Super helpful in everything we needed. Parking is unnecessarily expensive though.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Stayed in January 2019 so this review is overdue. Super clean, friendly/helpful staff and AMAZING food! We ordered room service the last night we stayed and I was so upset that we didn't get food here more often during our 3 night stay. We were celebrating my husband s birthday and they surprised us with treats in our room upon our arrival. Hoping to come back again this year! Did I mention? Best views ever!!

Really the best view you can have. It's worth the extra

I booked this hotel for my wife, my mother in law and 2 kids during spring break. We got 2 queen beds for about $110 a night! Very good price!

It's close to the falls, and the rooms are modern and comfortable with good shower pressure.

The big issue with this hotel is that they charge $10 a day for wifi and $29 a night for parking.

So when you add those costs in, it's $140ish a night, which isn't so competitive.

The view is really good if you get the right type of room.

The pool is awesome, my daughter loved it.

Will probably stay again.

Nice hotel and great location. I give it 2 stars because the valet parking guy was rude, the garbage bins were full of garbage in our room when we checked in and also after staying there for 2 days they never cleaned the room. So yeah I wasn t very happy spending $900 for 2 days and dealing with all that.

A nice hotel, in a good location. You need to pay a lot of money to get a decent fallsview room... I thought we had, but it turns out I needed to pay quite a bit more to actually get a worthwhile view. Unsurprisingly, the higher the better!

Location and view could not be beat. Room was in great condition - must have been renovated recently. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended!!! We had a great experience in this hotel. Pricey but worth it. My partner loved coming back. Fallsview room is spectacular. Restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic. Massage therapists in the hotel were excellent.

They say that the hotel is in NY when in reality it is in Canada ... I lost my money

The location was good but the service wasn t. Choose the Hilton right next door. Better food and connections as well.

Didn't spend the night, only there for a wedding party. However the room was clean and the view was great

I surprised my mother with a trip to Niagara for her birthday. We stayed in a Superior room on the 28th floor and it was worth every penny. The view was gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. The hotel s front desk was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the city and attractions. Only thing I wish is for the housekeeping staff to smile a little more. I m used to greeting everyone at a hotel and housekeeping seemed to be very stand-offish. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

This is one of the best Marriott's. Even though this hotel is a bit away from the main down town(towards Skylon tower) u can see the fall clearly.

The rooms are nice and the fallsview room is wonderful. However the parking fees and Niagara 'destination fees' are extremely annoying for a hotel of that price

Nice hotel with a decent lobby bar, and great restaurant. The rooms are very nice, and modern. The only complaint I would have is the elevators here are terribly slow. On check out, in the morning, I waited 15 minutes for an elevator, ultimately having to take the stairs after the only 2 elevators that came to our floor were already full.

I've visited here every year for the last 10 years. This time most of the staff seemed not into it. I hope it was just a blip.

Beautiful view, great room, clean hotel, helpful tour advisor and front desk staff. The porters leave something to be desired. If you aren't a pretty young lady, you are on your own with your car and your bags. My husband and I were never offered help with our bags, or greeted on entering or exiting the hotel. The only time we heard them speak was when groups of girls were entering or exiting at the same time we did. Girls with no bags were asked if they needed anything. We got the cold shoulder. I'll spend my money elsewhere next visit to Niagara Falls.

This is my 5th time staying here and the service been awesome every time. Clean rooms, clean lobby. Spacial thanks to the background employees that made this hotel clean. Vanessa at the front desk was super nice btw.

Great staff, very clean room. I would have rated 5 stars but we always had to wait too long for the elevators.

The view was great, staff was friendly. The rooms were modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. 4 stars because the bathroom doors were pretty filthy and the elevators were really slow.

Great view of the falls for falls view rooms. TV selection is a little light. Clean and nice rooms. Elevators could use some work. Little pricey but worth it in the end.

Great room! The highest floor suite with the falls view has the most amazing views!

Great views! There Jr Suite was amazing. We used our Jacuzzi tub. We had extraordinary customer service provided to us by Dinesh. We'd definitely come to stay here again. It was an overall pleasant stay.

Such a clean hotel and we got the room with the view of the falls - so great. I will also say that their shampoo/conditioner is great. Skeptical using those, but was amazing

Originally requested a room higher up, but when we checked in they didn't have one so we got "upgraded" to a room with a soaking tub! Still had a phenomenal view of the falls! Easy enough to walk everywhere or use the busing system. Starbucks in lounge along with bar & Milestones on the Falls (ribs are amazing!). Had to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

I attended Romancing the Falls author event at the Marriott on the Falls. The event itself was incredible, all of the Marriott staff were kind and knowledgeable. The event ran smoothly and transitioned so well from signing event to dinner and after party. The food was incredible and the desserts were delicious. The Marriott helped make this event amazing!

Extremely friendly staff. M lounge is not open on the weekends.

NOTE: very high fees. Check before booking. Tourism tax + Parking + Service Charges. It added up quick (I know it's a tourist attraction, but the % was simply way too much).

The hotel staff were very helpful and very informative. The view from the room was breathtaking. The amenities in the room were fantastic. In short I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to all to stay here.

As I m making the reservation for my spouse and I over the phone the attendant discreetly increased the price of the room twice. We caught this due to our mobile banking notifications. When we asked what the reason was we were not given a clear answer. The same day I read a review regarding this hotel with the same situation happening to them. The attendants name is Michael. We immediately canceled our reservation and we re never staying at this hotel. Buyer beware.

Such a nice hotel, the staff is great aswell. But the elevators in the building take very long. I would recommend using stairs if possible

Room was not ready even though i was checking in at 5:30pm...for a Marriott service should have been alot better regardless of the excuses. Not going back. Thanks alot Freshco for your help.

Very nice hotel. Easy to get around with busses and walking. Beautiful views of the falls. Be prepared to pay extra for parking and wifi which I thought a but much but there are options to park other places that are easy to walk to. Get a WeGo bus pass, it's worth it.

We were there for a dance competition. We didn't stay here but at another hotel. But...I had a few comments.

There was a concession stand set up that was grossly overpriced. My husband would have rathered walked to Tim Horton's for coffee, it wasn't great. We bought pizza, and it was rubbery and didn't taste very good. Was not worth the $5.00 at all.

The Starbucks was a whole other issue. If you know your location is going to be over run with a lot of tired dance parents, you would think it would be smart to put more staff on. Waiting nearly half and hour in line was ridiculous.

Kudos to the valets though...you all worked hard during the storm to keep the sidewalks clear and safe.

I'm sure the hotel is amazing, but it was those little things that irked me.

Could your wife do something for your wedding anniversary at the time of booking? He said he was refused after asking a little pity, but actually he received champagne and cake service as soon as he entered the room! The view from the window is amazing, and the experience here has become an unforgettable treasure.

Beautiful hotel, very clean but strange smell when entering past the pool. Food and drinks were fantastic. Big shout out to Katharine(correct name?) Serving the walker Christmas party. She was amazing!

I really enjoyed staying at Marriott (twice) because of the wonderful view of both the falls and the Rainbow Bridge. The hotel was clean and perfect, I also enjoyed eating breakfast at the buffet on the Mezzanine level. The internet was quick, which was useful for me and the TV was HD. I loved buying a Starbucks drink then going up to my room to watch the scenery. I liked how Marriott was "on the falls" but I didn't like the view of the Canadian falls but the view of the American falls was great. The hotel was also perfect for watching fireworks and for taking pictures. I didn't like how the lighting was bad for taking pictures standing in front of the window(when it's sunny) and couldn't see the person's face. Just to take a good picture in front of the window, we had to use flash on our camera.

Check in was a breeze. Bar was fantastic. The view was wonderful.

We got a very nice room. 2 queen size with a den and a beautiful view of the falls. We really did enjoy our stay.

Blanket in my room had yellow Pee stains I thought Specially during Covid Their standards of cleaning would be higher but that s not true

Stayed for new years. Despite it being a holiday the service was great

Very smelly room carpet was dirty and there was something reddish on the carpet and I took the picture of carpet for that area and back of the side table so much dust and lint .and at the front desk when we checked in they did not mention and fee and parking going charges . i was surprised when I saw my bill.. hotal charged me extra $160 which is they said not included in your package wow plus they charge me extra on my credit card $ 5 then another transaction for $18 and 1 more for $23 which is not explained by front desk bad experience not recommend

A lovely hotel with really nice rooms. Especially ours which looked out onto the falls. The service and food was also excellent.

No problem with anything during our 2 night stay over the Civic holiday. We liked the location a lot, which was close to everything but a few blocks away from the bustling touristy area. The staff accommodated all of our requests. The rooms were pricey though. Otherwise, I would have not hesitated giving this Marriott a 5-star rating.

Clean room with beautiful view to Niagara Falls. The bus stop right in front of the entry, and the cost of the bus includes in your accommodation.Walking distance to restaurants.

Everything was great!! We were upgraded into a much better room for a cheap price, the service was great when we were checking in, it smells really good everywhere and we were given the 30th floor of the hotel with an amazing view from our room looking at the Falls! I will definitely be back here in the future for our hotel bookings in Niagara! We had a family suite, and it was spacious and very lovely. I was very happy at my stay here, my friend and I have already begun planning our next trip here with a stay back at the Marriott!

New rooms, best vantage point for falls view on high floor

Went for my birthday. It was alright. Nothing extraextraordinary. Jetted tub would dye out after 10 mins. Room service was a big disappointment. Will look for other options before booking there again.

The view of Niagara Falls is an astonishing from right outside our window! Their hotel has a very nice restaurant, that has Wham Bam Shrimp, that will make you say "Wham! Bam!" The toilet paper in the hotel isn't the normal hotel toilet paper. It is actually soft! The service is incredible, and to top it all off, it has a Starbucks, so no one can complain!

The hotel's view of the falls is excellent! The price drops quite a bit during the winter time, so it's a great time to visit then if you are on a budget. They have a milestones on the second floor which is affiliated with the hotel. They are open for breakfast and even have a breakfast buffet option. The rooms are decent, like all other Marriott hotels but having such a great view is definitely a plus.

***WARNING***
The great location and friendly staff was ruined by the $35 parking fee and $17 room service fee. After reviewing my emailed receipt, the $15 calamari we order incurred $17 in extras ($5 service, federal tax, gratuity and these other obscure extras). Imagine if you ordered coffee, it would cost $20...what a rip off! Prepare to be completely taken advantage of at the Marriott on the Falls :).

Amazing hotel ! One of my favorites. Incredible staff that were very professional, nice and friendly - especially during this difficult time. They went above and beyond for some unique asks during a special day for us, exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

Marriott on the Falls is like most high end hotels with one exception. There customer service is great. Our rooms was clean, the view was as requested and the staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our request. Well done!

Amazing falls view rooms. Stayed in 1715. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Elevator was very slow we would sometimes wait 20 minutes. View of the falls at night with fireworks and the morning sunrise can not be beat. Do t use points all the fees negate the value proposition.

This hotel deserves 5 stars but housekeeping really lets them down. I ve seen a number of reviews mentioning this, and I ve stayed in 100 s of Marriotts with one of the highest Elite Status . Housekeeping doesn t need a speaking to, but a complete strategic overall from management level down. These are a group of people who don t care about the work they do and have lost interest. A few examples include, the room next door ours left their room service dishes outside before 7am - at 5pm they were still there...gross. Our room, we walked in and I thought it hasn t been done. Crumbs on the floor, and dirty towels on the floor. The curtains hadn t been opened. Then walked in and saw the beds made... in the bathroom they removed out used once soaps but neglected to replace them (I m water clean tonight!) and the housekeeper left black foot marks in the shower...which was clean the night before when I stepped out. I ve walked into many done rooms after a day out and am always met with the same exacting standard...100s of hotels. Not sure how the supervisor who checks the rooms failed to notice the dirty linen in the middle of the room on the review? It was late in the day and no return from housekeeping so that is the standard of work...they ve lost care and lost interest.
