My experience was fine the sales guy was nice. However I wasn't happy about the fact that I walked in there with a preapproved loan from my credit union University Federal Credit union, and I told the sales guy this from the get-go and he kept trying to push me to do it through Subaru and I told them no, and the sales manager still ran my credit and even came out and apologized for doing this. Then I get a call the following week from the fiance guy, saying something about needing proof of income. why would he need any of that when I have been approved already with my credit union. He shouldn't be involved in any of that since I dealt with my bank directly. Anyways I feel something shady was going on. And i have no idea why it takes 3 hours to do a deal when you walk in with a preapproval. My whole point of doing that was to avoid the long process.

Have purchased a car from here and gone here for service, I can say they are the best at what they do, what a great dealership, there's no pressure to buy its just here's the car and here's how much and you make the decision on your own with nobody pushing you just encouraging you to ask questions and wanting you to drive it more if you don't know yet.

Very knowledgeable staff. They did an amazing job explaining what the issue was and offered a several different options for fixing it. They treated me great and I would recommend them to anyone needing their Subaru fixed. Great service, great price, great experience.

This was a major servicing milestone for our vehicle. They completed the servicing under the anticipated time-frame, and because of the long duration, lent us a vehicle so we could make good use of our time during this busy holiday period. The employees are professional, attentive, thorough and respectful. It's always a great experience.

I loved this dealership so much I bought a second used Subaru from them when my first one finally died after 215,000+ miles. They will take care of you. There is no pressure to buy and they let me test drive a lot of vehicles. I wasn't in a rush to purchase something and they let me take a couple of weeks to find my perfect Subaru. I highly recommend checking them out before you buy a Subaru.

We have bought 2 cars from this location now. The first experience we became loyal Subaru owners for life. Now the second experience we have become loyal Mark Miller customers for life. We needed a commuter car and there was absolutely no pressure, they listened to our needs and wishes! In a world where sales can be a stressful situation they made it easy! We have done all our maintenance with them for the first car and they always go above and beyond .

I knew I wanted an Outback, and really liked the 2020 model. Steve Page was fantastic and never tried to push me out of my budget and was extremely patient and honest! He even worked with me when I thought I d found a better deal somewhere else, which made all the difference for me. While I loved the new models, there was a 2017 Outback Limited that I ended up just absolutely falling in love with and ending up bringing it home. If you need a new vehicle, Subaru s are amazing and Steve Page is definitely the best man to help you find the perfect fit!

Staff was extremely nice. I had a recall on my air...

Staff was extremely nice. I had a recall on my airbags, got them fixed for free. And got a nice loaner for a few hours while they serviced my car. They also provided me and my friend with a free soda and coffee which was very nice. They have books, free wifi and couches if you need to wait on your car there, and a cute little cafe. Thanks guys for your awesome service and for washing my car! Much appreciated:)

We highly recommend this dealership! Can't say enough about their customer service and integrity. Curtis was terrific with our transaction! We are from out of town, and came in to purchase a car for our daughter at the university. They set her up with a used car and made the necessary repairs after their detailed inspection. They provided a loaner car until the car was ready after repairs and detailing. Top notch organization.

We have become a two Outback XT household in the last two years. We live up in the mountains and need good handling, safe, dependable cars. They are enjoyable to drive also. The cars practically sell themselves. Tony, our salesman, and the rest of the staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Great cars, great staff.

Low pressure sales experience...no haggling required, promise price is the lowest or highest they will go. Not a lot of inventory...sales guy didn't have enough urgency ...it was busy and cars were being spoken for and he didn't seem to be in any hurry...

Really great to work with while you're there. Once you leave, however, they are not very good about communicating. I'm from out of state so they had to send the information to my local dmv. I was told I would be contacted when they sent it. I finally called them the week my registration expired and they hadn't sent it yet. That wasn't the first communication issue we had. But, seriously, while you are there in person, they're great!

The difference with this dealership is that they do not pay salesmen on commission. Nor do they haggle prices. Just give a good price.

My son bought a car from them a few years ago. They give him cheap oil changes. Car wash with oil change. Fill up other fluids between changes. A decent price on emissions tests. They seem to take care of their customers.

That is why I am looking at them for my next car. That along with Subaru makes a good car.

Good dealer unless they mess something up. They told me that I wouldn t be charged for an oil change, but instead charged me and insisted that the person who told me the initial information was wrong. No honoring what they originally said. Been trying to reach managers for over a month and they don t seem to care to return calls. So don t expect them to own up to their mistakes.

My wife and I were so thankful to find Mark Miller Subaru Service Department on our 7000 mile road trip across America the beautiful. Rachel and the technicians at Mark Miller provided excellent and efficient service in our hour of need. They are a very busy Subaru dealer and were able to fit us in on short notice on a Monday afternoon and complete the repairs within 4 hours. We are so grateful to them and to the Subaru Customer Service Representative for all their generous and professional support to us while we were traveling 2200 miles from home. We are big fans of Subaru and of the good people at Mark Miller Subaru in Salt Lake City, Utah. Many, many thanks to all of you!

Everything went smoothly, and professionally, they were on time and the service was done within an expected or faster time frame. I gave some specific instruction that were all followed. They always take the time to listen and explain things at the end with a decent knowledge about mechanics.

Sales staff is moderately friendly and they have a decent selection. The service department is overbooked and make no effort to appear as though they want to help. I wouldn't consider using these guys if you are looking to trade in your vehicle. I brought in a super clean trade and they offered me $750 less than the rough trade value listed by nada. Will not be going back.

Me and my husband have the worst experience with this dealership we went into trade our vehicle and they couldn't find a value for it. So they were going to go based off of what the dealership said for the car that we had and the previous year model. Well the previous year model was worth about 20000 to 23000 thousand n our vehicle was a 2016 and they said that the value of it was 15000 and that's all that they would give us for it and I told the guy are you serious even the 2015 is worth more than what you just said our 2016 was worth way less. I felt very very insulted he was very very rude about it pretty much made a joke out of us trying to trade in our 2016 if it's not a car that we like obviously we would like to go with something else it's up to us to do the trade but not to be insulted by some salesmen I would never ever in my life recommend this stupid place to anybody
