My wife purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2015 this is her first Subaru. She has been thrilled and delighted with this vehicle so far. She said Mark Miller Midtown gives the best customer service around. Now she's wondering if things are changing. She has a warranty that covers up to 60,000 miles. But the new car warranty ended July 31st 2018. It seems now, that she is rushed through, and her concerns aren't always addressed. They do however wash the car, and send her on her way with a smile. It's frustrating to her that when I take it for service they listen. I thought we were further along in society than this, but I guess I'm wrong. Windshield washer was not working correctly, it had always worked for her in the past, perfectly! So while still under warranty she took it in to have them check it. They said they replaced that part. Now when bad weather or a dirty windshield, she sprays to clean it off while driving, it only cleans part of the driver side while spraying too far out on the passenger side. I schedule an appointment before the 31st of July, Subaru was booked and told me they would offer the courtesy of still looking at it today, August 6th 2018, she is told that's just the way they make them! Come on Mark Miller Subaru Midtown, let's treat women that make large purchases the same as we treat men that make large purchases! Surprised and disappointed! The amusing part of all of this to me, is I am the old retired guy, and my wife is the breadwinner! Money doesn't have a gender Mark Miller Midtown!
