I ve had enough bad experiences at dealerships to dread the process, however Ken Shaw and the team @ Mark Miller were nothing less than great to work with. Ken was friendly, personable and professional. I didn t feel pressured one bit, only encouraged to make the best decision for our situation. Financing was quick and painless, they even have someone come walk through the car with you after purchase to go through all the little gadgets and make sure you are 100% comfortable leaving the lot!
