It was a great stay. However, there was so much miscommunication. When I tried to update my package, I spent about an hour on the phone with a lovely gentleman who was willing to help but lacked the knowledge. We ended up not being able to make any changes in the end. And due to covid, there were some issues with the vouchers included in our package. Breakfast for 2, the Cafe was closed. So we got breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks with a 10 dollar voucher, which didn't even cover the cost of one sandwich. Not able to even get a coffee. And we paid 5 dollars more in the end. When the Cafe was open, the gentleman told us it is an all American breakfast, usually worth 26 dollars per person. Then we were told we would get 20 dollar voucher each for Mortons Grill and when we got there, was only given 20. We told the woman at the front that the gentleman told us 20 each, and honored it. But didn't make us feel great about it, but thats what we were told. Hot water taps in the morning spewed out red / brown water, was told it was from the tanks and it let it run. Was very unpleasant. However we understood and they let us check out later. Also when I booked, I called to ask if there was a tub in the room, and as per the room details online it said there would be a large tub separate from shower, however there was no tub. I updated our room from a bilevel room, to the presidential thinking we would get a tub. I think for the amount we paid, the value was not there. Luckily we are easy going people, but I feel that we did not get what we paid for. We spent over $550 for one night for our anniversary and didn't feel very special, although we had great expectations for the package we chose.

It was a great experience during the 2015 Christmas to stay in the hotel room with a fall's view . The jacuzzi was a fantastic add on. The continental breakfast was not the best but acceptable. The surroundings were amazing. Everywhere is within walking distance. The hotel location is OK but the firework is not perceivable from the hotel window or deck.

Stayed in the bi-level 2 bedroom suite. Love the view, recently renovated hotel! Staff was super welcoming. Great vibes overall.
The room accommodated 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was perfect for a 1 night getaway.
Will come here again for sure.

We stayed in the high floor falls view room and it is incredible. The view is amazing and the room is great. The room is very updated and has a very nice look. The bathroom is very updated and modern. A big jacuzzi and great standing shower. Nothing is better than this view though. We have an amazing view over the falls and it is above the mist so you can always see the falls.

The location of the hotel was extremely nice with beautiful views of the falls. The hotel lobby was nice however the rooms need to be renovated, they were a bit dated. The carpeting was stained, the television very small and no safe provided. The front check in was very congested also, with nowhere to pull over to park for valet at times. A plus was having Morton's as part of the hotel and Starbuck's available in the lobby.

This is to me... the perfect hotel in Niagara Falls. It is right above the falls, and the furthest away from the centre and near the green areas, so no views are obstructed. The staff and rooms were great and very good respectively. But main thing for us was that the windows on Falls side up to around floor 20 open! This means you have fresh air all night and you hear the falls! By itself this noise of water is not special, but when you know it is Niagara Falls you are hearing, and when you wake up to the sound and views of it at sunrise... you just can't get better than that. Advice: Check if they offer free bus passes as they did when we were there.

Clean rooms, adequate parking that's hassle free. The elevators are programmed to go to the top empty. If you have any hope of getting one going down in the am without a 45 minute wait, you're best to catch it going up!

The rooms are beautiful and renovated. However, very poorly soundproofed with both the corridor and adjacent rooms. You are charged destinations ameneties and we do not tell you before you give your bill. The bed needs much softening between these sheets and sandpaper no difference.

Great view if you facing the falls. Great costumer service, but please be careful with their info booth. They are going to try to sell you a package with VIP bus to the falls and two other attractions, let me just tell you that it is not worth it. It is overpriced and you can get your tickets for so much cheap.
Their restaurant is good. We had their wings and frozen alcohol wings and they were good.

Great services and clean rooms. This is the hotel we stay everytime if we come to spend weekend in Niagara falls. We usually pay bit extra for the better view on the falls, at night can watch the fireworks from the hotel room. They also offer shuttle bus card for customers during the stay.

Huge rooms, very updated and modern. I would recommend getting a room with the view, if not, not to worry amazing close view of the falls from the hallway. If you dont mind not looking at a view ask for a floor close to the bottom. Elevators takes 5-8 minutes to get down.

This has to be the best hotel in Niagara Falls. Not only for the view of the falls but the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are fabulous with great beds and large showers. The WeGo bus, complimentary pass provided by the Marriott, is directly at the hotel s entrance and takes you anywhere you need to go. The price for parking is questionable but if you consider the complimentary bus pass and other coupons they provided, makes up for the parking cost.
Also wanted to say thank you to Tamara at the front desk for taking care of us during our wedding anniversary. We will never forget this exprience.

Very nice. Ok restaurant at the lobby level. Although maybe it was off season but the waitresses didn't really pay attention to us until we asked her to come see us. They were chit chatting and using their cellphones. Food was good. Fast service.
Hotel is well managed however it was extremely cold in the elevator and in any hallways and I'm not cold easily.. imagine. Very nice view when you have the fall's view room. The suits are very nice. 2 floors and a large TV.

Best hotel on the Falls. Our rooms overlooked the Falls, so we were able to watch the lights go through the color cycle in the comfort of our rooms. All staff we met were extremely courteous, I only wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

The rooms weren't too clean, (there was soap on the shower walls, note: no one had taken any showers yet) i dont recomend using the swimming pool, its extremely dirty, their buffet wasn't too bad. But people allergic to gluten, be warned, they only have gluten free bread, and eggs. Bacon should be fine as well, and bratwurst, and they also have fruits to offer. Other than that, they have an awesome view of the falls, as shown below. (18th floor)

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls is a great hotel.
My family and I were glad we made the best choice.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite on the 31st floor, directly overlooking the Horseshoe Falls.
Also, we were able to see the American Falls and the nightly fireworks at 10PM from the 2 bedrooms.
Our hotel room was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
The housekeeping team was accommodating.
Everything went well throughout our 4 night stay.
The hotel charge Destination Amenity Fee, which includes:
* Complimentary Wine or Craft Beer Sample for 2 in the Lobby Lounge.
* Wifi access
* Beer Tasting for 2 at Niagara Brewing Company
* Unlimited long distance calls from your room to anywhere in the US or Canada
* Unlimited local calls
* Family E-Portrait at Hershey's Chocolate World
* 2 bottles of complimentary water per day
* 2 Wego passes per night of stay
Although we didn't get to use everything, some of the above items came handy.
We bought our breakfast at Starbucks at the hotel lobby.
Our nightly rate didn't come with free breakfast so we didn't try the breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
The food we had for dinner at the Milestone restaurant at the hotel was delicious. I would recommend to try it at least once if your nightly rate does not include any complimentary meals.
The hotel location is convenient. It is over a mile walk to Clifton Hill, which is not really that far. Since we are used to walking, the distance didn't really matter to us.
Our overall experience at the Marriott on the Falls was great.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to have a room that overlooks the falls located in a peaceful area of Niagara Falls, Canada and attractions in close proximity.

My husband and I booked this hotel this past weeke...
My husband and I booked this hotel this past weekend for 1 night on Dec 13. We were celebrating our anniversary and deciding to make it special by staying at the Marriott in Niagara. The hotel room itself is very modern and updated. However, when I was getting ready to sleep around 11:00pm I noticed multiple stains on our duvet and quite frankly I was horrified! I called front desk to ask for a new duvet comforter and I was told they would not be able to provide us the same feathered duvet but will replace it with a different blanket. This was quite alarming and I had to go back and forth with the hotel employee requesting multiple times if they can just provide us with the regular duvet to sleep with as it gets cold at night.
After asking multiple times, the hotel employee told me she will look and that I should come downstairs in 10 minutes to pick it up?!?!?! I was SHOCKED. I hung up and called back after 5 minutes. This time it was a different hotel employee who answered and he already knew about the situation. He told me they found another duvet and that I need to come downstairs to pick it up and bring it to my room as they don't have any housekeeping. I asked him if there was any way they could bring it up to my room and he said no I have to come down to the lobby (I was staying on the 20th floor). I had already changed into my pjs ready for bed but then I had to put on shoes, dress warmer and change into a hoodie and sweats, out of my pjs, to go downstairs to get a clean duvet. The hotel employee literally gave me the duvet rolled up in a bunch and I had to carry it in my hands and up the elevator (it was so big it was falling out of my arms) and then struggling to unlock my hotel room door with the key, while holding this huge duvet that was practically falling to the floor. This new duvet did not feel the same as the original (stained) one and was not soft.
I was extremely dissatisfied with this service as I have never experienced this with any other hotel. I was honestly shocked at this experience. First of all the duvet was given to us DIRTY and STAINED all over - that is the hotel's fault for not ensuring cleanliness. Then, secondly I was asked to come downstairs to get a new one and carry it in my hands up to my room (which they could not guarantee would be the same). If I am paying to stay at a hotel, I would expect that the bare minimum service is given to its guests. I did not ask for anything above and beyond, just a clean duvet to sleep with, yet they still could not deliver the minimum service of the hospitality industry. Given the circumstances we are all living in with Covid-19 right now, my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable staying the rest of the night as we were given a dirty duvet. I was very paranoid with the rest of the items in my room and the least they could have done was bring up a fresh clean one in a proper manner, instead of the way I had to carry mine (which may have touched the ground as it was too big to carry in my arms). This experience made us extremely uncomfortable as cleanliness should be the number one priority, especially during this time. If you do not have enough resources for house-keeping, then you should not keep your hotel open to the public as I would hate for anyone to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their own room especially during this time. The interior design and view was amazing of this hotel, however, I would definitely not stay here again. This is a hospitality industry and staying at a hotel is an experience in itself in which guests should be taken care of accordingly as they are paying for this exceptional service. I have stayed at 2 other hotels this year during the covid-19 pandemic, and I have had amazing service, with everything being extremely clean and all protocols followed. Last time we stayed at the Sheraton in Niagara, and had exceptional service there! All though their rooms may not be as modern, I would definitely recommend that hotel!

Free wifi is just a public area. There is no room inside.
The pool is too small to turn around.
The bottle of mineral water in the room is 5 knives.
The rooms in the City view are all wilderness.
The location is too biased and it takes five minutes to get to the casino.

Very slow check in. 50+ people in line and 3 people working the desk. Very few carts to bring your stuff up to room. Unless you use bellhop (fee). Rooms are dated and beds have been well used, soft and dippy. Fridge worked more like a microwave and tub didnt drain during shower.
Everthing at this hotel is extra extra extra. Parking, if you can get a spot is $29 a night. Snail speed wifi is 6.95 day, higher speed is $9.95 day. The Starbucks in the hotel is double the price.

My wife and I stay here every time we go go falls. We cant say enough good things; the maid service always does a fantastic job, the room service is to die for - sometimes the wait times are a little long but it is a big hotel so they deserve a little leeway, the fallsview rooms are just that: an amazing view of a beautiful piece of natural beauty. Only thing I can say that's not great it is a little far from the main tourist areas of the falls.
A great place for a romantic weekend away or a family vacation, a fantastic option for a hotel in the falls!

While upscale in appearance the restaurant is well priced and the food is very good. Service was fine, bathtubs were clean and the view of the falls is great. I would have expected higher prices but the value is extraordinary. Recommended.

The view from the 14th floor was awesome, no question about it! Whether the high room price is justified ... so be it. It was worth it to me for one night. The room was large and clean, no complaints. Reception friendly too.
Star deduction definitely, because the wifi in the room is only free for 1 day. What shoud that? Why should you suddenly start paying on the second day? Very annoying and just not up to date. This is in no relation to the overnight rates.
