It was such a bad experience. I have stayed in Marriot before but haven t experienced anything like this. They offered the room for one price and when I got the bill I was charged for so things which I don t know what was that for. Also the room did not have a fridge and a microwave and also when I called for room service they asked me come down to the lobby to Keep the beer in the cooler. Complimentary passes given to disguise people to pay more at their restaurant and bar. Menu provided in the rooms are really cheap and once you enter the restaurant the menu you get is far beyond the price mentioned before. Total losers. Cheating is not the way to do business.
