Thanks to the e-mail Mark Miller Toyota sent to me as a reminder of the six-month service available for my Camry, I easily scheduled an appointment at a convenient time. The time spent at the dealership for the drop-off of the car was about five minutes after arrival. The service manager let me know up front there would not be any costs for this six-month service. Since I didn't need the car until later in the day, I was given a reminder phone call that the car was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived back at the dealership, I was there about ten minutes. This time included waiting for one customer and going over the paperwork of the service work done. I wasn't charge at thing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
