I am sorry to say that i had the worst experience ever. I paid a lot of money for a falls view room and dont get me wrong the view was amazing. My experience was the worst. The air conditioner in the room was not working. and it was blowing hot air the whole night. We were unable to sleep literally. And we finally got hold of a representative at 4am and she brought up a fan and the fan was louder than New York traffic. I then told the representative and she said they would try to fix it!!!!
Honestly had a horrible time and wouldnt recommend it.

I originally gave them a 5 star review for their service however they're sneaky with hidden fees. Found a $25 charge on my credit card for wi-fi but I did not know I was going to get charged, I was under the impression it was included in the room and nothing prompted me when I was signing it that I would be charged for usage.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, very comfy beds and unique view of the falls. Also has a starbucks inside the hotel which is convenient.

Excellent hotel with stunning rooms, especially if you decide to get a Falls view room!! Would not recommend getting a city view room because you miss out on incredible changing views of the main attraction. Prices are fair but reflect the general higher cost of the Niagara falls tourist area. Be careful not to think you'll be able to find good or inexpensive food options near by. Go further into Niagara falls or Lundy Lane for better, more fair prices restaurants.

Been staying in Marriot on the Falls a couple of times. Be careful with the bottled water which is not complimentary, other than the tea and coffee! Very misleading when it was stated on the label with the big word COMPLIMENTARY Free for "some members"! It was placed on the same tray where they put the coffee and tea! I was charged $10 for 2 small bottles of water. Anyway, after some explanation with the reception, they waived the charges. Inform them not to put those bottled water in the same place of those complimentary beverages but in the fridge like the many other hotels not to confuse its guests.
This time we stayed again and the same thing was put as COMPLIMENTARY again and at the same place. So, no more touching of these bottled water. Can get fresh fruit flavoured water at the lobby.
Another thing is the parking. The first time we were there, it was free parking if you are the guest. Indeed, we are! This time, we have to pay more than $20. The same standard room costs higher and excluding parking.
The Falls view is beautiful no doubt. But other than that, there is non good deal at all.
Well, being said, it will be our last time staying there. Will look for elsewhere with real deals.

This is the furthest and last hotel on the strip but the Falls View rooms have spectacular views of the Horseshoe Falls with the American Falls also visible in the distance. The views are especially nice at sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your room. Book a package with Concierge Lounge access so you can enjoy free continental breakfast and light meal in the evening.

Very nice with great location.

Very nice with great location.

New renovated rooms are beautiful but needs just a bit more storage space or something to put more luggage on.

Con - no free room Wifi - shame on you.

It's 2016.... Big money grab to charge for it.

If you stay here ask for Avinash. You was sooo amazing. He was helpful and sincere. The hotel really knows how to make a customer feel welcome and comfortable. I had a huge problem with the Marriott Fallsview and Spa and both Avinash and the Manager Jessica were able to help me out. They took the time to understand my concern and assisted in resolving it. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and the fallsview rooms are amazing. I spent 3 days here for a conference and extended a day so my family could come up and spend some time with me. Avinash assisted in making that happen. My family and I thank Marriott on the Falls.

All of the staff members were super friendly and gave customers a welcoming smile willing to help out customers.
The decor of the room I stayed was chic, simple, and wide enough. The room was really my taste! Also, wow, the shower pressure was strong! Of course I loved it. I ll choose Marriott again.

Not to confuse with the Fallsview Marriott, which is a few steps away: the Marriott on the Falls has best views on the Niagara Falls. Rooms and hotel could use a little renovation, but apart from that: swift and friendly service, well equipped rooms and a truly amazing view on the Falls are making up for it.

This is our second time at this hotel. We come here for a work event and enjoy the view very much. The room is comfortable. But this year there was an issue with cleanliness. The wife could have used more creamer and a stir stick. If we didn't love this weekend so much the rating might have been lower.

I decided to splurge for our anniversary and reserve a presidential suite with a view of the falls, it was definately worth the money. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained and clean. The views of the falls are excellent, we did not want to leave the room! We received a dinner voucher with our reservations so we decided to eat dinner at the hotel resteraunt, the service was exceptional but the food was NOT worth the money. I would rather have saved the money and eaten at a resteraunt out of the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel as a great place to stay but would advise you to make plans to eat dinner elswhere. The breakfast buffet is good, no complaints.

We stayed in late February in a Falls View King room on the 15th floor. The room was excellent with an unobstructed view of the falls. We had a king bed and a double soaker tub (which you could watch the fireworks from if you wanted). Service was excellent and housekeeping did a great job on the room. We would give 5 stars if it wasn't for all the extra charges. We ordered 2 mushroom omelettes which came with some hash browns and cherry tomatoes - with the service charge, delivery charge, taxes etc, they cost us $59 with no drinks. $35 a night to park outside (plus taxes and everything has a local improvement tax added). Just be aware that costs can quickly add up.

Worst customer service ever: restaurant was closed 40 min earlier, did not provide contact of the manager who can help me with lost item, towels in room were not clean. Still not sure if they found my item or nor since I had no response from the hotel. I suggest you to find other place to stay for the same price (which is quite expensive). The worst thing about that experience - they spoiled both my honeymoon and birthday. Management should learn how careless work and services can affect others' life.

Love it

When ALL The Hotels in Niagara realize that they are in Canada & should be charging Cnd rates for their rooms . I have NO INTENTION of booking . Also reduce the ridiculous parking rates .

Decent hotel with a good view of the falls. The bellman who received my vehicle for the valet parking and also ended up assisting me with my luggage on checkout was a very nice gentleman. Other than that I was disappointed with my stay.

I checked in on a Saturday so the wait for an elevator was quite long which is understandable but I was unhappy when I arrived to my room to find my door slightly opened. There was a problem with the frame so unless the door was forced shut it would just remain slightly open if left to close on its own.

The hotel room was nice and very modern except I had found a stain on the bedding and the spray attachment for the bathtub was not working properly. My problems continued the next day as I had called down to the front desk to have my vehicle brought from the valet but still had to wait 30 minutes before it was actually at the front. It was a problem I experienced again on checkout but I at least was able to ask about the status of my vehicle a little sooner so I didn't end up waiting as long.

I hope other guests don't end up with this type of service but I personally would rather stay at the Marriott across the street instead of returning here.

Great hotel. Very clean rooms and spacious suites. We had a 2 bedroom family suite wit a gorgeous view of the falls that was just stunning. There is a Milestones Restaurant in the lobby and a Starbucks. Milestones was always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Great food. Parking here is a charge per day.

Great views from the room (2209), which was an open loft with a comfy king bed upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs. Two bathrooms with showers were convenient.
Concierge lounge was little but nice and adequate for breakfast (alternatively there's a $24 breakfast buffet.)
There's an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and two different bars.
WeGo bus stops right across the street.
The views were absolutely amazing.

The location is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Parking is a bit on the high side at 30 per night. The elevators are terribly slow and only 2 of them service the top half of the hotel (but at least one isn't limited to those floors so it's extra slow) The most disappointing aspects of the stay are related to the perks for having gold status. We did not get a room upgrade (alledgedly sold out but there were nicer rooms available to book online) and our room was near the elevators which was noisy. The lounge is tiny and cannot accomodate the number of guests that have access to it. It's also short staffed and even shorter on selection for appetizers and breakfasts. Milestones (attached to hotel) is tasty but pricy. The white chocolate cheesecake was delightful. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice enough if not a bit scuffed up around the esges. The bed was a typically comfy Marriott bed. The coupon book for the area was a nice touch. (Decent coupons not lame ones).

For the excellent service on the other hand for parking no surveillance despite the extra costs so we got stolen our bikes during the night there are cameras but we did not know if they were in function very disappointed for that

Marriot on the Falls has been an interesting experience. The hotel itself was clean, room as can be expected of a Marriot. The view was good and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise as well. One drawback is that the windows were a little dirty. So taking good photos from the hotel window was a difficult task.
We paid for a room with breakfast included. With the covid situation, the restaurant is open to only 10 paying guests. Which means that if breakfast was included in your room's rate, you can order by going down to Milestones restaurant. You can also choose to order take out by phoning in. If you order room service, an additional charge will be levied.
No housekeeping due to covid but the hotel staff did mention that we can call downstairs should we run out of any essentials.
In addition to the room's rate, be prepared to pay $35/day + tax for parking. You may get parking within the compound (we didn't and had to park in another lot across from the road). Because we parked in the 2nd lot, there was a quite a bit of walk to the hotel - little difficult after a long day or if it is chilly out.
The hotel also charges an additional fee called Destination Amenity Fee which is bundle of things along with 2 free water bottles and access to wifi. It's calculated at 7.9% of your room rate. You can see the other items covered by the fee in the photo. Frankly speaking, we utilized only the Wego pass.(Wego buses were mostly empty. Wego's green line is not functional until Spring 2021).
The additional fees did not come as a surprise to us as we were aware of it when we were booking. But we feel that Marriot should have just built all the fees into the room rate. Room rates online can be seen $130 and up but in reality by paying for parking and the additional fee, your rate you are paying for your room is above $200.
Overall, it was an okayish experience. Would we stay at a Marriot Hotel again? Oh yeah! Would we stay at this particular Marriot? Probably no.
