There is no where else i'd take my vehicle for its routine maintenance then BMW. The service deptartment at BMW is like none other. Super fast at getting you in around your schedule, very fast service once your there and they go the extra mile by washing my car with every oil change. I've been taking my vehicles for BMW for their service for years and they are always top notch!

3 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment is ridiculous. They blamed this on being backed up, but never informed me when I repeatedly asked for updates. During my first visit, I paid for a complete inspection and estimate for anything that would need work. They "forgot" to mention certain things that needed fixed, then later gave the excuse that they didn't want to upset me with the high price... But I paid for a FULL INSPECTION. They made up for this by covering the difference and an employee discount on the other work, so I went with it. On the drive home after the work had been finished, my car began to overheat because they forgot to put coolant in it! When I called, they told me to put water in it and bring it back, like it was no big deal.
I've had nothing but trouble with this place and I'm done.

The World Needs more Service people and Mechanics ...

The World Needs more Service people and Mechanics as the Ones Working at BMW-Medford!
As a mortal consumer with an average bank account, you tend to purchase one of these amazing cars with a silent voice in the back of your mind, reminding you of the fact that you will one day have to take your beloved car to one of the BMW centers (in my case 1.5 hours away) for service... And everyone knows "they charge an arm and a leg for EVERYTHING you come there for" right? Well not this place.
What Mike M. and his Head Mechanic were able to do for me when I pulled in there, (unable to even shut my car off because of a complicated Exhaust Fluid issue) was above and beyond their call of duty! I had been using a slightly wrong type of Exhaust fluid (most car guys I know didn't know there IS such a thing as a "wrong type of DEF"- and believe it's all the same...). The result was a 200 mile limit after which the car will not start up again. (Heed my warning- use ONLY BMW-Exhaust Fluid if you own one of the Diesel models!) It was an easy problem to prevent, but out of ignorance, there I was, in quite a pickle! The solution was either to take the DEF tanks apart, drain, rinse, and refill with the right stuff.... A procedure involving a couple of hours (and couple of hundred dollars in work) OR fill up the tank with the correct fluid and drive it until the sensors eventually pick up the right information again and the warning would go away. The latter being a solution they could have easily advised against and I would have went with their advice. I was completely at their mercy, not knowing much about the inner workings of this complex (but utterly FUN-to-drive) machine....
Not only did they help me figure out the most cost effective solution to my problem, but never once did they pressure me to go with the $600-solution. I couldn't believe my luck and actually drove off the lot without having spent a dollar- something I deemed simply impossible before! THANK YOU!
I can honestly say I LOOK FORWARD to my next trip to BMW -Medford because I know I will be dealing with some of the best and most honest professionals BMW employs!

Intimidating for a new customer in for service. Automatic doors opening and closing all over. All though I had an appointment it was crazy busy and waited about 15 min to be helped. Then for oil change over an hour when I was finally notified that the car was being washed and they had attended to a recall without asking first.

Service department is A+ here. I was traveling thru and my door handle.broke... they fit me in right away. They didnt have a loaner car available but gave us a ride to a restaurant. They have a great waiting room too. James helped us and he was excellent in explaining everything. And they did an all over maintenance check on my car too for free! Just what I needed to get back on the road! Thanks!

This was the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership! I would reccomond Medford BMW to anyone! I originally dealt with the service department with a used car we purchased privately that turned out to be a nightmare but Brandon was amazing throughout the entire situation and was above and beyond helpful. We then needed up purchasing a vehicle through then and Vincent was just as amazing. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and went above and beyond in every aspect possible. I defiantly will be coming back the next time we are in the market again for a car. Thank you for making a horrible experience into an amazing one.

I Have purchased three BMWs from Medford BMW. Previously I purchased from the Eugene dealer. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is considering a BMW that they go directly to Medford if they want to be treated unbelievably well. Joe Pedrojetti is the representative I ve always worked with. He is a genuine and sincere man. He has taken great care of me. Joe will call from time to time just to see how I m doing. Each time I ve been to the Dealership, the management team has come to me to see if there is anything I need. When I ve brought my cars in for service, the staff is beyond courteous and professional. The service department has been ready for my appointment time and the work is performed efficiently and promptly.
If a loaner car isn t available, Joe makes sure I have one.
I can t say enough good things about this Dealership. You become part of a BMW family. They will have my business forever.

I don't know where to begin...... Yes I do, we have purchased our 4th car yesterday from Kirk Lemley our salesman at Medford BMW. He sold us our first BMW 550i, which was an incredible introduction to the BMW family. Than we purchased our baby, our 2006 BMW 750i, only thing to make this better would to have made it a 750iL! We also had purchased a Bonneville for our kids to use, but we traded that in on the 2006 Nissan Murano. I can't begin to tell you how many people I constantly refer to Kirk and Medford BMW. They are fools if they don't check them out. The service is incredible, before, during and long after the sale is delivered. I personally sold cars in my past life (Lincolns and Mercury's in Phoenix, AZ) and I hated the profession and the process of buying a car. There was so much pressure put on the sales people who then in turn had to put pressure on the customers and I couldn't stand that. I wanted people to be in a car that they were in love with and one that they could afford. Even the most simplest sale, a cash purchase always seemed to take forever and I hated making people wait. This was the same when I purchased vehicles. This is so not the case at Medford BMW. There is no pressure when you come onto the lot. You are greeted, and if you wish to look around, that is great, but if you need assistance, you can't ask for better than Kirk Lemley. The guy is so incredibly knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he tells you, which is refreshing, and than he finds the answer. We never felt any pressure, the deals were always extremely fair and never had to negotiate very much, except I like gas in my car and a second set of keys! Boy do they know this. Jeff in Finance is fantastic. He gets the greatest deals done in fantastic time and the paperwork is thorough and very quick. Dan, our sales manager, I can't begin to tell you how much respect and admiration I have for this man. He is a true leader and you can see that in his staff. He is an integral part of the sale and he knows us every time we come in to the dealer. Now for after the sale, service....... Well, I have to give a 5 Star + to Mike McCornack and Paul Dennis in Service. I can't begin to tell you how much I love the service that we get from them. Extremely upfront with us about what needs to be done, no punches and I love that. They always have a beautiful loaner for us, since we live an hour an a half away. Mike and Paul are so incredibly friendly and I never have to worry about my car when it is in service, they take great care of it and me. We have always purchased warranty plans and lifetime oil changes and they are worth every penny. They are moving soon to their new building and I am so excited for them and me! It is a place fitting the style and excellence this dealership embodies. They are a class operation and deserve to have the best and I can't wait to come down to visit them. I am so happy with my cars that it will be awhile before I am ready for the next BMW, but when I am, Kirk and Medford BMW are the only place I will go and the only place I want my friends and family to deal with. I trust them explicitly and I know they will only put a car on their lot if it meets their standards, which is pretty darn high. Kudos to everyone at Medford BMW!!!

Just bought a 2018 BMW X5 50i M Sport. These guys are wonderful to work with!! I got a great deal and Joe was very patient and willing to work with me in every aspect. Then Tim The Genius was extremely knowledgeable and went through every detail of the car during the delivery. I even went back for a second session with Tim to go over a few questions that popped up after I took the car home. I will definitely go back to Medford BMW for future purchases and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new car.

I was out of state buyer & sales manager have committed to sell the car and i booked my tickets & hotels & taken day off from work to come to dealership a day later. then before i was about to leave , I got call that vehicle has been sold. there was such a unethical attitude to not respect customer time & money. I have spent lot of time & have to lose money on all my bookings. They don't honor their customer commitments. I don't recommend this dealership but i think Dan was quite humble & very sorry for what happened, Though they never mentioned in any email communication to wire money to book the car, they had agreed with me on getting this car ready for me since i was driving down and make all paperwork sign at time of sale..this is clearly frustrating as i wasted my time & money on this car .

Brandon Martinez was a huge help in dealing with Sedgwick. A Fred Meyer gas attendant put gasoline in my BMWX5! Dealing with this company was a nightmare. brandon was knowledgeable and persistent in his follow through with this company. It took them over 4 months to pay BMW!! Brandon was great!!
I don t know what I would have done without his expertise and patience.

Over all a good experience. My vehicle was repaired and serviced exactly as they said. Shuttle service was prompt. Well taken care of.
Only one thing was difficult. They had my vehicle for about a week, and I wish they had called me a bit more frequently with a progress report. I'm a worrier.

From my initial visit, throughout the purchase process, and ongoing maintenance, Medford BMW has exceeded my expectations as a dealership. Gary Baas was a pro and treated my family and I with respect. He is always available and has always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure that a difficult customer like me is happy. The Service Department is a true gem. On a few occasions, they have taken care of nagging issues for me at no charge. The service advisors are pros and are always helpful whenever I have questions.

Other high-end dealerships have a well-deserved reputation for being standoffish and rude, but Medford BMW truly has been the exception. So much so, that I had no problem logging on to give them a positive review. As long as I live in the Rogue Valley, they will continue to be my dealership of choice and I will continue to recommend them to others.

An amazing experience. I was taken good care of by Dan Thomas, and Bill Courtney; the entire staff there is incredible they make you feel welcome, and important. Maintenance crew is also amazing, went in for a service on an 04 x5 and Brandon was friendly and helpful on helping me figure out exactly what I needed, and pointed me to the best sales man they have! I will always return to BMW Medford, well worth the drive to experience the crew.

I've always been happy with the service, but a few weeks ago there was a slight "hiccup" and something that I brought my car in for did not get fixed. The people at Medford BMW bent over backwards to make this right and I am happy to say that they not only resolved the issue, but they resolved the issue with excellence! Thanks Guys!

Awesome! New Year's Eve morning sitting in the liv...

Awesome! New Year's Eve morning sitting in the living room drinking coffee and my spouse said, "It's time to get you a new car". I wasn't planning on it and hadn't even looked, but my Volvo has 165,000 miles, it was time. I called Lithia BMW and they had a used X5 that had just come in on trade. We made the 80 mile trip to look at the car and made a deal. The process was easy. I was told that the car needed to go through their shop for inspection and detail before I could take delivery. During the process an oil leak was found and repaired and issues with the cooling system were addressed. I got to pickup the car in a couple of days just in time to drive it back home via a mountain pass through a record setting snow storm. The X5 is the most amazing "Snow" car I have ever driven. One problem, the wiper blades were bad and finding replacement at an auto parts store didn't pan out. The parts and service department at Medford BMW had a set ready for me when I made a special trip, put them on and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the special trip. I don't plan on this being my last BMW and as long as I have this one I will use the service department in Medford.

My agent was very nice and engaged in our interaction. He wasn't pushy or demanding, which was a huge relief for me. I was really worried about going to the dealership alone and not as prepared as I wanted to be because it seems everyone has really uncomfortable experiences with car salesmen and women.

The car was well priced, the finance manager was willing to work with me despite being a first time buyer with very little "hard debt" to back up my credit, and I love my new car. Finishing up took quite a while, but I never felt it was purposeful and the casual environment made me feel very at ease. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a MINI or BMW vehicle.

I went into the dealership expecting the usual back and forth hours long negotiations and was pleasantly surprised how we all agreed on a number and a rate in 5 minutes. we still had to do all the paperwork but this was by far may best car buying experience EVER!

6 Stars for the service department. Mike & Paul pegged the meter on professionalism. We had rodent damage to our wiring...I cannot say enough about how they took care of us. We have always had a superior experience with Medford BMW, but this one took it off the top. Thank you, gentlemen!

Very unhappy with their service. First time I took my car for an alignment they didn't do the entire alignment due to what I assume is laziness and the 2nd time I took it they decide after I drop it off they dont want to do It. My car is very aftermarket and if they didnt want to do it then they should have told me versus causing me to scramble to find another place thats capable. If your car is stock then you're fine but anything aftermarket dont bother.

Service department has very good and fast service, very reliable and a great shop set up, they have the right and advanced technology to do the job aswell as their educated techs that know how to get things done.
I've always had great experiences while in the service department never any problems. Will continue to keep bringing my car in for services, the employees in this department are very understanding and hard working ! No doubt this has been one of my favorites places to maintain my car.
Definitely recommend having your car services done here!

On a recent driving trip from SE WA to San Diego I had car trouble and had to have my car towed 96 miles from the middle-of-nowhere on US97 to the BMW dealer in Medford. I called them multiple times from the middle-of-nowhere and was helped by Brandon in service. He listened and assured me that the service techs would look at my car that day and gave me tremendous peace of mind when he told me that they are very well equipped to deal with stranded motorists like me since they really are the only game in the region for BMW. Sure enough, once I finally arrived with my car they got right to work and fixed it before closing. Medford BMW was professional, courteous and worked very quickly to get me on my way again. I can't thank Brandon and the rest of the Service department enough for turning a very bad and stressful situation in to a far less stressful one. Highly recommend them for all things BMW.

I was in the market for a new car and decided the X3 fit the bill. I configured the car on the BMW website and solicited bids from all of the Oregon BMW dealers. Medford BMW offered the best deal, and I just picked up my new car from them. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and enthusiastic. There was no over-the-top effort to sell add-ons or other BS. Thank you, Medford BMW staff, for a very pleasant car-buying experience!

Routine service oil change, fluid levels. I arrived a few minutes early. Was greeted and checked in promptly.

I waited onsite as I live 2 1/2 hrs away; I was working on my laptop in the waiting area and the owner of the dealership came by and introduced himself and offered me a desk.

Service was completed on schedule and the car washed. Service agent explained that I would be notified when the next service was due in approx. 1 year.

I asked the service agent for recommendations on a product to clean the windshield and he showed me the product they use and arranged for the parts dept to sell me a can (not a product they usually sell). I also purchased window washer fluid to have on hand, since we live so far from the dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Love their new app that communicates unknown issues. Easy to share these issues with family members for discussion, easy to communicate whether to fix with technician. Nice job BMW! .... Visit #2: another great experience. Mike and his team always go beyond what is expected.
