Our experience with Mauer Chevrolet's sales department was 5-star. Mike, Ben, and Jeff all helped us with the purchase of our new 2020 Chevrolet Suburban LS. They were very thorough and made sure everything was addressed including financing and even giving us a whole tutorial so-to-speak of the infotainment system. They were all very pleasant and willing to work with us to get a deal that was right for us without making us feel obligated, pushed over, or uncomfortable in any way. In other words, none of them acted like pushy salesmen. Our overall experience was very much positive and we would definitely go back there in the future and also refer our friends.
