Awful customer service. Aggressive and stroppy. Even the delivery guys complain about the incompetence of their colleagues in the main office. The website mistakenly suggests they deliver products on certain days but when you call to confirm that date isn't available. And delivery guys don't do stairs. Awful shambolic operation.
