Had a terrible interaction with the service depart...

Had a terrible interaction with the service department here. They indicated service that they did not preform. Let me leave with a batter that died the following day and was so corroded had to use a hammer to get the leads off. I also had damage to the front right bumper that was not there before dropping off the truck. This place deserves the name stealership for sure. 0/5 would not recommend.

The staff here is friendly, but the mechanics have no idea what they're doing. I took my car here because it was stuck in 4 wheel drive. It's an old car with over 220,000 miles on it so I wasn't interested in replacing any expensive parts, I just wanted it to be drive-able for a few more months. Their "expert mechanic of 29 years" was unable to fix it and instead suggested that I replace parts that were going to cost over $3000. Of course I didn't, and instead took my car to another mechanic down the street. They fixed it no problem and it only costed me $125. The mechanics at Mark Miller have no ability to problem solve and instead would just like to sell you parts you don't need.

We were sat at a table negotiating on a car when a manager walks up with a box of masks. I once again said I have a medical condition as I did to the front desk, and he stated it's their policy and I need to wear one. I just left and went to hyundai across the street for a better deal and no discrimination. They will be lucky if I dont sue for breach of HIPPA laws when this bs mask order isnt law and puts my health at risk!

I originally came to this Toyota service location ...

I originally came to this Toyota service location for a TSB Flash on my Tacoma, but I have been going back for regular maintenance on the truck ever since! The staff is friendly and highly professional.

With no scheduled appointment, my truck was able to receive a tire rotation, engine oil change and a new cabin air filter in 30 minutes or less. Granted I was the first person to arrive, but regardless, I am very impressed with the level of service these guys provide.

Although I enjoy and prefer to do maintenance on my own vehicles, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location. If I could give them six stars I would!

I've brought my Sienna in several times. I always feel welcome, great service and friendly staff. The location is clean and comfortable when waiting for my vehicle and they always keep me updated if I leave my vehicle for the day. Never experienced a problem and I always look forward to visiting. We researched several different dealerships online...

We researched several different dealerships online and even test drove vehicles at two others before finally deciding to purchase our new Highlander from Mark Miller Toyota Downtown. Our experience was smooth and easy from start to finish - all the way from getting an online quote and information from their website, to signing the papers and driving off the lot with the new Highlander Limited. They had the right model and color we were looking for as well, which was really important because we were pretty particular on this aspect of things and there weren't many available of the model we wanted.

The staff was friendly and even stayed late past closing to help us get in to our new Highlander. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with them and I would definitely recommend them to others and look forward to working with them now that we're part of the "Toyota Family".

Just bought a new Tacoma from Kyle at Mark Miller. The process was super easy. Kyle was very patient with my questions regarding leasing vs. financing the truck - and I had a lot of questions. He never made me feel as if I was a bother or a burden. The rest of the staff (finance, concierge) was very friendly as well. Love the Tacoma and will visit Mark Miller again.

Amazing experience! Bryce worked patiently with my family to buy the perfect RAV4 Hybrid for our budget and needs. They provided the great alternatives of additions like heated seats- which were a must have for me- and cross bars. I cannot speak more highly on our experience. I have been taking my car there for years but I will surely return for a new car. Also thanks for having such amazing hybrid technology-40-47 mpg!

Awful experience. So many lies. We were very clear about not wanting to put money down and they said we had been approved by my bank. They had us sign all the paperwork and even gave us a interest rate, payment amount, and due date. We found out we didn't have a loan a week later when our credit started being pulled again. They told us again we were approved, but we weren't. I have contacted consumer protection. We finally returned the car after a week because we won't do business with them. Stay away. Go some where else!! Go to Ken Garff. I used them in the past and they were awesome. Ken Garff is a block away and told me down to the penny how much I'd pay... ask for Charlie.

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for routine service. I was able to use the fast service bay. The work was performed promptly considering that there were several people wanting service at the same time. The service agent was polite, went over everything that was done, pointed out a needed repair which I approved and this was done promptly. The vehicle was returned to me clean having been through the wash bay. This is the type of service that I receive every time and what keeps me going to Mark Miller Toyota for service.

Overall a good experience. I was told an accessory would be thrown in and it was not. They provided me with a couple of gas cards and a check, making up for the missing accessory. I thought that was awesome.

I bought from out of state and the dealership sent the incorrect information to my local DMV. I did not find out until I arrived at the DMV. The employees at DMV contacted Mark Miller for me and requested the correct paperwork. It is minor, but still time and money from my day that was taken away due to an error on the dealership side.

Molly just saved me $1700.

She was so easy to work with and cheerful - and when I had to have an expensive repair, she reminded me that I had a warrantee and arranged for coverage. I know it's stupid to forget a warrantee, but we went 5 years without using it, I had totally forgotten. She also looked into my history to get another repair covered: it was worked on a year ago and the work was covered under that repair. I wouldn't have asked or even put those together.

I've had excellent experiences with so may of the service techs there, I have no fears about going in for service or evaluations.... but Molly saved my bacon today.

I've bought two vehicles from them and don't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Thanks to the e-mail Mark Miller Toyota sent to me as a reminder of the six-month service available for my Camry, I easily scheduled an appointment at a convenient time. The time spent at the dealership for the drop-off of the car was about five minutes after arrival. The service manager let me know up front there would not be any costs for this six-month service. Since I didn't need the car until later in the day, I was given a reminder phone call that the car was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived back at the dealership, I was there about ten minutes. This time included waiting for one customer and going over the paperwork of the service work done. I wasn't charge at thing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We recently saw online a specific car, drove down and the immediate process of getting approved and getting the right insterest rate went perfectly. The car did make a brake or rotor grinding type noise but the salesman looked at all the things the delearship fixed and he said it got new rotors and we could look at the car fax to make sure. It was what happened after that made this company shady, in our terms. Had the car for 2 days, got called and told the interest rate we signed for was not approved and we needed to come back and sign for a higher one. Not a huge problem, the interest only went up a little. We drove down in the car we bought and as we were driving when we turned a certain way the car would make a ticking noise, so we asked them to look at it once we arrived. Another salesman told us, the mechanics could look at it but I offered you the warranty, man, you should have taken it because now we can t cover it. So we went for a ride with the mechanic and he proceeded to tell us what the problem was and it was going to cost $500-$2,000 if we didn t get it taken care of, at that time we told the mechanic oh great we haven t bought the car so thank you (you should have seen the face he gave me) and then said oh I had no idea you hadn t bought the car yet . So we walked back in and told the salesman we didn t want the car and he tried saying the car is yours, you have bought the car already . We had not signed any other paperwork for the new interest rate so we techinicallt did not buy the car yet. We then asked for the car fax that was promised to us two days ago, the car fax indeed showed the car had a salvage title along with structural damage to the car. So they tried to make us walk out the door with a car that we never bought and was broken. If you go here to buy a new car, I would recommend it but if you are looking at any sort of used car I wouldn t go here at all.

We went to four different dealerships looking for a car, and just happened to stop in at Mark Miller, and I m so glad we did! They were friendly and efficient, and really helpful. When we went on a test drive, the salesperson Kaiman had a route we could take and it made it easy and efficient. There is no pushy-ness or pressure to do anything, and the whole experience is fluid and efficient.
They did lose our spare key and said they would call when they found it or replace it, so I m still waiting on that, but other than that, it s a great place and I would highly recommend!
P.S- they put your car through the wash and fill it with gas before you buy so it s really nice on that front as well.

Never had a bad experience here. Always finish the work on time, they don't try to up-sell you on crap you don't need, they do great work, they have a shuttle to drive you home and pick you up if you have to leave your vehicle for a bit, and their customer service is excellent.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. I was not excited about doing it myself, but I was going to have to. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me, he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I think his name was John. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. Im grateful that the world isnt completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help.
Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them,next time I'll keep it in mind. :)

I had taken a previous vehicle to Mark Miller for service and loved how I was treated. Super nice folks, explained everything very well, and even washed my vehicle for me each time! We decided to buy a new 4Runner and I wanted to find something at Mark Miller because of the good experience with the service department. Our experience with sales was just as awesome. We worked with Robin Gattis. He was super helpful, not pushy at all, and gave us all of the appropriate info. Next time a buy a car (I only buy Toyotas) Robin will be my guy. Finance manager was also fantastic. Loved the way we were treated and feel confident we'll receive fantastic service for the life of the vehicle.

Mark walked me through all of the complimentary services that they were going to perform on my car while it was in the shop. I am wary of the dealer because it always feels like I am about to be duped into buying something, but everything was straightforward, and it was easy to trust the company. Thank you.

I went in to trade my 2007 Rav4 for a newer model with 4WD. I chose this dealer because they had a large selection of Rav4's. I really enjoyed both of the salesmen that I worked with. Due to some complications with my selection process, I worked with 2 different salesmen. They were both very friendly and helpful. I was at the dealer much longer than I was anticipating, but otherwise had a great experience.

I have had two great experiences at Mark Miller Toyota this year. Last month we bought a used Toyota Camry. They had several Camry's in the age, and mileage we were looking for and they were surprisingly competitively priced compared to the smaller car lots in town. Mark Miller Toyota is definitely not the stereotypical over-priced dealership. The sales staff was eager to get us the car and features we wanted without being too pushy. I would definitely shop there again when we are in the market for a vehicle again.
My second experience was with the Service Department. Since I was going to pick up the license plates for our Camry that we just bought, I decided to bring my Toyota Tundra in for a routine oil change. I usually bring my Tundra to Jiffy Lube for service of this type and they do a fine job. The Mark Miller Toyota service team changed my oil without an appointment, did a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle and did not try to convince me to have additional services performed like you would expect. They even washed my truck for me when they were finished. And the surprise for me was when I went to pay the bill, they were about $20 cheaper than my last visit to Jiffy Lube.

Even though I live much closer to two other Toyota dealers, the service, courtesy, honesty, and thoroughness is what keeps me coming back to MMT. I could not imagine a better experience! Thanks!

Took more time out of my day today to go see them ...

Took more time out of my day today to go see them and have them inspect the damage that was done to the vehicle. They sat and tried to tell me that there is no way that the car wash they have could have done the damage to the vehicle. when you can clearly see the whip burns from the brushes to the wheel well covers. it gets even better they are telling me that there is no way that the damage to the window could have been caused by their machine. During my conversation with eric he said that there are steps that the employees are supposed to take in order to make sure the gaskets are seated properly after they run it through the car wash. Eric clearly said that the employee must not have done the after inspection of the vehicle when it was washed due to the vehicle not being dried and the gaskets not being reseated to the roof of the truck. Even after hearing this they are still not claiming the damage was due to them.
Way to take care of the customer and damage there property in the process.

II WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Took my brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma there for a recall check and the scheduled maintenance. While I was there the staff was friendly offered a free car wash. I said yes. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT DOWNHILL!!! To have a sensor checked and an oil change took over 5 hours. Not a big deal figured it might be in a particular area. When I went to get into my truck I noticed that the was they did looked like the ran it through a gas station car wash. There was missed areas all over the place, but this is not even the worst of it. Leave the dealership and get on the freeway, next I hear flapping on the truck. The water channel gaskets on the top of the truck were peeled back flew off the truck. Now mind you I have had this truck for over 2 months and have washed it multiple times no issues. I pulled over and grabbed them before they were damaged. During this process I walked around the truck to find what ever machine they put it through gouged my wheel fenders leaving 3 to 6 inch burns in the plastic. Then I look up at my rear window and see that there are deep scratches all through the back of my window about 3 inches long.
I contact the dealership up immediately after about 20 minutes of getting the run around. They tell me I need to contact someone by the name of russ brant on Tuesday. I proceeded to take photos of the damage to the vehicle for proof.
But honestly if you are going to offer a service to a client. I would recommend not damaging the property. Either that or you need to make sure that your equipment is maintained so that it does not damage the property of your customers.
After this incident and the hassle I have received to try and get it taken care of. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. Explained to the salesman that I had the financing all taken care of. Salesman was great but the finance manager took my information and shotgunned it to many financial institutions. Was very upset at the finance manager. He tried to explain to me that it is normal protocol for them to try and get me the best deal for the financing told them again I was already approved for the financing through my credit union. Canceled the sale and now waiting the 2 years for the hard inquiries to drop off my credit. Never go there again. Wouldn't recommended their finance team to anyone. Thanks for slamming my credit!

I've had nothing but excellent experiences in both sales and service from here! My recent purchase of a used 2019 Tacoma was very straightforward and Dillon, Kelly and Sean in finance took fantastic care of me and made it stress free. I recently had the oil changed and tires rotated and even though I dropped off my vehicle during a busy lunchtime, they got me out very quickly even with a carwash! Everyone who works here displays a high level of courtesy and professionalism and I can't recommend them enough for any Toyota needs!

Another Toyota dealership had my payment at double what Mark Miller was offering. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with my experience with the sales staff and finance department. I will continue to use and recommend Mark Miller to anyone who is looking to have a great car buying experience.

Bought a used truck from mark Miller Toyota a month ago and thought it was good until it started having all kinds of electrical, suspension, and brake problems the next day! I purchased a warranty with the truck and tried taking it to 3 different places to have it serviced, since their shuttle service wouldn't take me home because I live 2 miles out of salt lake county, and 2 of the 3 dealerships have never heard of the warranty and the 3rd said they won't deal with them because it's such a terrible company to work with. I tried taking it back to mark Miller and they said they'd buy it back for 2k less than what I bought it for because they say the market dropped that fast and that the truck isn't worth what they sold it to me for. What a load of crap! They will rip you off and then basically tell you to your face. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Hey just a heads up, never ever give this establishment your email address, or you will be spammed to death. It's been like 5 years since I took my Toyota to be serviced here and I am still getting SPAM from Mark Miller Toyota. I have spoken with several managers--all promise they will fix it, but it never happens.

Do yourself a favor and choose another car dealership that values your privacy and is capable of staying true to their word, because this place just cannot do it. Not Recommended.

I just recently went in for drive up maintenance work on my 15' Rav4 after I bought it here a few months ago and I was in and out in 30 minutes! That's with an oil change, tire rotation, and they washed my car. I was surprised by how super fast they were without an appointment! Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. Super satisfied with the maintenance service here.

This wasn't the closest dealership to our home, but the other guys were way to pushy and wanted to "negotiate" instead of just giving me pricing. At Mark Miller all the sales agents were helpful and kind. I'll definitely be going back there in the future - just wish they were a little closer.

After searched locally for a Toyota truck and having a bad experience at the dealerships near us, we ended driving to Salt Lake and going to Mark Miller Toyota. I bought my Tacoma in 2016 from Mark Miller Toyota and have been taking my truck there to be serviced until I moved 2 hrs away this year. I went to another Toyota dealership for service but did not have the same experience I do at Mark Miller Toyota. My last truck service appointment I decided to return to Mark Miller Toyota, I easily made my appointment with the service department and scheduled a time when I could get my truck serviced and a polish. I met my service rep and he got things rolling, he told me about how long my truck would take and we made arrangements for me to use the shuttle service so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I received a phone call earlier than expected saying my truck was finish. Service rep went over my inspection sheet and made me aware of any items that may need to be address at the next service. I have been very happy with my service needs at Mark Miller Toyota.

Towed my '08 Camry hybrid in for servicing here. They took great care of me and got me back on the road quickly and at a very fair price. Everyone was very professional, they connected me with a tow service that arrived earlier than promised (and driver was professional and personable), and arranged a Lyft to pick me up when repairs were complete. Facilities were very clean; all staff in common areas were wearing masks, plexiglass panels up around service counters, separate cups for clean and used pens, and hand sanitizer available everywhere. I started my Monday very frustrated with a broken down car and apprehensions about dealer service costs, and ended it happily back on the road.

The Service at Mark Miller Toyota is second to NONE. For my check ups, I have been able to get in and out very quickly so it isn't a huge hassle to take my car in. They are friendly people and best of all...since Toyota's are such great vehicles, nothing ever needs to be fixed!

However I went to get an oil change and was disappointed. I thought something was off when I got in and was dismissed. I drove out to have all my lights go on. Turned around and took it back to find out they had forgotten to reattach a valve. They were friendly when I went back. However it was irritating that they didn't believe me the first time.

After shopping around and contacting other dealers I was happy to finally settle on Mark Miller Toyota. My salesman Steve Hermansen was very helpful. I basically did my shopping and price negotiating via email and text. What a great way to car shop! There was a bit of a mix up outside of their control but Steve did his best to make it right. I ended up with the 2020 Tacoma that I wanted at a reasonable price. No pressure or typical car salesman vibes from beginning to end. Thanks!

I leased a car from Mark Miller Toyota this last year and had a great experience. The sales guy wasn't too pushy and patiently answered all of my questions. The whole transaction was smooth and painless. Since then, I've visited the service department a couple of times for scheduled maintenance and have always been treated well. I like the extra perk that they will throw in a car wash if you want one. This has been one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with.

I went into get my brake pads replaced and right off the bat the man who was helping me told me it would take 3 hours which was twice as long as the man I scheduled the appointment with told me. It ended up taking them over six hours to do what was said to take an hour and a half. The service was bad and pretty much non existent. Definitely do not go here for anything more than getting your oil changed.

Most people dread the idea of going to a dealership to buy a car. We did too. But our experience with Mark Miller Toyota in downtown was exceptional. We have certainly found our go to dealership and will be returning when we need a second car. I appreciate their honesty, respect of our time, and focus on what we were looking for. I definitely recommend them.

I m very happy with my Mark Miller Toyota experience thus far. I can only hope that their service department will be as good.

I had been looking for a Tacoma for a couple weeks watching new and used inventory at several dealerships. During this time I did not look at Mark Miller Toyota. Several years ago I had a bad experience at a dealer with a similar last name and swore to never darken their doorstep again (yes I hold grudges, it s an issue). Once I realized that Mark Miller Toyota was not the Other M dealer I included them in my search.

Mark Miller Toyota s website was easy to use. They had good photos of their cars. They had upfront pricing and instant realistic price/payment estimates.

I walked into the dealer to look at a used Tacoma. Everybody there seemed professional and helpful in finding the vehicle, talking about it, and finding a salesman. The pickup was a reasonable price.

The salesman, Rafael, was knowledgeable, professional, and very low pressure. He was very patient with me through my decision making process.

I ended up going home with a new Tacoma instead of the used one. I like the pickup and feel pretty good about the deal.

Nothing about my experience stands out as negative but I feel obligated to come up with some criticism: After we agreed on a deal it seemed like it took forever to finalize it through the finance guy. Realistically they were prepping the truck etc at the same time but it still felt like a long wait followed by a long process. I bought my pickup on a Monday, I d hate to see the process on a busy weekend. Finally, as we were finishing up they offered me a soda which I was happy to have. This was my first, and hopefully last, experience with a paper straw. Yuck. I still have the awful taste in my mouth two weeks later.

Overall I m very happy. Mark Miller Toyota will be the first place I look next time instead of the last.

Once again I am significantly impressed with this ...

Once again I am significantly impressed with this Toyota dealership. I have on Toyotas for around 15 years and I have dealt with many different dealerships. Today I brought my tundra in for what I thought was a blown wiper motor. My wipers were all over the windshield and rolling over each other making it impossible to wipe my windows when there s lots of salt on the road. I assume when dropping my vehicle off that I was going to be hard sole on trying to upgrade and do services that I don t really need. Question is it visor walked out to my truck and tighten a couple bolts and brought me outside and fix my windshield wipers in less than 10 minutes. At this point I asked him what I/O him and he said that I owed him nothing. There are very few places in our modern culture where you get this kind of service in this kind of integrity like you do at Mark Miller Toyota. If you are looking to buy a Toyota contact these guys because my Pinyan is they are the best in the business and the most honorable.

I called in advance to see if I could get in for an oil change and the lady that answered the phone (Tara I think) said that they were not busy and to come right over. I left work early to get there (15 minute drive) and there was a line of cars. I asked the service writer and he said it had been like that all day and it would be at least an hour to get in! I was furious because I left work early for this. I called the lady I spoke to earlier and wanted an explanation and to talk to her supervisor. She said he wasn't in and didn't even apologize for putting me through all of that. There are many Toyota dealerships out there that have treated us better and I guess we will make the longer drive to be treated better.

Best car buying experience we have ever had! Very low pressure and helpful. There is not one person who didn't go out of their way to help us. It was quick (in & out in less than 3 hours) and painless (even with a 3 year old and a 9 month old). We will definitely be going back and sending all our friends! Thanks guys!! Dear Robert Herrera,
I will never buy a car from Mark Miller again. For a mother of 4 from
Vernal, Utah I drove past hundreds of used minivan offers to get all
the way from Salt Lake City to pick a car from you. You did not give
me accurate information to even make the drive worth the experience of
buying from you. I asked all the questions through text necessary,
packed up 2 small babies, and drove with the intention of being able
to accomplish my goal. To purchase a safe vehicle for my family. Due
to the huge waste of time, energy, and resources for my family- which
were already extremely limited, my husband hast to now take the day
off work- which he was saving for hunting season, drive the 6 hours
round trip- AGAIN, AND- on top, ask my 70 year old in laws to leave
Spanish fork, meet him in salt lake city, with their car- put my
father in law in my husbands truck, my mother in law in her car, and
my husband in the new van- ALL 3 caravaning 1 minivan all the way back
to vernal- THEN my sweet in laws have to turn back around and drive
another 3 miles back home so they can be their to do their calling in
the temple Thursday morning. ANY IDEA HOW $$$ THAT is in GAS! All,
because you failed to inform me, that if their was any question about
my credit score- that my husband should take a mere 4 hrs off work and
come with me yesterday. Yes I'm furious, and more so because I was
just in a very serious car accident 4 days ago- and in order for me to
drive 6 hrs yesterday with 2 small babies- i didn't risk taking the
prescription strength pain medication, and was in EXTREME amount of
pain. Any dealership who doesn't work harder than that to get it
right, not BUDGE an inch on the price- and cause my family hundreds in
waisted money on gas- will never have any Ewells, Warners,
Bechstroms, Dustins, or Clawsons buy from them again! Because I will
make extra effort to steer them away from Mark Miller, when all 7
siblings have 7 or more kids, and all the families live in Utah....
that's a lot of LOST business.
So when my husband, Mark Ewell finally gets to your store today to
pick up a minivan, I would start with a really big apology Robert.

I always go to Mark Miller, they are THE best! Not only are they the best at servicing my vehicle, they also have an incredible dealership.
On Christmas Eve, I locked my keys, phone, everything in my vehicle at a car wash. I called Mark Miller, and their manager, called the Toyota Service to have them come out and unlock my vehicle.
That was above and beyond. He even kept in contact with me while I waited!

Mark Miller Toyota is more honest than the others and less costly too. They don't play the idiotic car dealer games that others do and we walked out with the car we wanted and the price it should have been every other place. The people were good to deal with, but if you can talk to Spencer Williams, you will get the best, honest deal possible.

They called me to offer to purchase my car. Went down there, sat around for an hour while they experienced "computer issues" and told me how valuable and in demand my car was only to be insulted with an extremely low offer and asked personal questions when I did not respond positively. To finish it off, they wrote on my car registration paperwork and parked my car on the other side of the lot after inspection (in which they again acknowledged the good condition of my car) without telling me where it was. Thanks for wasting my morning.

Icing on the cake? The salesperson called me a week later insisting I was interested in buying a Yaris. I was not.

Today I had a chance to stop by the store with a minor issue with my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. It was a rattle in my sun roof.
The shop manager was available and I explain to him I worked out of my vehicle daily and I just wanted someone to look at the issue and let me know how long they would need the vehicle so I could plan the shop time and my work. He told me wait a minute he would have someone look at it.
Here comes Bryan. We took a drive and he took over back at the store. In about 1 hour I am driving away with no rattle. Yes Bryan had me fix in a hour.
Who gives this kind of customer service, Mark Miller Toyota. I cannot explain how impressed I am with the concern an actions of this group. I am a customer for life.

Mark Miller Toyota has really gone out of their way to become the number one service centered dealership in Utah. They always greet their customers with great enthusiasm and respect. They let you know exactly what's going on with your car at all times. They have a lounge with two TVs and free drinks and snacks while you wait. They have a cafe if you want more than their drinks and snacks and free WiFi plus a play area for kids. They have shuttles to take you to your work or home if you don't want to wait. They are the only Leed certified dealership, meaning that they reuse their water, get energy from the Sun, and have materials in their floors and walls that have been recycled. The owners are highly active in our community, doing much charity work in many organizations throughout Utah. The people are amazing and their prices are very competitive. They always work with you if something isn't to your satisfaction and they bend over backwards more than they probably should to make you satisfied. This is the only place that I will ever take my car for service and the only place that I would ever buy a car because I know that I will be treated respectfully and I'm not being taken advantage of. I would recommend that everyone start at the Mark Miller set of dealerships. If they start here, they likely won't need to go anywhere else.
