Recently purchased a 2017 WRX, had missing center ...

Recently purchased a 2017 WRX, had missing center console screws. Went in to get replacements I had found online, lady promptly returned and charged me three dollars. They were the wrong ones. I go back the next day, am greeted by a different employee who I ask the same question, who then proceeds to tell me they don't carry the screws, and begins to flail his arms all around to tell me "I NEED to change the whole CONSOLE myself" after i asked a simple question of whether or not there was any way to get those screws. Then proceeds to call me "brother" as I walk away. I am a customer, not your brother. Unprofessional, discourtious, bad customer service from the parts department.
