Only went to their service dept. But really was impressed with their level of work and their check in process. You get to drive in to the showroom and check in with your vehicle inside! Also they offer sweet loaner cars for service jobs over 2 hours in duration!

Our experience with Mauer Chevrolet's sales department was 5-star. Mike, Ben, and Jeff all helped us with the purchase of our new 2020 Chevrolet Suburban LS. They were very thorough and made sure everything was addressed including financing and even giving us a whole tutorial so-to-speak of the infotainment system. They were all very pleasant and willing to work with us to get a deal that was right for us without making us feel obligated, pushed over, or uncomfortable in any way. In other words, none of them acted like pushy salesmen. Our overall experience was very much positive and we would definitely go back there in the future and also refer our friends. Thank you to Ben, Mike, and Jeff!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NO RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP - better off going to Walser or any other dealership. DAN PIERCE in service department alongside with Service Manager (Carl) are irresponsible and sneaky service advisors. Left a vehicle with 25,000 miles scratched up after the service and blamed it on me. Incompetent and are just trying to get money without any care.

The dealership was fine, the people were great, my daughter bought a used car there (2015 Hyundai Sonata). The car was not a Chevrolet, and it was used, but the navigation system did not work because someone had taken the SD card and it had only one key fob. It wouldn't have broken their back to give exceptional customer service and remedy this. They missed a chance for 5 stars.

Went in to buy a paint stick. Parts people were on top of the game. It was ordered and came in a week.

I went in to ask service about connecting my phone to the infotainment system. I just purchased the truck the month prior and couldn't figure it out even with the manual. The salesperson on the floor directed me out to service. I stood there for ten minutes while they stood behind the counter. Not on the phones, not processing anything, nope, just standing there. Finally a third guy comes in and asks if I've been helped. I reply no and we both look away the two guys.

I tell him I want to connect my phone to the infotainment system so Google maps comes through the speakers. He tells me that navigation had to be thorough onstar. I tell him that I don't want the navigation built in as I'm not paying $40.00 a month for occasional directions. I know you can get your phone to come through, I just need help connecting it. He agreed one if the other guys who was standing there both tell me I have to use navigation through an onstar subscription. They are unwilling to help me at all. No apologies for not being able to help. They were not helpful and even rude talking to me like I'm done kind of idiot. I have four college degrees, I just don't know anything about cars. Just because I don't know cars doesn't give then the right to talk down to me.

I'll never go back.

By the way... to get Google through the infotainment system,

Pair your phone. Select media. Select other devices. Select your phone.

Downside, can't use my ipod or the stereo at the same time. But there's how you do it.

Every time I call to get a new audio receptical put in they tell me there fully booked, dont do that kind of work on the weekends, but with that kind of work I don't schedule an appointment I just bring my car in because it's easy...... well I've gotten the run around to many times with it now. 1 star.

was told I had a nail in tire and couldn't be fixed. Cost of new tire $118. I took the car to my neighborhood mechanic (who has been keeping me on the road for over 25 years), he patched the tire, in less than 20 minutes and it cost $15. I am definitely going to tell Chevrolet about my experience, and will copy you on the email.

Deceptive Bait And Switch Advertising.
On their website they list that they have New 2016 Silverados. They are listed on the site under their new inventory and the heading on the truck says NEW 2016 Sliverado 1500. They are Double Cab LT models. Nowhere in the listing does it state anything other than that this is a New truck. It does not list that this vehicle has any miles on it. When I went there to buy one of these vehicles I was informed that these are loaner vehicles and have 4 -5 thousand miles on them. And that the factory warranty is almost expired. When I asked what the price was I was told they don't know what the price was but they could probably sell me a 2017 LTZ model for less. (I am not interested in the LTZ, I was trying to buy a LT) I asked again what the price for the (used) 2016 LT was and was told again "We don't know the price, we haven't decided yet." Then again talked about the more expensive model.
This is plain old deceptive, dishonest sales tactics that give auto dealers a bad name.

Most unprofessional dealership and staff in the business. We bought or leased 4 vehicles from them. They call you and extend "special offers", but then change the terms when you talk to them. We were working on our credit. After BUYING OR LEASING FOUR VEHICLES, there was no loyalty deals.
After spending 4 hours there, trying to lease 2 more vehicles, they sent us home. We were told that they would contact us the next day. We called 3 days later and left a message. No call back. We called 4 days after that and asked to speak to finance to find out what was happening with our situation. They got the secretary back on the phone to say. "You are not financeable". Thanks for the follow up. If they can't get the business, they just leave you hanging, ending all communication immediately. Not someone I want to, or will do business with ever again. The 2 Stars are for the first vehicle purchasing experiences.

Was not a typical car buying experience for me. This team (Adam V, Mike H, Drew D) that I worked with were so knowledgeable and helpful it was wonderful. They had the truck I wanted to look at pulled up front and ready for me when I got there for an appointment, which showed me they valued my time. Great experience all around.

Bill Mauer will make it sound like I took my car over to where I could get it fix right and it didn't take 3weeks to fix it. it was a BIG MISTAKE going there. Traded in a car that had personalized plates. Wanted to make sure we were able to put the personalized plates on the new vehicle. This was a year ago. Nobody knew what was going on with Minnesota transfer new rules during the signing of docs. We were told ten different things. Could never get a straight answer only excuses as to why they couldn't do it as part of the trade anymore. We were told it will take 6 months. We waited and called Mauer. No one there was helpful and said you will need to do this, this and this. Whenever I contacted them they would just rattle off a bunch of terminology and quote system titles for the DMV without coming out to say that I needed to go to the DMV. They were not knowledgeable or helpful at the time of trade or since. They list excuses rather than being helpful. Who wants to hear why you can't help? We want to know what you suggest we should do to resolve this. They handled this poorly and should have a written guideline for customers about this since they used to do it as part of a trade.

I had set up an appointment to get my transmission serviced for 1 week out. I had called a few days prior to make sure my 2016 Cruz was safe to drive. The man I spoke with told me to bring my car in at 7am the next morning to get a diag. and would hold a loaner car if I needed it to get to work on time by 9am. I arrived at 7am the next morning. Due to poor communication the mechanic working was very rude and told me... "we will get to you when we can." He had no timeline.. hours? Half/all day? Or any regard for my safety (Meanwhile blizzard conditions) I drove straight to my family's mechanic -Pep Boys in Eagan- they helped me right away. Turns out my car is unsafe to drive. I called mauer chev with the diag. The fix is covered under warranty.. however the loaner car was no longer available and they have no more available. I missed work. My car will also have to wait another 5 days to get serviced.. maybe I'll get a loaner meanwhile???

Each and every staff member that my wife and I came in contact with at Mauer Chevrolet were professional, patient, and more than willing to answer or further clarify any questions we had. Our salesman, Adam Voigt, was outstanding. I really felt that he was interested in getting us into the right vehicle for us and not just "a" vehicle. He also showed genuine concern over our finances and helped us stay within budget to get the perfect truck that we really wanted. Give that guy a raise! Took my Tahoe in for a diagnostics after a different auto shop told me the engine was shot. Mauer Techs determined the engine was fine just needed an internal engine flush and oil change. They're very honest ppl and saved me $6,000. I highly recommend Mauer Service Center.

Parts department was very poor. Stood there waiting while they were talking about lunch. Not much knowledge on what was going on, very rude customer service people. Employees not wearing masks when it is posted everywhere that they are required in the building. The manager was worthless and set a diffrent guy to help us and he was the rudest of them all. Ordered a part 3 weeks ago and was told multiple times a week that the part would be in store the next day and they would give me and call and let me know what was going on with it never received a call. I allways had to call. Very poor business.

I never felt pressured to purchase, and everything was very transparent regarding the price of the vehicle. Everyone at Mauer seemed very friendly and nice. I will be using Mauer for future service for my Equnox. Adam took time to really make sure I understood all the working of my new car and encouraged me to ask questions as well as call if I have future questions.

I've purchased many cars in my life, but I've never had a car buying experience like I did with Mauer. My salesperson, Brandon, was great - very honest, very up front and knowledgable. Larry in finance was great. He didn't BS me with a bunch of terms or jargon. Both of these guys were great. The only thing I didn't like was that my new car didn't come with cruise control. However, that was quickly rectified when Brandon got an after-market cruise added to my deal.

The car was very affordable and they gave me a great return on my trade as well. I plan on returning for my next car and will recommend my friends and family to do so as well!

Considering my trip to Belzer in Lakeville the night before turned me off from wanting to ever buy a new car again, this trip to Mauer was a dream!

I brought my Chevy in for an oil change, it took 2.5 hours. they told me my radiator was leaking. I have never seen any fluid on my garage floor. The radiator repair will be $800. I said I'm going to give my family mechanic look at it first. left, got down the road, car stales and blows a huge cloud of smoke. I go right back. no one will talk to me, no one even explained what had possibly happened. all the service writers looked at me like I had a second head. Poor customer service! But they could talk to my dad and husband. I felt it was so disrespectful. the whole experience has turned me off from going back to Maurer forever. I'm looking for a new Chevy dealerships. it's too bad for them cause I need to upgrade soon.

Long story short, my Malibu had 40k on it. My key FOB broke. I went in there and every single person I spoke to (service/parts/sales) was rude and blew me off. I ve purchased 2 cars and referred my dad there as well. They want to take care of you only when you re purchasing a car.

I sent them an email. The internet sales manager called me. I will say he was very nice. He listened to me at least. He said he would pass my concerns on to the dealership. I haven t heard from them since.

They claim to do free car washes, every time I went in for wash it seemed like I was bothering the service dept. Last time I went in the service writer came to my vehicle and asked what I needed, when I said I would like a wash he said THAT'S ALL. Then informed me that I need to see my salesmen. Then he proceeded to his desk and played with his phone. Sorry to bother you ! If the sales dept. are busy washing vehicles and not selling them you may not have vehicles to bring in for service! Glad I traded vehicle in and don't have to deal with them anymore.
To be clear, my problem was the service dept. Sales dept. were always decent.

Ordered bug deflector from parts department which was ordered on Sept 4 and didn't come in until Sept 18. Asked to speak to manager and he wouldn't do anything to help. He got manager for service he told me he didn't like comments I made about bad customer service. I asked if they would install for free since it took so long and he said make an appointment very rudely. If you aren't buying a new vehicle from them you don't matter. I would never buy anything from this company.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Attempting to drop off my lease and only one person was able to provide the paperwork. He was in a meeting in the office directly in front of me. I was forced to stand outside this glass office and wait to sign the final paperwork for over 30 minutes. The rest of the employees refused to help or even knock on the door. Terrible. Do not waste your time here.

Horrible Experiences! If your vehicle is in need of repair take it to a reliable shop because these guys are only good at maintenance. I got my vehicle a day late. I was told to wait for a call each time I called just to give important information and to get confirmation on when the vehicle would be done because I had plans. Eric King is disgustingly rude and has no business dealing with customers. Customers are not number one. Eric left my vehicle dirty and full of grease, I wouldn't ever recommend doing any business with Mauer Chevrolet.

Thank you for requesting my opinion. I was actually going to reach out to management to share my experience. I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado RST from John Vecere. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and it all comes down to your staff. There was never any pressure, just a friendly exchange of information that helped me make my decision to buy. I worked with John, Mike, and Jeff in finance. I couldn't help notice that all three of them displayed the same "no pressure" eagerness to walk me through the buying process. Like they have a "company driven" set of core values about the customer experience. Nicely done.

I recently brought my 2013 Traverse LS in for warranty service for a "service air bag" message in the DIC and the related warning light indicator.

As in a previous warranty related service appointment for another matter I could not have been more satisfied with the work and professionalism with the service staff that assisted me. From the phone appointment through delivery of my vehicle to picking up the vehicle the service staff was friendly, helpful and informative as to the problem and its cause.
