Long story short, my Malibu had 40k on it. My key FOB broke. I went in there and every single person I spoke to (service/parts/sales) was rude and blew me off. I ve purchased 2 cars and referred my dad there as well. They want to take care of you only when you re purchasing a car.

I sent them an email. The internet sales manager called me. I will say he was very nice. He listened to me at least. He said he would pass my concerns on to the dealership. I haven t heard from them since.

We re not #1, you are! Only if you re purchasing a car.

Look elsewhere.
