I purchased my vehicle @ Mark Miller and have always had it serviced there. I am always impressed by the level of customer service that I am provided from start to finish. I never feel like I am being ripped off. They explain all the services in detail and if I have further questions they are answered. I love the car wash service. I believe the customer service provided is above and beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Was there in the service center having a recall do...

Was there in the service center having a recall done on my Corolla and they hopefully did a good job on it. Meanwhile they called me and informed me that my battery was on its last leg and that it was severly corroded and really needed to be replaced along with the terminals.(they apparently didnt know that I just had my battery replaced)
So I took it to Burt Brothers, who I very much trust, and they told me the brand new battery was in perfect condition and had almost no corrosion. There was no feasible way a mechanic could have mistaken this at Mark Miller, it was a blatant lie in an attempt to get more money out of me.

We just had our Landcruiser serviced with a bonus car wash. When leaving the drivers side window wouldn't roll up. THANKS goes out to the service manager who spent an additional 45 minutes pulling the door apart and getting the window back on track at NO extra cost. Sure appreciate the GREAT service we received.

I had recently filed bankruptcy and had been feeling like all hope was lost. The current car I had was falling apart and not worth the payment I was making.
I decided to take Mark Miller up on their restart program. I'm forever grateful that I did. I contacted jason in the restart department. He worked with me and a few days later, I had a car picked out. I went in for a test drive and left with exactly what i wanted two hours later. This dealership is the absolute best. From shopping all the way through the final paperwork. I wish i could give them 10 stars! Thank you to everyone there for the understanding and kindness. I am so happy with my purchase and couldnt be more impressed with this establishment. I only wish you had a dealership in utah county. :) even my dad was impressed and that's hard to do.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and went to this dealer on advice from a relative. Really glad I did- the sales team was friendly, listened to what I wanted, waited patiently while I decided between multiple options and gave me and my family privacy to talk about it. In the end they had to get the vehicle I wanted on a dealer trade because they didn t have it in stock- it may have taken more time, but I paid much less then other dealers I had spoken with wanted. Received a couple follow up calls in the next two days from the salesman to make sure everything was going well and I didn t have any questions. My salesman was new, but he was upfront about it and asked for help from another when he didn t know an answer to a question. Also they gave me a good value for my trade in. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy Toyota.

I struggle with this dealership as I feel they lac...

I struggle with this dealership as I feel they lack integrity. I can say that as I have had a couple of negative experiences where their customer service was lacking when mistakes have been made (which I find totally unacceptable figuring the price you pay there for work to get done. Does that not include customer service?)

Anyway, here is my most recent experience: I went in just yesterday to have my oil changed. I wasn't even there half an hour before I was informed that when the technicians went to remove my drain plug to begin the oil change, they pulled the plug completely out of my vehicle and it would have to go to a different part of the dealership in order to be replaced. I wasn't too upset as I was able to get to work on time due to the Uber they arranged, but when I went to pick up and pay for my vehicle later that day, they ended up charging ME for the replacement drain plug. I don't understand how that is MY responsibility when the attendant acknowledged the technician error from the get go?

When issues are brought to their attention, there is an effort to make things right. Unfortunately, that looks to be the ONLY time this is so, so be prepared to post a review or leave an unflattering comment on their website in order to get some kind of accountability.

Didn t buy my car here but I had two used vehicles that I was considering buying looked at by their service department. Jantzen helped me both times. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and I felt that he was concerned, and truly had my best interest in mind. He came across as honest and trustworthy. It was such a good experience with their service department because of Jantzen, that I will definitely continue to go back and when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will likely buy it from here. They were by far the best people to work with when purchasing my first Toyota so when I was in the market for a new car, I made sure to come back to Mark Miller Toyota. They have always been very honest with me and very good to work with. Would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

I was in the market for a new car and saw one on Facebook, when I found out it was from a dealer my whole attitude changed. I was not happy but I wanted to see it cuz I really like it. I was contacted by Samantha Birch and must say I ve never had such an enjoyable experience with a dealer. She showed me the car I wanted, she was super nice and very professional. They took my car as trade and I got a great value on it. They were the best experience I ve had and even the finance was great to work with. When I purchase a car again you better believe I m going to this dealer first. I ve already recommended them to my family and friends. Go Prius woo.

We had a great experience there. We purchased a certified Prius from them on Saturday. They had the vehicle priced well, there were no hidden fees, they weren't pushy to try and get us to buy a bunch of things we didn't need. We had already been approved by our credit union and they took car of submitting all the paper work to America first. It was the easiest buying experience I've seen with cars! It took about 2 hours, maybe a little less, and we had our car! I would definitely recommend TC and the rest of the team at Mark Miller Toyota that took car of us!

Wow. Mark Miller's service department is the epito...

Wow. Mark Miller's service department is the epitome of a rip off. On my first visit, I was initially impressed by the detail of their diagnostic report on my car, delivered straight to my email in a handy PDF, complete with prices. What I was not happy about, however, was that they charged me top dollar for a set of new tires. I suppose that's my fault... I should have known better, or at least done my research.

Now, here's the kicker: my Prius dies unexpectedly. I get towed to the dealership. They run a diagnostic on my car, and tell me that my hybrid battery needs to be replaced. I agonize. I research. I explore other options. Much to my relief, I find another shop in the West Valley that specializes in hybrid repairs. I get towed there, and after they run their diagnostic, it turns out that my car ran out of gas, and the battery was not, in fact, dead. Hmm, well, that's interesting. So I ask about the air filter for the battery fan, which the dealership claimed was "dirty" and covered with "lint and debris" and thus largely contributed to the hybrid battery failure. The other autoshop said my fan was fine... in fact, it was CLEAN! That assessment made much more sense, as I've kept my car meticulously clean and well maintained since I purchased it used two years ago. Not only that... but the other autoshop quoted a new battery at $600 less than Mark Miller, with a 3 year warranty instead of Toyota's wimpy 1 year warranty.

I realize that car dealerships are frequently complained about, especially in the case of a very annoying (and expensive) hybrid battery failure. I'm writing this review because I'm appalled at the lack of honesty and expertise I experienced in my two visits to Mark Miller, and am absolutely sure I will not return. Ever. I advise others to do the same... especially for service needs.

They followed up with us several times after we bought the car to make sure we were still happy with it and see if we had any questions too. Best car dealership experience we've had!

I brought my car in get brakes pads replaced on Wednesday. Was told it would take up 2 hours to complete the service. After 2.5 hours mechanic came out and said they did not have those parts.
He said he would get it done by Friday. I called in Friday afternoon , not done yet, he said they would by 5.
No apologies, treated me like i was a very demanding customer and he had perform quite intelligent complex work. Never use them!

TL;DR Buy here, they show you everything up front, nothing is hidden and no pressure!

I've purchased a brand new car from another Toyota dealership in the past and have window shopped at other Toyota dealerships and there is no way they can compare to Mark Miller. I went in fully prepared to walk away (just window shopping), but they put everything out on the table; black and white. They showed me exact details of all hidden fees, gave me the car fax information and even gave me a detailed list of other (same) cars within a 200 mile radius to show that I don't even have to purchase through them! I was floored. I didn't have to negotiate anything, they just showed me what I could do. When I did purchase the used car, I felt like I was buying a brand new one all over again! I was even given the option to get extra accessories if I wanted to (as if it was a brand new car), and get the same warranty options I could get with a brand new car (which I picked up; I had it on my new Corolla as well, great warranty!). I walked away with this beautiful 2015 Prius. Any car purchase always feel like a huge pressure to buy. Not at Mark Miller. You cannot go wrong! I will never go to a different dealership! Customer for life right here. :)

I worked with sales rep Kris Faulkner, and couldn t have been happier. All current safety precautions (due to COVID-19) were handled delicately, and I was able to handle most paperwork online, making the entire experience swift and comfortable. From start to finish, I was able to drive off the lot in a new Tacoma in around 3 days. That took 2 days longer than expected due to my vehicle not being delivered from the factory yet - however, if the car or truck you want is already on the lot, and you re concerned about safety, I m betting you could handle everything (mostly remotely) in one business day, and have peace of mind knowing everyone involved at Mark Miller Toyota is working toward the safety of their customers first. (I had to sign maybe 8 things in person, all behind plexiglass, with a recently sterilized pen, and minimal employees wearing masks. That process took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

What a great and easy purchase it was buying from this dealership. I'm located in California and saw a Tacoma Mark Miller had listed for sale, was contacted by Steve about it and after a couple emails back and forth everything was set up very easily! Arranged the deal quickly and one week later set out to Utah to by a Tacoma from Mark Miller Toyota. After arriving, Jeff did all the paperwork with us and was very friendly and interesting to talk to! No hassle at all with this dealership, would highly recommend!

We had a great experience buying my husband's Tundra this week. We were contacted by Spencer Williams after doing an internet inquiry and came in to look at the truck. We were quoted a good price and we were given what we needed on our trade. When we decided to buy the truck we emailed Spencer some of the documents and things went fast and smoothly at the dealership. We didn't miss the back and forth negotiations like you have to endure at other dealerships at all. We feel like we got a good deal and were treated nicely by everyone at the dealership. We've been a GM family, but we now own a Sienna and Tundra and I think we'll only look here from now on. Spencer was thorough in teaching us about the new truck. This was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I had a great experience working with Steve Hermansen and Ken Shaw in purchasing my car. Steve was extremely patient as he worked with me during the pandemic and provided as much information as I needed. There was no pressure and they allowed me to go at my pace. Ken was very helpful in getting me situated to get a test drive as well. He was always so apologetic if he had me waiting for more than a minute. I received quotes from several dealers and Mark Miller's pricing was the most straightforward and lowest with none of the hidden fees, much like they advertise. Other dealers were hesitant to provide pricing information unless I made an appointment and went into the dealership.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the staff is great and answer your questions and can explain your options. Other times, like today, you wonder why they work here because they don't seem to know anything about the cars and they seem to hate their jobs. The service itself is also hit and miss. Most of the time things go as planned but it has been this dealer that had gashed my glove box, stained the floor mats and have left pieces of my car sitting on the passenger seat. I expect dealerships to be experts on their cars and to provide excellent service, since I pay more to go to them. That is not the case here. I expect that things get missed sometimes, but it is never acceptable for staff to treat customers poorly.

Edit-we have been taking out Camry to Mark Miller for servicing since we bought it. All of the work we have had done on it has been done timely! Working with Bruce Belliston in particular as our service rep has been a breeze. Looking forward to doing business with Mark Miller for the future years to come!

"Twitch" helped us purchase our new Camry not too long ago. He did a great job and I feel he treated us fairly. He was honest and didn't play any games with us. The service has been great thus far! We just to take it in after an accident to have some more work done on it and Bruce Belliston was super helpful in figuring out what was wrong and fixing it quit. I don't know if we will buy another vehicle from a different dealership!

I went to a lot of dealerships and got the same old used car salesman lines, but at Mark Miller and especially TJ, i talked to a person that actually wanted to sell me a car that was good for me. Tj was honest and would not offer me a vehicle that he did not think was right for me. Tj did such a great job being patient with me and never once tried to pressure me into a sale, even though it took me a long time to find the vehicle that felt right for me. I recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a car to go to TJ, and to Mark Miller .

The service department was great and the shuttle driver was really nice. My issue is that they offered me $200 trade in for my 2005 Prius. It has new tires and a new hybrid battery. I could get $200 just for the tires. You'd think I went to a LHM dealership. I won't be going back.

I have been taking my 2001 4Runner to Mark Miller service department for over 10 years. Oil changes are fast and easy. And when I need repairs I always feel they have been honest and upfront with me. Recently they found that my radiator was leaking and I didn't know (although I had smelled antifreeze from time to time getting out of the car). Rather than quoting me a new OEM radiator they gave me the option of an aftermarket radiator that saved me about $250.00. Great service from a dealer at good prices.

The sales man, Ken was very knowledgeable about all of the car models, he seems genuine, and naturally a friendly person. He made it a comfortable experience in the process of purchasing a car. He helped me find the perfect Prius. I love to drive this car, I love the color, the interior and the awesome gas mileage, he met everything that I stated to him that was important to me in a car! He called me after the purchase to make sure that I am still happy with it and asked if I had any questions. He helped me understand the navigation system because it's so different than my phone nav, he took time with me when I came back in to show me how it works and he put me at ease about asking questions. I recommend Ken, he's not a pushy sales man.

What a joke. Talk about no effort dealership. Waited 45 minutes to rest drive a car. Whatever you do so not deal with their internet sales team. After you do out the credit app. They will pass you off without a warning. And in my case the info given to me was different. When I asked about it they literally asked me why I wouldn't shop somewhere else. So I did.

I don't recommend doing business with these people. Lyle Mitchell is rude, dishonest and don't treat people with respect. The people at this business are AWFUL in my opinion. Mean, rude, and sarcastic. Even if they are nice to your face when they want a sale (not saying that's going to happen, but IF...) they are rude to the little guy, when they're in the back office. . He told me I would need to put a cash deposit of $2,000 down before they would even let me test drive the car. I did my own Carfax report (after he said the report was clean) and found the car had been in a flood and had a salvaged title. When I brought it up with Lyle he told me I was wrong. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The experience of getting the car was nice and easy. The rest was a hot mess. Mark Miller is behind on the times and won t use e-signature. My car had to get a co-signer that was out of state. Instead of PDF or e-signature, they had to overnight fedex. I had to wait almost two weeks to get the car that I bought. Mark miller needs to get with the times. It makes customer service experience a lot better.

Just leased a Prius here and had a great experience. I had gone to another dealer a bit to the north and did not have a good experience. These Mark Miller folks were able to answer all of our questions about the vehicles, and didn't play any games. They gave us some initial lease pricing estimates before running my credit. I was worried that these numbers would go up, but they actually went down! The whole experience was great, particularly since I typically hate buying cars. I'd definitely come back to this place, and recommend you check them out.

My experience with Mark Miller Toyota has been great. We bought a new Toyota from Mark Miller Toyota and has had it serviced there since 5 years ago. No problem at all. Most service advisors are excellent. Plus, the waiting room there is very good too, and was designed and decorated in a environmentally friendly way. My overall experience has been very positive.

I found a Certified Toyota Sienna online from Mark Miller. Being a Certified vehicle I only expected the best and gave my information including SSN to hold the vehicle until I could arrive to purchase it. I asked the salesman not to run my credit until after I had test driven the vehicle, the salesman called just 5 minutes later to inform me that his financial department ran my credit and is now asking for permission to not be in trouble. It only got worse from there, we arrive after traveling 3 hrs from Pocatello, ID to test drive the van with expectation to be purchasing it only to find that the paint is severely peeling off from the rear bumper and a very large area appeared to be painted with touch up paint (looked like a crappy fingernail polish) there was overspray on the window seals, and bubbling paint under the windows, and multiple scratches in the hood. I was so disgusted with the vehicle that I did not even look at the interior. I was shocked to see such a vehicle on a Toyota Lot let alone a Certified Vehicle. One manager told us a vehicle can have up to 2 panels repaired and still qualify to be Certified and the second manager told up that it could have up to 3 panels repaired and be Certified. Apparently with this vehicle the entire car can be damaged and still be labeled as Certified. I DID NOT KNOW TOYOTA WAS CERTIFIYING WRECKED VEHICLES. This car should have gone straight to the auction, but instead Mark Miller Certified it. They offered to give me an "excellent deal" on a new one (the old Bait and Switch). I showed them which new van I liked and what I would be willing to pay for it, they came back just $2,000 below sticker, I was furious as if they were going to take advantage of me as I knew they could have offered a much better price if they wanted to and appeared to promise me just 20 minutes earlier. I was so upset I promised the dealership a bad review and left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I had a pretty good idea of the truck and features I wanted, and visited each of the SLC area Toyota dealers. Mark Miller gave me a great price, but most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. The sales staff were knowledgeable, understanding, patient, avoided aggressive sales techniques, and made the experience one that exceeding my expectations. The representatives I interacted with even after I purchased the truck were equally helpful. Mark Miller definitely stood above other SLC Toyota dealers.

Service is a hit and miss. They seem to not keep adequate records because they charge me for payments I've previously made until I show them proof of payment. I came here for a new key and had an appointment at 7:20am. More than three hours later and I'm still waiting for them to program the key. Appointments seem to not make a difference.

Previously my sister was told about "necessary" repairs. She took care of the ones she could but the ones she left undone were not even mentioned when I came in and got a full diagnosis. They also failed to tell her they would be making certain repairs before they did them and ended up charging her an unexpected significant amount, then proceeded to tell her they would give her a discount because of the lack of communication (she still paid more than what she was previously told). I'm very unhappy with the poor communication and delayed and untimely service.

Great service, the sales representative James was incredibly nice and helpful, he helped me test drive a Toyota Tundra (boy oh boy is it nice!!), The service there was amazing we took our Toyota Camry in for service and the people there were fast and efficient, they where able to tell is what they where doing and why they where doing it in a way that we (my dad and I) could understand. They even had a mini restaurant thing. All in all it was a very good experience. I will absolutely go back.

Bought a car here 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the sales team. The service department was distastefully hawkish to say the least with the upsells. When i turned down a new cabin airfilter- the tech threw a little fit and then returned the airfilter with leaves on top of it to the car, seemingly out of spite. Guy ended up allowing leaves to fall into the cabin fan so i had to turn around after 30 minutes to have them fish out the debris. Called ahead and showed up and no one could be bothered to assist me. Ended up doing it myself in their service garage- help arrived after I started asking for a tool. And then- another offer to buy a new one from them, won't be spending another dime in their service dept.

My 2011 Prius slowly lost power driving on the freeway. Without much notice, I had it towed straight to the Mark Miller service department. On a Friday evening, less than an hour before closing, and no appointment. They got it off the tow truck and got me into a complimentary rental right away. Kept me update on the diagnostics, and it turned out there was a warranty covering the computer part that went out, so the whole experience cost me $0. I love my minivan. She s been with me for 14 years now. Mark Miller Toyota has diagnosed anything that s gone on with her to help me keep her up and running to go on some amazing adventures. The only reason I m giving 4 stars is because the services are a little more expensive than I would like.

Lyle was fantastic! He answered all my questions and more and helped me focus on finding the car I really wanted/needed. He even helped me get the custom upgrades I was hoping to find and all with no pressure and ease. He stayed late with us not one, not twice but 3 times since i work long hours and wasnt able to make it in to the facility until after 7:30 pm. Mark was also wonderful and took his time with us going through all the financing options to help us get the best deal possible!!! Thanks so much guys!!! Love my new Rav 4

Great Car Buying Experience!!

Having bought many cars in my lifetime and faced, more than once, the buyers remorse after the sale, I can truly say that this was a great experience and I feel great about what I got and the experience. I am a tough customer and from the old school that the customer is always right, and Mark Miller truly bent over backwards to meet my needs (demands). They exemplify what I believe a good car dealership should be. Jessy, my sales man, did everything in his power to make the experience great! I am a long time Toyota fan and with this new car I now have 2 Prius(s) and one Sienna. Thank you Mark Miller for helping restore my trust in car dealerships.

We are out of state, and so we worked with Mark Miller's online people - Roger took amazing care of us. I was stunned that he sent a complete buyer's agreement after our first phone call. Things like this were not the exception but the rule in our experience buying with Mark Miller. We have had a couple poor experiences in the past at a couple different dealerships, so we couldn't be more ecstatic about Mark Miller and looking forward to our next vehicle purchase so we can work with them again. Perhaps the best thing about them is that we literally had no bad surprises. They respected our time and gave us by far the best deal than any other dealer offered.

Service Update:

As part of our Toyota Care on our new Camry (2012) we took our car back to Mark Miller Toyota to be serviced during a quick trip to SLC. They were so fast! We called ahead to see how stacked up they were and they estimated it would take us under an hour so we decided to go. They were done in about 30 minutes actually, and followed-up with a detailed description of what services were done, what services will need to be done on our next visit, and also very helpful explanations of each item needing attention. In the meantime we had very comfortable accommodations while we waited with a gratis snack bar - totally enjoyable. Their shop is state-of-the-art and completely clean. I keep joking with my wife that I want to buy a new car simply so I can have another opportunity to work with Mark Miller Toyota again. Can't recommend a dealership to work with more highly than Mark Miller. From sales to service we have been really surprised and happy.

So I went to this dealer for the first time recent...

So I went to this dealer for the first time recently. I had just moved to the area, I needed an oil change/tire rotation and I wanted to go to a place that I felt like I could trust. Hands down, these guys won. They had found a leak in my struts - something that is a lot more pricey than just an oil change/rotation and they warned me that they'd probably have to keep my car over the weekend as they wait for parts to come in... They were able to fix my car the same day I brought it in - they found some struts in stock and I got my car back that afternoon.

These guys were gracious enough to also lend me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait there all day. It was amazing. The service was quick, they were responsive to my concerns and questions. Also, one of the service managers even graciously took a call from my mother so that he could explain why they needed to change the struts (as I recently inherited the car from her who had just got it checked - she was thinking I was getting ripped off).

I highly recommend going to these guys - especially for reliable service.

I was highly satisfied with my experience buying a new Tacoma from Mark Miller Toyota. Tyler was straightforward in negotiations, helped me investigate if other dealerships had similar trucks, and compare prices at dealerships all around the country. I was going to pay cash, but Jason in the finance department helped me find a great rate so that I could get a better return on that money. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and I'm extremely pleased with the new truck. I look forward to returning to Mark Miller for scheduled maintenance.

I had a great experience with Mark Miller Toyota and Ken Shaw. Ken was very patient with our time schedule and attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle. They were very easy to work with and always helpful when we had questions. Thanks to them and Toyota s great brand, we will continue to go to them, despite living on the other side of the valley.

I contacted several dealers along the Wasatch Front looking for a used Tundra for my business including Mark Miller Toyota. When I emailed them, Ken Shaw was, by far and away, the most courteous, helpful and patient sales manager that I met while looking at five dealerships. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see, was very knowledgeable about the features of the truck and turned us loose to take it for a long test drive. His follow up was polite but not pushy and at all times I felt as though his primary focus was to help me find the truck I wanted, not sell me something off his lot. He is an excellent asset to Mark Miller and I would and will readily recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to contact him. Thank you, we will be back.
