One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Second time I have purchased from Mark Miller and both experiences were fantastic. Sales staff were helpful, nice, and genuine. I'll be back and I will recommend Mark Miller for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Mark Miller Toyota has been hands down my best auto buying experience. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. If you're in the market for a Toyota... head down to Mark Miller and ask for Shantay Givogre, I promise you won't be disappointed. She killed it! The whole experience was just flawless, from the moment we walked in, to the test drive, financing and follow up to ensure that all of our questions were answered. Mr. Mondragon handled our finance paperwork, answered all my questions and made calls to get us a better APR with our credit union. The service was just awesome. I appreciated the transparency and the elimination of those stupid hidden fees most dealers try to get ya with. Thank you Mark Miller Toyota, for taking such good care of us!

This was my first time leasing/purchasing a new car.... at first I was nervous and guarded because of all of the horror stories I had heard from friends that had gone to different places, but I'm happy to say that I have no horror stories to tell. Mike was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable with all of the features of the vehicles and was very patient with us when we wanted to take several different test drives. He listened to what we were looking for and never tried to up-sale us. He made the whole process a breeze!

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Spencer Williams through Mark Miller's Internet Department. The dealership initially did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, but Spencer was able to locate the exact truck I wanted at another dealership. Through persistent effort, Spencer negotiated a dealer trade--no small feat given the dearth of black Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road models currently available. Moreover, Spencer was attentive during the sales process and gave me a screaming deal on the truck. I highly recommend Spencer and wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. Five stars!

Brandon in the service department and Daryl in the...

Brandon in the service department and Daryl in the shop were outstanding in both servicing and explaining the problems with my friend s Sienna. A Midas shop gave a refugee family a list of repairs totaling $1,700. We took the vehicle to M. Miller s for a second opinion and learned that none of Midas recommended repairs would have fixed the problem. I have never purchased a vehicle from Mark Miller before but that could change in the future because of the excellent treatment in the Service Dept.

Recently purchased a new Lexus GX470. After not having good luck finding a shop that had worked on many of these rigs we were given the suggestion to go see Brian Andreason. He is one of the coolest guys and knows his stuff. Knocked out all the baseline service along with Timing belt and water pump. Cost was great, done in less than a day, and I've found a new shop for all our stuff! Thanks Brian and crew!

This was the best car buying experience that I have had through a dealership. I highly recommend these guys. The salesman was very pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive several models to help me find the one that best fit me. There was no pressure and I fell like they were all around fair with me. From the trade in to buying the new car. The finance manager was great to work with. Again, answered all my questions, and helped me to buy a car within in my budget. After buying the car, they have taken the time to check in with me to see if I am happy with my purchase and If I had any further questions. All around great company. I would buy from them again!

12 out of 10 Jason was so helpful and knowledgable. Throughout the entire experience I never felt pressured into anything. Sean did a wonderful job helping me finance. The car was cleaned, pulled into the garage, and the concierge helped me with all the questions I have. Everyone in the building was very friendly and welcoming. Awesome place to buy a vehicle, and priced extremely competitively.

I bought a new Toyota from Mark Miller Toyota. I had a really good experience. I worked with Scott Layton on the purchase. He was awesome. I really enjoyed working with him. Since then I've had great experiences buying tires from Mark Singleton at Mark Miller Toyota (he priced matched the tires and I am confident I got a really good price); as well as working with Bruce Belliston in the Service department. He made a minor warranty item really easy to take care of and hooked me up with a free rental vehicle while the repair was being made. I've been treated really well by everyone who works at this dealership.

I am late here posting about this amazing experience with Mark Miller, I am truly satisfied with my purchase around 2 weeks ago. They provided exactly what i needed, not more or not less. I had been to different car dealers before and couldn't settle for a car to drive back home since 2 weeks. Driving past mark miller, I stopped for 15mins to meet with Robin Gattis, he is an expert at this. Beat this, 25 minutes on clock and I have signed my papers are the car is already in my name. Keep it up. Keep it going. Would definitely recommend. Thank you amazing team behind all this.

I bought my Corolla in 2010 and have been coming back to Mark Miller regularly for maintenance and oil changes. I have never had a bad experience! They make it a great place to wait, with a quieter area to read, TVs, magazines, refreshments, etc. The service can't be beat - all employees are very personable and there is clear communication and no pressure to pay for extra services. Plus, you get a free car wash at the end!

The service department is horrible. They miss deadlines and do not do a good job working with their customers. I have been there twice and both times have been horrible experiences. The most recent time was due to recall problems with a Toyota car and they treated it as their very last priority. Mitch, their service rep was completely unhelpful and unreasonable in handling the problem. I haven't bought a car from this dealership, but based on service levels I never would.

He was so helpful and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Very easy to do business with. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. I bought my car at this place and also recently did my 6-month service there. Everything went smoothly and as expected while I was waiting in the lobby having a cup of coffee and working with my laptop! Great experience overall!

The service department at Mark Miller Toyota is one of the fastest service departments in both Salt Lake and Utah Counties! I will only take my Corolla and Sienna to Mark Miller. I'm usually in and out within 30-45 minutes for the oil changes. They also have excellent customer service, when I had to drop my car off to get the brakes replaced they provided an Uber to and from my work about 10 minutes away. I will only go to Mark Miller from now on.

3 1/2 (wouldn t let me do half) Had a great experience getting the car, no pressure, in and out as fast as possible. Only problem That s keeping me from going to five stars is that just after the dealer warranty expires my A/C stops working. I take it in and it s $70 to see what s wrong and I m told it s not covered under the Toyota Warranty either and it s gonna cost close to $400 to fix. When I buy a newer used car (2018 Camry) I would expect not to have to spend that kind of money on it in the first 40 or so days.

We purchased a 2018 Corolla because of model year incentives. They honored those incentives and played no games with us. I particularly like the fact that we didn't get passed off to a sales manager or several other people like so many dealerships do. Our salesman was happy to allow us to test drive several models and explain the differences.

I couldn't have had a better experience at a dealership. All the internet sales guys I worked with (Jesse and Spencer) were open and upfront about pricing, knew the vehicles extremely well, clearly explained the features and how they worked, were very patient with all my questions, and didn't have the "used car salesman" pushiness at all. I went to several dealerships while trying to figure out which vehicle to buy and where to buy it from. Mark Miller Toyota was by far the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle.

just the other day I went in to have my fluids checked and they washed the car for free as well and it only took 30 to 45 minutes max

We have bought both of our cars from Mark Miller- a corolla and a RAV4. Always have had fantastic experiences with them. We trust them for all of our car care, tires, etc as well. They are up front and efficient. Worth every penny. After a car accident which totaled our 2 week old brand new RAV4 last fall, they made the whole experience of getting ANOTHER RAV4 so easy and straightforward and they were ready with our new car the moment our Insurance gave us the go ahead. We will be forever Mark Miller Toyota patrons.

Just bought a 4runner from them and it was an excellent experience, even during pandemic times. They all wore masks and were very careful with all the precautions. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but based on the fact they weren't sleazy or put on the heat (like their competitors in the south of Salt Lake Valley) I walked out as a very happy customer. I wouldn't go to any other dealer for a Toyota. Great experience.

I worked with Austyn Montoya at this dealership to buy a new Honda Pilot after we were in an accident. Austyn was very responsive, honest and went the extra mile to keep my 2 kids happy during the process. After purchasing the vehicle Austyn even delivered it to my house to me during rush hour traffic so my wife would not have to come and pick it up. In addition to that they even helped me with a windshield issue I had after the purchase at no cost! I highly recommend using this dealership, they were a breath of fresh air!

I ve had enough bad experiences at dealerships to dread the process, however Ken Shaw and the team @ Mark Miller were nothing less than great to work with. Ken was friendly, personable and professional. I didn t feel pressured one bit, only encouraged to make the best decision for our situation. Financing was quick and painless, they even have someone come walk through the car with you after purchase to go through all the little gadgets and make sure you are 100% comfortable leaving the lot! Look on the internet and as you browse you can see the carfax and the Kelly blue book pricing free without even leaving the site. That's how I narrowed my search and when I went in they answered all my questions and gave me a great price. If you need a car, go there and ask for Kerry Lucy or Ken Shaw. You won't be disappointed.

I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from Mark Miller Toyota. I have worked with plenty of other dealerships, and no one provides the same type of service as Mark Miller. I love how hassle-free the purchase process is through them compared to other dealers. I also service my vehicles through them as well, and have zero complaints about their service department. I would absolutely recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone. The last 2 vehicles that I purchased were purchased through Austyn Montoya. Go and ask for him, you will not regret it!

I've come to Mark Miller Toyota to get my car washed a couple of times. And I must say, they are speedy! (Service at least) but what upset me one day was when I had noticed that the Pizza man had arrived with tons of pizza! (for the workers ofcourse.) All the sales men rushed to get pizza, meanwhile service was working their butts off, sweating! Come on Mark Miller. Everyone deserves to get fed! I've worked at a dealership before, and it was always Service who ate first because of how hard they're PHYSICALY WORKING. And I know that they don't always take their breaks when they should because I have friends that have worked at this location.

Don't get me wrong. The customer service is amazing here but I feel like Mark Miller spends more money on their building than their employees. That's why I don't give 5 stars to Toyota.

We went to Mark Miller Toyota, and were completely surprised by the friendly service and courtesy they provided. Walked in to the store knowing what I wanted, test drove the vehicle and purchased it in less than 40 minutes. Super friendly staff and lots of points of contacts were given to me if I had any questions or concerns. Great place and highly recommend if you re looking for a straightforward and quick place to purchase a vehicle.

Buying my new car from Mark Miller Toyota was an excellent experience. Austyn Montoya was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I can honestly say that I felt that he was giving me the advice and assistance that he would give to a friend. He even sent me a personalized video showing the vehicle I was looking for. I flew in from Los Angeles to purchase my new 4Runner and the process was seamless and enjoyable. (The dealerships in my area were not nearly as friendly or interested in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted, nor could they offer a better price than Mark Miller Toyota)

I needed keys made for my car after I lost my only set. They gave me a quote for two keys to be made as well as the approximate time to complete the service. Unlike most businesses, they not only were $30 under the quoted price but they also were about three hours ahead of schedule. Only after I pulled out of the dealership did I notice that they threw in an extra spare key (not programmed). Awesome, friendly, transparent service. Very impressed.

We are very pleased with our experience at Mark Miller. When we decided to test drive a Prius, the salesman, Mike Maccarrone, was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He also allowed us to take the Prius without having to accompany us, which we liked. When we decided to lease a Prius, Mike was very helpful and answered all our questions or found another employee who could. He was courteous and made us feel comfortable. He also had awesome candy. We ended up getting more for our old trade in than we expected, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely do business with Mark Miller again and, specifically, with Mike. We will also refer any of our friends looking to buy/lease a Toyota to Mike.

A few weeks ago I went to Mark Miller Toyota to check out their used 4Runners. I have wanted to own one for a long time given their solid reputation and also their appearance and utility with respect to my lifestyle. As I started looking I noticed several possibilities, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was allowed a significant amount of time to simply browse without being interrupted. About the time I had decided I wanted to go for a test drive, a salesperson (Lyle) approached me and asked how he could help. To make a long story short, I was overjoyed with the lack of high pressure selling and the relaxed atmosphere I experienced at Mark Miller Toyota.

Needless to say I found exactly the 4Runner I wanted, and the experience was the most enjoyable I've ever had when purchasing an automobile. Not only was I in and out very quickly, everything about the experience was enjoyable, from my interactions with Lyle to my interactions with the finance team. I could not recommend this dealership more highly!

I worked with Jeremy in their service department and was very satisfied with how helpful and honest he was. He told me the cost up front, I agreed to it and then it turned out they finished early and didn't even have to use all the materials we originally discussed. Instead of charging me the original amount like I imagine most places would, he let me know the situation and reduced the price accordingly. Thanks for the great service!

I would never ever purchase any car from them.They Lie and cheat.I was to pick up Mini Van this evening .it was approved last night.Wells Fargo has all of the paper work for final signing.So I call this morning and they sold it out from underneath me.and wanted to put me in a more expensive Vehicle.Also to top off there pathetic apologies Bill Aymen claimed to be the owner of Mark Miller another lie,as the vehicle was brought in from a lease.He is a Liar and was very rude.What needed to happen was for them to call the person who purchased the vehicle this morning and apologize to them as the Van was under contract the night before.I am now very happy I went to Larry H Miller and received top notch customer service.and I now have a great Van with no Lies and No hassles..Thanks Scott Anderson of Larry Miller!!! Buyers.. BEWARE OF THE HIGH INTEREST CAR Finance Dept...! Jason Jones wants you in the highest rate possible to benefit his kick backs from Mark Miller Dealership.The only honest person there was Spencer.

Wish I could give 0 stars! This dealership doesn t even deserve 1! I used to love Toyota (leased 3 cars from them). Tried to lease another and the salesman did nothing but play games and try to sale basic models for a rip off price. Than, I decided to go to a ford dealership to look and ended up leasing an SUV for way cheaper and it had a lot of upgrades. When I turned my lease back in to Toyota they told me I Was good and wouldn t have to pay anything else but the replacement key in which was $150. Well I got a bill for $535 In the mail just for the car to go back on the lot!!!! I called a numerous amount of people from Toyota and Toyota financial in which nobody would help me! Customer service here is TERRIBLE! I will NEVER LEASE NOT ONLY FROM MARK MILLER, BUT I WILL NEVER LEASE A TOYOTA AGAIN. Be very careful when signing paperwork because they are snakes and don t go over any details with you, and rush you to sign. Also a warning against Toyota financial that the managers are rude and don t want to deal with you when you have an issue. If you are going to buy a Toyota, find your own financial institution.

Even though I purchased my Toyota used from a private seller, Mark Miller Toyota is the only place I feel comfortable taking my truck to be serviced. Whether it's routine maintenance, or a specific factory recall, or a big job I enjoy taking my truck here. The workmanship is excellent and well as their customer service and level of hospitality. I've never felt pressured into getting more work done on my truck then intended but they do an excellent job letting me know what they see under the hood and what my options are. And I get coupons sent to my email address which I always use. It's great. I will always take my truck to Mark Miller Toyota

These guys are amazing! Bruce Belliston is the man. Admittedly, I know very little about the mechanics of my vehicle. Making me an easy target for selling parts and services I don't need! In a single conversation with Bruce, he explained to me what my car needed and kept it all in my price range. I was able to gain trust with him and that's huge for me! Every other dealership would try and convince me that I needed all new filters every oil change, diagnostic runs on problems that didn't even exist, etc. It's just exhausting and financially draining! So it was such an amazing breathe of fresh air to have someone who actually wanted to help me and my wallet.

Excellent customer service. Everything was done at the quoted time which I know is tough on a Saturday. Not to mention the free drinks and car wash! Everyone else involved, the cashier the other attendants were awesome.

If anything, I would suggest making an appointment online for your service. I did that and it seemed like it played a big role in my success. Even for a express oil change- it's probably a good idea to let them know you are coming.

I won't be taking my 4Runner to any other dealer now. This is it.

Recently went to Mark Miller to lease a 2016 Tacoma and couldn't be happier. I live up in Wyoming so I had to do everything over the phone before heading down to the dealership and everyone involved in the process, especially Byron in sales, was great. They got me hooked up with exactly what I wanted at a really good price and locked down before I made the 5 hour drive. When I got to the dealership, something came up and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to drive the truck off the lot that day and would have to come back a few days later. At the thought of having to do the 10 hour round trip drive again a few days later, I wasn't psyched. However, the team at Mark Miller put their heads together, worked hard and was able to come up with a solution to put me in the truck that day! Extremely friendly and intelligent sales and finance staff made my experience at Mark Miller one I will repeat when the time comes for another new car or recommend to a friend that is looking for a great dealership.

I take my car here for service and have felt there is a fair deal with each service. They are friendly and explain the service and choices. My car has had very few problems. They are busy but also fairly fast with all that has to be done and give good estimations about the time it will take to fix everything.

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Limited at Mark Miller Toyota. My initial contact was with Matthew Birnbaum through their internet sales site. He found the truck with all the options right off the bat & proceeded to set up the deal. He even sent me a video of the truck which was extremely helpful. When we arrived Matthew & Finance Manager Randy Mondragon got us through the paperwork & out the door with our new tundra with no wasted time. GREAT EXPERIENCE! We decided to buy a RAV4 and shopped at multiple Toyota dealerships in the area. Our experience at Mark Miller was exceptional, start to finish. Steve Hermansen provided quick feedback to our online inquiries. He met us with a smile and much patience as we negotiated our deal, based on extensive research. Best of all, Mark Miller provided the best price and didn't add any "extra" fees onto the total price, which was so refreshingly different (always read the fine print). The sales manager was cordial; in fact, everyone we met at Mark Miller Toyota was wonderful. The financing department was very professional. They outlined the various options, but exerted absolutely no pressure to buy anything extra. We have owned our RAV4 for 6 months. Steve followed up several times to ensure our satisfaction, and recently sent a friendly reminder to schedule our 6-month service appointment (included with Toyota care). I highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car. We have remarked several times how great our experience was here, and how vastly different from previous car purchases. Not only did we score a fabulous price, but outstanding service.
