The entire dealer experience was excellent. My son was with me (16 years old) and he wanted to see Subablu (sp?) The receptionist kindly called the marketing guy who tends him and he patiently and courteously answered questions. Juan,our service tech, was very explanatory about service on our 2009 Outback. We are currently looking at new cars with Chet Schneider. As we left my son said, "I am totally convinced about Subaru. I have never seen such good service." Even the woman serving refreshments in the service area was outstanding.I teach sales and customer service professionally. The highest level of it is getting everyone on the same page. Mark Miller is an excellent experience.

Sarah Tilley searched high and low for months to try and find me a nice, clean, well-priced used WRX. After several deals going bad, we came to the conclusion that leasing a new car would be best for my situation. She is pleasant to work with and will do anything and everything she can to get you into the car you WANT. I 100% would recommend her as a go-to salesperson. She's also extremely passionate about Subarus, so it makes working with her even more pleasant.

I had purchased a used vehicle and within the first 24 hours it had an electrical issue so the guys at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown wasted no time getting the problem taken care of. They had a loaner car ready to go for me right then and there. Thanks to my sales rep Paul and the used car service manager Seth for the amazing service. I will definitely be recommending that dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car.

I am in the process of purchasing a car. Mark Miller is unwilling to deal. I have a price quote from Doug Smith in American Fork that is $600 lower than Mark Miller. The salesman, Carlos Rios seemed irritated at the fact that I was shopping around. At the end of the day, he was unwilling to come close to the price I was quoted from Doug Smith. Carlos was pushy and wanted me to put a deposit down.

Do yourself a favor, give Doug Smith a call and drive an extra 20 miles, you will have a much better experience and a better price!

Service staff are always friendly, helpful and polite! I have taken my 3year old Subaru Forester to the shop several times for various issues and the majority have been covered by warranty which the service dept already knew so there was no run around. The dealership has been wonderful in honoring their warranty. I did purchase my Subaru from this dealership. The sales people were amazing. I wasn't thrilled with the finance guy and all he tried to upsell, but I got through that part!

My Imprezza had a recall. Subaru came and got my car! They said they might need it over the weekend, but they ended up finishing in one hour! They left me the new Ascent wagon which I sat in and looked over. That will be my next car to replace my Honda Odyssey. I love the safety features on the Ascent and the service is exceptional at Subaru! Thanks for making this such a great experience!

Almost 3 years ago I leased my Subaru Impreza from Doug Smith Subaru. The end of my lease was coming up at the beginning of July and even though I made all my payments and my car was in excellent condition, I was so worried this entire past year about what would happen at the end of my lease. I had never leased before and the whole process left me feeling very unsure. I didn t want to be upside down on my car or be left with these disposition fees and other miscellaneous fees. So I went back to Doug Smith because that s who I knew to go to. I talked about trying to get into a Crosstrek because I had been eyeing them up for a while. Test drove one, decided I liked it and talked about financing. With their prices and how much they wanted to give me for my car, I was $1100 upside down and payments on a new car would be $360+ even with the couple thousand dollars I had to put down. I left feeling discouraged about my situation. My husband and I decided to stop by Mark Miller on the way home just to see what would happen. Something I did not know until recently is that you can turn in your lease at any of these Subaru dealers! We went in and I got straight to the point. I said I needed my lease zeroed out, I needed to get into a Crosstrek, and I needed payments $340 or under. We sat down with Victor and started to talk. My husband and I noticed a sign that said it was a no negotiation dealership and the price is the price. Immediately neither one of us were sure about this. I didn t have high hopes. It did not take long for Victor to prove us wrong! He told me the Crosstreks have been holding their value really well and that we could look into them, but he wanted to know if I had considered an Outback. I had never thought about one. I didn t think Outback s were in my price range. He informed us that they had a bunch of brand new 2019 Outback s for even cheaper than the Crosstreks! We went out on the lot and checked them out. I got to test drive one and really loved it. I felt safer being higher up, it was more spacious, and had all these new features! We went back and sat down and talked numbers. They gave me a fair price for my car and could get me into the Outback for the same exact payments I was making on my Impreza. I couldn t believe it! Victor made my day. I didn t think it could be so easy. I am very happy with how things turned out and am definitely going to be a returning Mark Miller customer in the future. If you are looking for a Subaru, don t be scared of their no negotiations policy. Their prices are fair and their customer service is unmatched.

From test driving to signing, he was very accomadating, including staying late one night after he should have been off work to help me with a test drive. I generally try to do most work on my car myself but for a quick oil change and tire rotation, I don't hesitate to take it here!

Very friendly bunch of people (on both the sales and service side) that were helpful and punctual.

They are also dog friendly which is a huge perk for me as my dog often comes with me to work; not having to go home first is a huge plus (and my pup sure didn't mind the treats and pet!)

And they were unable to fill it because it was Saturday about 6 pm and their air compressor was off and no mechanics around. Very disappointed I had to walk away and be told please come back Monday to test drive.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and have not been impressed what so ever. I went in to the dealership to have a tire replaced(ran over some glass and it popped the tire) and while I was there I was remembering that I was only given one key to my car when the ad said specifically that I was to get two keys from them. The salesman that I got the car from was acting kind of weird about it all then eventually said they would have to make a whole new key for me. What happened to the original one? Well after almost two hours I finally got the key. But only because I told them I needed to leave because waiting two hours for a key was ridiculous. For someone who wasn't already happy with paying $130 for a new tire they sure did everything to at least make sure I left happy(sarcasm) This is just one of the instances of poor service I have received from them and I will make sure to not do business with them again.

They also have reached out to me via text message asking how my service was and after receiving a few of them I decided to tell them how poor it was. Well, nothing back so far. I guess they don't care about customer service. Also, I have never once felt compelled enough to write a review before but this was honestly such terrible service for a company that prides itself on good customer service.

It was the best!! I had not purchased a car in 15 years and was so nervous. They went above and beyond to make it easy, safe, comfortable and accessible. As a paraplegic they made sure my car was dropped off where it needed to be to get my hand controls put in my new Subaru. Additionally, Subaru has a Mobility Assist Program that reimburses me for the cost of installing the hand controls. Basically I love Subaru, love my new car and Tony Rossi at the 3500 s State location is the best!!

Great experience buying a used car here for my daughter. No games. Listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything more. I went out on a limb and bought the car with the promise that they would fix an issue with the paint on the hood. I was a bit nervous, but it turned out exactly as they said it would. Tony went above and beyond to help us out and was great to work with. When I took it to my mechanic to double-check, he said it was really unnecessary since Mark Miller does a full inspection we could trust and the car was in great shape. Super happy all around.

The guys at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown were just great! Doug Murdock was the best guy to work with. He was professional and friendly and took time to answer my questions and direct me to the vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I was pleasantly surprised! No schmoozing salesmen trying to sell me something I wasn't interested in and yet offering suggestions to make sure I had thought things through and driven different options for comparison sake.
This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and it was a joy to work with these guys. Thank you, Doug and Chase, Devin and Cole. You all were just great! I highly recommend shopping here for your next Subaru. Love my Subie Crosstrek!!!

I guess when they don't send a follow up e-mail they know they've done a bad job. Very unhappy with the entire service department.

They had my car for two weeks "searching" for the problem to a power lock issue, they kept telling me they couldn't find the issue, and they needed more money to keep "searching" then they found the problem told me my car would be ready, but it didn't fix the locks. I had to wait another 5 days without being told anything, just confused and scared. Will my car be fixed? How much will this cost me? And then they had the audacity to tell me they let a rookie work on it who couldn't find the problem and it wasn't until a veteran tech came over and identified the issue and repaired it quickly.

This is where it gets even worse. Upon arrival to pick up my car after the 2+ weeks it took to complete the repair they returned the car to me in a very unprofessional manner. The headrest to one my seats was rolling around on the ground, a seatbelt lying there no longer retracting, a random bolt found on the ground, as well as broken panel retainers, panels not popped in all the way, new exterior scratches and a mysterious black sticky tar like substance dripped inside of my door jam. I took the car back the next day to have this all looked at. They immediately put off the black sticky stuff saying it was pretty much supposed to be there. Which it wasn't. They fixed the rest of the damage they caused to the best of their poor ability. Turns on the bolt was supposed to be installed, wow did they let the rookie do this too? I wouldn't even expect a friend to work on a car and return it like this. However this 2nd time around, the car is looking better, seatbelt is working but they just tried to justify everything else that occurred as typical mistake.

I drive the car home slightly happier than previously. I get home and what do I find? A giant ball of the black tar like sticky substance balled up on my arm rest in my back seat! Really?! Why? Was the rookie mad he had to fix his damages?I have never been so upset with a company let alone a dealership who typically pride themselves on professionalism. I will never set foot in a Mark Miller branded establishment ever again and I advise everyone to do the same to avoid their sharky, lying, and unprofessional behavior.

Pretty appauling service center. Four lug studs were stripped after a tire rotation, which could happen I guess, but they have no system for recognizing if a customer has to return multiple times for the same problem, no communication from the service manager, no acknowledgement that they caused me four trips to fix their mistake.

All companies have their quality control issues, but this place has no way of even recognizing that they may have an issue in the first place. They even stated on my receipt that I stripped the lug bolts....wow. I guess there is no need to address a problem if you just pretend it wasn't your fault to begin with.

(adding to review) our 1998 subaru spent a good amount of time there at Mark Miller and they always did their best to fix it without spending top dollar...ultimately we sold it off and walked over to the sales department and had a great experience buying a brand new impreza for my daughter! My husband and I had a really great experience here today! I was looking to trade in my Acura for an all wheel drive vehicle that would also better suit our outdoor lifestyle. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for or whether I wanted to go new or used.
Within a short time of being on the lot Carlos came over to introduce himself. He did a great job listening and understanding what I was looking for and pricing. The entire process was very honest and straightforward. The dealership is nice and everyone very accommodating. I worked with Jon to finish signing and Carson with concierge. Carson did an awesome job getting me acquainted with the features on my new 2018 Crosstrek. I am very pleased with the entire process and excited about my new car it's just perfect for me!

The quality of service I get at Mark Miller Subaru is unmatched. They are quick (without compromising quality) and explain everything in advance of what needs to be done. As a busy professional, I appreciate their waiting area because it allows me to plug in and keep working while I wait on my vehicle. I also like that everyone I interact with at the shop shows me pictures of their dogs or tells me stories about dogs they like. I have dogs too and work in animal welfare, so it's fun to connect on that level. Thanks for your excellent customer service and care of my Subie!

Mark Miller Subaru (Steve Page in particular) was fantastic. They made my car buying process SO easy! I spoke with them about what I wanted over the phone and when I arrived two days later, the loan and forms were all in order and correct and it took no time at all! Not to mention they sent their Concierge Service to pick me up from Ogden and bring me to the dealership in Salt Lake. I would definitely buy a car from them again!

I have now purchased two Subarus from Mark Miller Subaru. A 3.6R Outback and now a 2020 Forester. Mark Patterson and Carlos Rios were my sales persons. Both of them were friendly and helpful. There was no pressure regarding a sale. I feel Mark Miller Subaru is a great dealership. I have also in the past used Mark Miller Toyota, which was also a good experience.
I feel that I was able to get a great price on my 2020 Forester and the 0% interest made it even that much better. I would recommend the dealership to anyone!

-5 stars my husband took our 2011 Subaru Legacy in on a Saturday to have the headlight bulb replaced for recall after having replacing both headlight bulbs continually. They fixed the drivers side with duct tape to hold it in place. The duct tape burned out the entire housing by Wednesday I took it into Carmax and had to replace the entire light housing. $325. I contacted Mark Miller service manager just to let them know that duct tape really doesn't fix everything. Total denial that they would ever do that. Wish I could post the pictures that Carmax service took for me.

I bought a used car (2007 Avalanche) and was told and I quote "I don't sell junk. Other dealers might but not me"

After 8 days and at the beginning of summer the AC compressor went out and cost $1000 to replace.

This was the most easy, and enjoyable experience I ve had at a car dealer. I dealt with Mike Pierce while I was there, and I couldn t have gotten paired with a better dealer. He was calm, laid back, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable. I wish more dealers shared his approach. If you re considering a Subaru, I would absolutely recommend you try and see Mike. He was great to work with. Jerry Johnson was the gentleman who helped get me financed, and he was also very kind and easy to work with. I really have nothing negative at all to say about my experience here. I ended up with a 2019 Subaru Impreza in the trim and color that I wanted, was able to trade my car painlessly, and never felt uncomfortable or pressured along the way. I picked this specific Subaru dealer due to the large number of positive reviews, and I m glad I did.

I can t believe they called to let me know there were 2 recalls on my Subaru, offered to drive to Park City to pick it up, left me a fancy new Subaru loaner, then delivered it back same day! All at no charge! Customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you!!!!

Terrible experience with service department. Labor is 104.50 an hour. Took an hour to install a hitch but paid for 2 hours so 208 dollars for hitch installation. Than they don't mention that installation costs don't include wiring. What can you do without a wired hit besides carry a bike. The service rep didnt even bring up the fact I needed it and it wasn't included with normal installation that cost 240 dollars. With a wireless hitch. Never going back. You pay a premium to get dealership service departments for a reason. Best reliable service but complete opposite in this case

Awesome customer service. My salesman, Pete Philbrook, was great. He stayed after hours for us and was helpful with anything we needed. I live up in Logan, and he was able to do most of the work for purchasing while I was here. I just had to sign a few papers when I went to go pick it up. Unfortunately, the car I bought was just issued a recall, but they gave me a brand new rental car in it's place. It took a lot longer than expected to get parts in, but I'm sure had they known, it would have been a different situation. They fixed it as soon as the parts came in and even drove it up to me in Logan! There were a few hiccups along the way, which did get a little frustrating, but I understand that mistakes happen. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

They over-delivered! The problem were worried about turned out to be nothing, but they did notice that Grease Monkey over filled the transmission fluid. And the radiator was real dirty. So they mopped up the spilled transmission fluid and cleaned out the radiator. This they did without charging! Not even for checking on the original problem. Thanks, Kevin and all the others at Mark Miller Subaru.

Took my Tribeca in because my OBD scanner was throwing a code and my rear differential temp light was flickering due to a dirty connection where some fluid had leaked. Got my car back with black hand prints all over my leather interior, no fluid topped off ,and was told it needed $11,000 worth of work. The diagnostic was advertised at $118 and I assumed it would be more than them just plugging into their OBD scanner... I already had the codes it was throwing. So they recommended a new valve body without looking at the fluid, or the pan, and then applied the $118 to "replace" some bad wiring. Poor service and a waste of time. They want to charge for substandard service in hopes you'll just buy a new car rather than repair what "they" say needs replacing. They also told me NOT to go to Tanner Transmission, so that's where my car is now. They also claimed to do a multi point inspection. Upon picking it up I checked my tire pressure both; driver side tires were 3 pounds low. No washer fluid, and no mention of worn wiper blades.

I took in my Subaru for service (which I bought at Mark Miller Toyota - and had an absolutely dreadful experience with) and ran into Carlos while looking at a BRZ. He was wonderful to work with and I have been considering upgrading my WRX to an STI for a while. Me and Carlos test drove an STI and it was a great experience! He was a knowledgeable salesman who isn t pushy and had answers to all my questions. If I do buy an STI in the future it will be from Carlos!!
