I recently brought my 2013 Traverse LS in for warranty service for a "service air bag" message in the DIC and the related warning light indicator.

As in a previous warranty related service appointment for another matter I could not have been more satisfied with the work and professionalism with the service staff that assisted me. From the phone appointment through delivery of my vehicle to picking up the vehicle the service staff was friendly, helpful and informative as to the problem and its cause.
