Beautiful views, large, clean rooms, very good breakfast buffet, excellent staff.

At check in, the receptionist took off the extra charge for a 3rd person since one of the three was a child. Our stay was short but I have no complaints from the front desk or views they advertised.

I arrived hotel at 4pm but the room was still not ready. Front desk asked me to come back for the key without an apology.
The faucet in my friend room was broken, we told front desk and they asked us to remind them when we check out. No intention to fix it right away and rely on customer to remind them.
Really poor front desk service from a four stars hotel.

We booked a hotel room for a competition with the Marriott. We got an okay rate but thought it was easiest to stay there since the competition was there. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and needed to cancel our stay. We used Marriott's online system and cancelled our room 6 days in advance. Low and behold the next month we got our credit card bill and we were charged for the full price of the room. We called to find out why we were charged and they said we had to give them 7 days notice to cancel our reservation and that we need to read our contract more thoroughly. I asked to speak with the manager, who by the way won't deal with customers. Which is odd, what is more important then a customer? I was referred to her assistant Heather McCarthy which was a waste of time. She has no authority or power to make decisions nor does she care. So I am not sure why she is put in charge of customer disputes. It was a waste of time. This hotel doesn't care about customer service and won't give you the time of day. We called corporate Marriott to find out this is a franchisee and they have no authority over them. I would suggest you stay elsewhere even though this is a household brand they certainly don't care about you or your hard earned money.

I'm surprised Marriott hotels in 2018 still charge you for internet. In this day and age it is unacceptable. Gym is very nice and the views are amazing

Niagara Falls sights are awesome. Expensive but worth it.

Awesome! Amazing! Best view of the falls! So polite and so fast! The room we had was amazing! The view breath taking! I can t wait to bring the kids next time!

My partner and I booked a fallsview room for 2 nights for our anniversary, after not being out of the house for a weekend away together since 2019. I upgraded when I booked online with very high expectations, our excitement for the weekend was on an ultimate high. We were displeased after arriving in a room that was not throughly cleaned ( bathroom especially ).
We simply explained this to the front desk staff; Tamara took such great care of us, listened to our grievances with care. The Marriott is lucky to have an employee like this; Tamara has completely changed the way we feel about this particular hotel. She took her time with us, she was proactive in her thinking and went out of her way to not only rectify the situation but to make sure we were extra happy, comfortable and enjoying our stay. Tamara was pleasant and professional, as two business women ourselves this is something that we appreciate most. Thank you Tamara.

Great views of the Falls, especially from the Bi-level loft suites. Great service. Clean rooms. Super comfortable Marriott beds.

Love the place with Spectacular view of Niagara Falls

This hotel was "decent" but you charge 8$ for Wifi? We live in 2016, you would think wifi is a given..... Also in the online add if said wifi and parking included but when we got here it was not.

Ok. Before you book realize there are two Marriotts. One across the street from each other.

The Marriott Fallsview - the newer nicer Marriott was built as a Marriott. And.... Marriott on the Falls. Marriott on the Falls is a former Sheraton. So it wasn t a Marriott but a re-skinned Sheraton.

We arrived at the Marriott we thought we booked and were shuffled off to their ugly little cousin hotel, Marriott on the Falls.

That said. The staff at the Marriott on the Falls was superior and made us feel great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the kids loved it.

It just isn t a Marriott. The concierge area is really small. The elevators at slow and the wait is long. Do not accept a room with 01 or 02 or any low number. The people waiting at the elevator are loud and it echoes in the room.

And finally both hotels charge 40 dollars for valet parking. Just a silly amount of money. Gouging really.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give this a strong 6. Dated facility but they're trying. Lounge and Starbucks are nice amenities, but pool and surrounding areas needs TLC! Also, why are patrons being charged an outrageous 35.00 parking fee in an already pricey facility? Feel like I wasted money on this hotel, when I could have gone to a lower priced competitor who would offer complimentary upgrades and a free breakfast to boot!
I'll be seeking a refund.

A very clean and well managed facility with a fantastic view of Niagara Falls. The staffs are polite, well trained and accomodating.

We originally had booked one night here but decided to extend it another night. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating in assisting us with our reservation. Anugag at the front desk was particularly helpful in making sure we were able to stay in the same room for a great rate. Our room was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and we had an outstanding view of the Falls. We are looking forward to returning again soon.

Rooms were nice and clean and had amazing view of the falls. Be aware that there is no free WiFi unless you have a rewards account.

The location and view are amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Niagara is pretty expensive everywhere you go so the price is always hard to deal with.

The location of this hotel is great. There is a WE GO (bus) stop in front of the hotel which makes for easy access around the city. The hotel overlooks Horseshoe Falls so it offers the best view of all of the Falls. The hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk staff is cordial but not as helpful and friendly as we would have liked. The room is spacious and clean. The rooms overlooking the Falls give you a breathe taking view of all of the Falls. Waking up each morning to the Falls is something unforgettable. The hotel bar offers good drink choices as well as a good amount of food options that are flavorful. The elevator service is a little stressful in that you have to wait awhile for an elevator to arrive to take you up from the lobby or down to the lobby. Make sure you allow extra time for the elevator service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay here again because of its location and cleanliness.

Location: it's a long walk to the falls, there are a few restaurants close by. Parking is $30 a night which is very high. The 2 Queen beds with falls view room was adequate for family of 3, bathroom was small and door to bathroom is frosted glass hanging door that doesn't shut at all so not much privacy there. Room was not clean upon check in, had room re cleaned before unloading luggage. Windows throughout hotel are dirty, not good for a hotel you book for the VIEW. Will not stay here again. Bed was comfortable for hotel. Long wait at elevator.

Understaffed and underwhelming. Elite lounge closed on weekends, long wait for help with luggage. Rooms are modern and beds are comfortable at least.

At least the bellman was apologetic and very helpful and courteous. Can't blame him for the understaffed situation.

Unsure why concierge lounge is closed, no view of the falls from the room and no ability to enjoy it from the lounge.

Parking is also quite pricey and requires an outdoors walk back to the hotel unlike other hotels closer to the action.

Wouldn't come back.

With so many other hotels in the area it was a bit difficult to decide, but I'm very happy that we chose to stay at this one! We have a basic room with 2 queens and it more spacious than I thought it would be. While checking in I decided to upgrade to a fallsview room on the 18th floor and it's absolutely amazing to see both the American and Canadian falls from our window! A bonus is the illuminated water at night and fireworks at 10pm. The staff are incredibly friendly and will take care of all your needs. Pop into the pool and soak in the hot tub or get beefcake in the gym on the lower level. Definitely worth the money and will return in the future!

Good for my memory, think about this place for the nice view of the falls

As I always say you get what you pay for when it comes to staying somplace nice. Look for deals and do your homework before you go. No need to upgrade this room with a view of Niagara Falls. We had a wonderful view of the Falls and a very comfortable king size bed and a whirlpool tub for two. The shower is a little small but other than that everything was spotless. The only thing you may want to know that you have to pay $20.00 a day extra to have your car parked so keep that in mind if your staying more than a weekend.

one of the worst experience I ever had .
first , was after long drive and targeting to arrive 3:00 pm . simply told by the reception that the room was not ready and it can take an hour or more ( they can not give me exact time ) . after speaking to the manager they give us a room BUT the sink in the kitchenette is blocked lol .
they send a guy with his "dirty equipment and try to fix it " which he can not . no professional curtesy to tired guests by changing their room . I had to ask for a switch and was hard to get too .
also the dangerous room equipment ( please see the picture ) as I have a toddler and you can see the hazardous thing in the pic ( it really really bad ) wish they change the management and as final advice the money does not worth the view . the other marriot is closer and better view.

Amazing view from this hotel, i was at 16th floor and you can se these pics: magnificent!! The rooms are very big and clear, also the restaurant inside is very good

Loved our stay here. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is super convenient to all area attractions (we walked to almost everything). The view is just fabulous. Highly recommended!

Ive been to alot of hotels down by the falls over several years but i highly recommend Marriott always satisfied I always end up getting a room here if I'm in the Niagara falls area very respectful staff clean rooms and good prices

It was such a bad experience. I have stayed in Marriot before but haven t experienced anything like this. They offered the room for one price and when I got the bill I was charged for so things which I don t know what was that for. Also the room did not have a fridge and a microwave and also when I called for room service they asked me come down to the lobby to Keep the beer in the cooler. Complimentary passes given to disguise people to pay more at their restaurant and bar. Menu provided in the rooms are really cheap and once you enter the restaurant the menu you get is far beyond the price mentioned before. Total losers. Cheating is not the way to do business.

The only thing that distinguish this place is the location.

Things I liked: - renovated rooms are a nice modern option compared to the many dated hotel rooms in the area - staff are very friendly - awesome views of the Falls (if you get a fallsview room) - there's self-serve parking and a member's concierge lounge (my main reasons for choosing this Marriott over the other one across the street) - walking distance to Fallsview Casino Things I did not like: - cleaning of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, leave a lot to be desired... looked like their were old bloody hand stains on the sides of the doorframe to the bathroom - only 4 elevators for 31 floors... be prepared to wait awhile - concierge lounge doesn't get much attention from staff; the drinks fridge wasn't replenished once over the 2 nights during my most recent stay - the sun will heat up cityview rooms, even with the blinds closed, and the older A/C units won't be able to keep up -- fair warning before you book - there's always issues with late checkout; housekeeping visited my room twice even with a DND sign out, because front desk apparently mixed up who was staying in my room - parking is on the more expensive side (compared to other hotel chain properties in the area)

The room had a beautiful view of Niagara Falls. We watched the lights changing on the falls in the evening. Beds were very comfortable. Used the fitness center and pool, both were clean and not crowded. Breakfast was served with a view of the falls. Food was very good.

The staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. From the minute I checked in to the minute I left, every employee I met was cheerful and courteous. That, to me, is a strong reflection on the facility as a whole. Food was good. Parking was convenient. Great location. All the amenities. 5 star visit without a doubt.

It's nice. Walls are a bit they n. But the beds are comfy

Wonderful hotel, got a free upgrade to the 16th floor with stunning views of the falls and a Large Tub in the washroom along with stand-up shower. Great customer service at the front, the only drawback would be the $35/night parking but that's common everywhere in Niagara unfortunately. Ask to park in the garage otherwise your car will be frozen with a thick layer of ice if left outside (took me 20 minutes to clean it off the car). Overall, great experience.

Been on hold for 10 min trying to make a reservation with not one human interaction. For the price I will take my business elsewhere with better indicators of quality service

We had a fall view that was simply beautiful. As soon as we exited the elevator we could see the falls. There is an observatory on the 3rd level. The pool is pretty small but overall this was a very nice hotel. I will be back.

Just in front of Horseshoe Falls, you can shot the best picture of Falls.

Run down rooms, stained carpets, threadbare furniture, bad plumbing, incredibly loud and rickety heating, slow elevators, and the girl who checked us in had a brutal attitude. First bad hotel experience in Niagara, won't be back to a Marriott any time soon.

Room was kept clean. Large and spacious with everything top notch. Elevator took forever though

Nice room. Hockey teams on our floor that we had to call front desk about numerous times. The last call was at 1am

We stayed in a fallsview double Queen room. We stayed with two infants which was good. They provided a crib, however our child keep biting the rail and white paint was coming out. So we stopped using it. We asked for microwave for heating milk, but they didn't have any. I had to use the kettle and place the milk bottle in the hot water. I didn't like the kettle, it was broken and was soo dirty inside. White and black particles were coming out of it. You couldn't even open the kettle to clean it. Aside from the hassle of heating milk, and making formula, everything was good. View was amazing. Can watch the fireworks from the room.

Great rooms, nice wee pool, brilliant view of the falls

Very nice place to stay extremely friendly staff and the rooms are nice. The lobby bartenders are so polite and friendly - watching fireworks over a glass of wine was great! Beth the bartender was so friendly and nice to us, it was overall a great stay... I recommend

The rooms very nice but staff very rude and unwilling to help. As for the restaurant service was awful. Parking was a total mess due to a conference going on. Parking attendant yelling at people where to park. Then our we were over charged for our room. And still trying to get that settled. Working with accounting a lady named Lori who has been very rude and unprofessional. Nightmare!

View is amazing although I had no bath towels no hot water to take a shower and the air conditioning does not work very well Disappointing for the price I paid for the room

The location is great. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The only issue we had is with the slow elevators.
