. They were very patient and went above And beyond doing both indoor and outdoor photos for us. We had a family member in a wheel chair they helped us pick the location that was able to be a perfect location for family photos.

Had a VHS video from my childhood that I haven't seen in over 15 years that Masao and his team not only transferred to DVD but also fixed some of the scratching that happened over the years in storage. Excellent service and really reasonably priced!

I would give them six stars if I could! I went in to get an international passport photo taken. They took multiple pictures and allowed me to pick the best. They even had input on not smiling for international passport purposes... Something I did not know....true professionals! The prints were done very quickly and I was pleased with the results. A few months later, I called to get re-prints. They had saved the file, Masao personally remembered me, and he generated the perfectly trimmed re-prints within 12 hours! It was truly an exceptional and very personalized customer experience!
Definitely not our best experience, but Masao did his best to try to engage with our kiddos. Group photos with a two, four and six year old can be quite the challenge. Also know that there are no refunds. Just a few things to keep in mind. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous.
Took my family in for our first family photos in 10+ years January 3, 2020 while my oldest daughter was in visiting from Japan. Everything was great up front before the photos. When we got there we were pretty rushed through the photo process with more talking than actual photos taken. I paid them $180 for a photo package before we left. When we finally got our proofs to see the photos they actually looked worse than photo packages I've gotten from Walmart for $40 in the past. I've been trying to get my photo package and CD from them since January 2020 and I cannot get anyone to respond to my many phone calls, text and email messages. It's been almost a year and I'm out $180 with no photos of my family. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company for any services. Very unprofessional and con artists in my opinion to take a school teachers money for family photos and not deliver is truly reprehensible. If they refuse to give me the product I paid for they should at least refund the money they took. Taking funds without providing services is thievery, plain and simple.
I was planning a trip to China and learned I needed a visa at the last minute. Masao took my photos, edited, developed, measured to exact specifications and printed them for me on the spot, all donated to support me and my mission to represent the US. He was awesome!
False Advertisement, I had a friend go there and the quality of the photos seemed like they were taking with an old Android. WOULD NOT recommend.
