Took more time out of my day today to go see them ...

Took more time out of my day today to go see them and have them inspect the damage that was done to the vehicle. They sat and tried to tell me that there is no way that the car wash they have could have done the damage to the vehicle. when you can clearly see the whip burns from the brushes to the wheel well covers. it gets even better they are telling me that there is no way that the damage to the window could have been caused by their machine. During my conversation with eric he said that there are steps that the employees are supposed to take in order to make sure the gaskets are seated properly after they run it through the car wash. Eric clearly said that the employee must not have done the after inspection of the vehicle when it was washed due to the vehicle not being dried and the gaskets not being reseated to the roof of the truck. Even after hearing this they are still not claiming the damage was due to them.
Way to take care of the customer and damage there property in the process.

II WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Took my brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma there for a recall check and the scheduled maintenance. While I was there the staff was friendly offered a free car wash. I said yes. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT DOWNHILL!!! To have a sensor checked and an oil change took over 5 hours. Not a big deal figured it might be in a particular area. When I went to get into my truck I noticed that the was they did looked like the ran it through a gas station car wash. There was missed areas all over the place, but this is not even the worst of it. Leave the dealership and get on the freeway, next I hear flapping on the truck. The water channel gaskets on the top of the truck were peeled back flew off the truck. Now mind you I have had this truck for over 2 months and have washed it multiple times no issues. I pulled over and grabbed them before they were damaged. During this process I walked around the truck to find what ever machine they put it through gouged my wheel fenders leaving 3 to 6 inch burns in the plastic. Then I look up at my rear window and see that there are deep scratches all through the back of my window about 3 inches long.
I contact the dealership up immediately after about 20 minutes of getting the run around. They tell me I need to contact someone by the name of russ brant on Tuesday. I proceeded to take photos of the damage to the vehicle for proof.
But honestly if you are going to offer a service to a client. I would recommend not damaging the property. Either that or you need to make sure that your equipment is maintained so that it does not damage the property of your customers.
After this incident and the hassle I have received to try and get it taken care of. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. Explained to the salesman that I had the financing all taken care of. Salesman was great but the finance manager took my information and shotgunned it to many financial institutions. Was very upset at the finance manager. He tried to explain to me that it is normal protocol for them to try and get me the best deal for the financing told them again I was already approved for the financing through my credit union. Canceled the sale and now waiting the 2 years for the hard inquiries to drop off my credit. Never go there again. Wouldn't recommended their finance team to anyone. Thanks for slamming my credit!
