Amazing room and view also i want to mention a housekeeper named Paul he was very helpful with what restaurants to go to and where the best steaks were.

Excellent option for breakfast + free parking even when not a guest

Falls view room was great. 18th floor had a clear direct view of the horseshoe falls. Service was friendly. Food at the restaurant inside the hotel was decent but not great, still had a nice view (reserve your table for a better view). Would recommend to stay at least one night here in a falls view room.

Quick and easy check in. AMAZING view from our 18th floor room. Pool was open and very clean.

I only stay at this hotel now during my visits to Niagara Falls. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is the parking. Such a large hotel and only 2-3 disability parking spots. We had nowhere to park , the manager came our and had us park near the curb to the valet pickup and drop off but if he wasn't there I wouldn't know what to do.

Great services, clean rooms and you can't go wrong dining in their restaurant! I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment! My room had an amazing view of the falls. I left feeling well rested and energized. Very comfy and cozy rooms!

Nice place however they had to move us room 2 times and we were only staying there only 2 and a quarter of a day

I hosted a Northern Ontario Hospitality Suite at the Gateway. The Staff were fantastic to work with and the Room they had selected for was great (view was fantastic). Would recommend this Hotel and the men and women here any time.

Falls view rooms at higher floors r amazing, good service and nearby parking

Nice clean rooms would stay here again. Only downside long weight for elevaters.

They charged me 1 extra self parking and extra person for more than $50 which should not exist. I called them more than 5 times, no accounting department staff answer the phone or call me back as I asked in the voice message. Is this a 4star hotel should be like? I am so disappointed.

DISAPPOINTED! I have always loved going to the Marriott as it is one of the well known hospitality chains internationally. It was very disappointing to have arrived to my room and to surprisingly find that the place was not properly cleaned. With a Pandemic on our hands, it was discomforting to feel that the bathroom and bedroom was not properly disinfected. There were stains and hair still in the bathroom. Which made me wonder, did they even clean the room at all, other than the beds? When I called down to the front desk, it seemed like they weren't really worried or cared that the bathroom was dirty. On top of that they didn't even offer to switch us out of the room, but thankfully they did finally send someone to clean. Not sure I will be going back if this is the protocols they do with COVID....imagine what they do in normal circumstances.

Nice rooms, good service but depends on who helps you. Overall would choose this place to stay at again. Wifi was complimentary even though when booking it showed it was a surcharge

The view is the greatest thing about this hotel. It's literally on the falls! It's beautiful. Everything else is so-so. No free WiFi in rooms ($6.99 for basic). Rooms are a bit dated and my room was not ready till 5:30 when check in usually at 3 and I had booked well in advance.

Wonderful hotel. The falls are across the street. Taxi and local transit are in front of the hotel. Room was terrific. Staff was very courteous and helpful with things to do in the immediate area. Great hotel. Thx for a wonderful stay.

Location was convenient, room was clean, busy loby and slightly rushed during check in but no major complaints.

I love to stay here, and put up visitors to the falls at the Marriott. It's clean, and affordable.

This is a great hotel. My room is clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the falls from the observation deck right outside my room. The good service was excellent and all the employees have been exceptionally polite and courteous.

It was good! Had a ladies getaway for my sister's birthday. Had some fun in the pool and hot tub. Not a busy time so we were able to enjoy a lot of he amenities to ourselves.
Only down side was there elevators were kinda weird. Rooms were clean. Cleaning staff were pretty friendly which made it even better. I'd go again.

How to express the magnificent view of this hotel both day and night, the place is also located in the center, but not in the middle of the casinos, so it is also quite quiet.
Ideal for couples.

The VIEW from the high floors of this hotel is unbeatable!

Booked his last minute via the Marriott App, the check in was smooth and the girl that served us on Wednesday 2nd September for room 2401 was excellent! She even took interest in our hire car!

The room was huge and split into two rooms. The first room had two queen sized beds, the second had a king size bed. It had two bathrooms, one of which had a large whirlpool bath that I had to try out with my wife.

Only gripe is the shower wasn't very powerful, I think Niagara must have been supping some of the water pressure!

The main attraction was the view! Oh my god was it amazing! Right above the horseshoe falls with the American Falls in the distance. The location of it was pretty good and all main attractions on the Canadian side were in walking distance, those who are lazy can use the shuttle service and the funicular railway.
