Mark Miller Subaru is awesome! The salesperson was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, very efficient, and personable. The finance guy was the same. I loved how there's no jacking around with price - they gave me a fair price on my 2006 Outback & on the new 2017 Outback! And they were respectful of my time throughout the process!

so i bought a new pedal assembly 8 months ago and ...

so i bought a new pedal assembly 8 months ago and had my personal mechanic install it, 7500 miles later it started making this creeking noise again so i then Took my car to mark miller subaru midtown on dec 4th to have them check the pedal assembly and make sure nothing else was wrong, they told me everything looked fine and that it was just a faulty pedal asssembly and replaced the pedal assembly, well a month later 1k miles on the new pedal assembly the creek came back again. so i take it back to them and now they are trying to tell me the fire wall is bad and thats its not been welded/repaired, I then asked if they had removed the dash to verify the firewall wasnt welded/repaired and they said no they havnt, so they assumed that the firewall welds are broken and need repaired but ive already had that repair done but they persist to say the fire walls not been welded and repaired.. so i sent them pictures that my mechanic had sent me when we was repairing the fire wall months ago..what i dont understand is the first time i took it to them they claimed everything was good, now that the pedal assembly had went bad and only lasted 1K miles now they are trying to find things to point the finger at and ASSUMED it was the fire wall but they never removed the dash or verify this repair had been done, long story short i spent 360$ for them to install the pedal assembly for it to last 1 month, what i also dont get is the service adviser that helped me claimed they didnt have to remove the dash to replace the pedal assembly and said it was only a 2 hour job without removing the dash yet i was charged 360$ for what they claim is only a 2-2 1/2 hour job and they charge 75$ an hour so basically i was chaged for a 5 hour job that only took 2- 2 1/2 hour job, seems pretty shady.... Thanks mark miller subaru midtown. ive owned a subaru for the passed 9 years but after this experience i'll be selling it and going with a different car manufacturer.Thanks for nothing mark miller subaru mid town!!

There was a slight misunderstanding on the scheduled time of my appointment and completion time. The team worked through lunch and got me out the door in time for me to make my meeting. Very pleased with their above and beyond attitude!

Mark Millers service can suck the big one. I am several states away and was very interested in a vehicle at this auto dealer. I was prepared to purchase it and have the car shipped to my location. I tried for almost two weeks to just get pictures of the underside of the car...that's it!!!! I worked with several sales people that kept giving me the run around and of course the car sold. I am guessing it was a mixture of not caring because it was such a low priced car and pure douche......

I've said it before, but I actually look forward to taking my car in for service - everyone from the mechanics to the cashiers to the salespeople and the execs seem to really enjoy working there! Customer service is important to me and the staff is courteous, friendly, quick and everything is so clean! I especially enjoy the on-site cafe - I can take my car in, grab a quick bite, kick back and enjoy the relaxing waiting area -- Thank you!

STAY AWAY...... Do not buy from here, parts or ca...

STAY AWAY...... Do not buy from here, parts or cars, very professional conns. The service department misdiagnose my car telling us it's a faulty ECM and timing sprockets on a 2017 Impreza with 24k miles??? But was not covered under warranty for having a branded title so quoted thousands to do the work I bought the parts and had a local mechanic do it for half the price, still same issue, went back to them and paid for a second time inspection, then they say the new parts are bad, maybe my luck so I bought new parts again and had them changed and reprogrammed the ecm, still same issue, make me spend thousands and turns out it was a simple shorted wire issue kept blowing a fuse that controls the timing sensor readings, what a joke what a Rio off. Called the service manager to get a refund on all the chargers for the misdiagnose they did he never replied or called back. Stay away from the whole place, check out all the bad reviews they have, surprisingly I forgot to read the reviews till it was too late.

Wanted to share a good experience..well two with your parts staff. I used to work for Tim Dahle Infiniti as a parts guy.. after 6 years working there selling parts I left after watching customers over and over paying for OEM parts we didn't have in stock but getting aftermarket parts put on their cars by crooked service writers so my faith in car dealerships really sank. I liked selling parts and I was really good at it.. and I loved helping people and I even had a customer tell me I SHOULD be a service manager.. but the culture there was so toxic...

My parents bought a Subaru from your dealership and swear up and down how great it is and how I just got unlucky working for the people at Tim Dahle. Anyway I bought a used old Subaru and I've been fixing it up.. Cody Woodside in parts was super helpful and got me the brake pads I needed. E-mailed me when they were in and had them in willcall for me for my 20+ year old Subaru. Also came in earlier and was helped by a female (sorry forgot your name) with help for my old key fob. Was helpful and pointed me to a battery place that could help me out.

Anyway both experiences helped me and gave me some faith in the car dealership world (a tiny bit..). Funny and sad..... you walk into the Subaru dealership and there's a nice waiting area and a mini food court area...best Tim Dahle did was granola bars and water bottles for a high end Infiniti dealership and I LIKE Infiniti cars.. but just sad... haha...

Anyway was nice to see the faces of people I ordered parts from over the years... I don't miss the car dealership world but least I have a place I can buy parts from and don't mind giving them my business. I wish I had given this dealership more business when I bought Subaru parts. This dealership looking from the outside seems to have it's game together. Thank you :)

I purchased my vehicle across the country through Carlos at Mark Miller Midtown. He was able to locate my perfect vehicle and hold it for me for 30 days as I moved across the country. Prior to my arrival, he checked on me multiple times and gathered the relevant information needed to ensure a smooth transaction. On the day of, we were given a free (delicious!) lunch and there was no pushy sales of any of the 'extras'. We were on our way in less than an hour - INCREDIBLE sales/delivery experience, will lease again from MMS.

As a senior citizen my experience with Mark Miller...

As a senior citizen my experience with Mark Miller Subaru was exceptional. My sales associate, Mark Patterson, professionally represented the dealership, and presented the Subaru choices that would be best for my wife and me. There was no haggling nor denigration of any competition - just the positives of the Mark Miller dealership. Very stress free. I was very impressed with Mr. Patterson s manner and respectfulness. After we took delivery of the car, he noted a tiny mark on our back bumper (I still can t really see it! Maybe a 79 year old pair of eyes!) So he comp d us a rear bumper cover at no charge.

The dealership provided a concierge to take as much time as needed to walk me through all of the controls, screens, buttons, and information technology needed to understand and operate the vehicle. (We have a BMW that we bought new and to this day, don t understand much of the technology on the car. No assistance was provided/offered after their deal was made.) Our concierge was Ms. Cassidy Follis. She was outstanding. As much time as I required. Very patient! Very kind! Thorough. And very appreciated.

Finally, I want to compliment Kathy Ott of the Miller Service Department, who took time to inform me, and print out instructions about one of the not so complicated accessories. So I have to give Mark Miller 5 stars ONLY because 6 stars are not available.

My first time here. Love the facility but the serv...

My first time here. Love the facility but the service wasn't up to my standard that I've received at nate wade and Mark Miller Toyota. I look ku BRZ in for a oil change. Quick greeting, then was explained cost also not a problem. I declined the car was and was shown the waiting area.. After 35-40mins I was called for my completed vehicle. The advisor spoke about my multipoint inspection and I paid for my service.

When I went to get in my vehicle there was oil stains all over the exterior drivers door with what looked like no attempt to wipe it off. And by this time my service advisor was no longer present. I grabbed a rag and did it my self.
I drove home and did a double check to make sure the oil was fresh. That looked good however the washer fluid was not topped off as it was stated as being complete. This made me question if they actually topped off my other fluids. I then noticed a scratch in the front bumper right where hood meets bumper. This was not there prior to my service and looks like it was caused by a technicians belt or pants. Are the techs suppose to use fender covers to protect paint? Overall I probably will not return to M.M Subaru.

I dropped my car off to have a recall service done and, in the process of "cleaning" my car, they threw away important papers and stole an aux cord. I called to bring this up the next day, only to be told that this violates their policy so I must be mistaken. Zero accountability. Two thumbs down.

The loan process took a minute since they were short staffed. They traded in my car for a better price than I expected. I am a dedicated 3 time subaru outback owner. I'm having my 2015 outback head unit replaced under warranty for the 2nd time at Mark Miller. And for the 2nd time i have experienced sub par communication and changing/long service times. I dropped the car off on a Sat. My service rep said the diagnostic would be completed on Mon. Having not heard from him by Weds, I called. He said the part had been ordered and I could expect the car to be ready on Fri/Mon the following week. Again not hearing from him by Tues, I called him and he told me that it would be ready on Weds. Then again on Thurs. And it's now Friday, and I will have to call again. Yes, I do have a loaner vehicle for which I am grateful, but it has been inconvenient to be without our family car for two weeks and I really feel like i'm getting the run around. I will opt to drive farther from home to a different dealership for future outback sales and service needs.

He was very courteous and helpful in explaining the different Subaru models which were available and assisting me in determining which one would meet my needs best. He guided me through the purchase decision and was available to meet with me at my convenience during this time. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

The first thing you see once you drive into this location are rows of shimmering cars. There are cars from Outbacks to WRX's available for sale. A little further into the car dealership, there is a repair shop for walk-ins and appointments. I've only come here to get my vehicle serviced, so my expertise is more about their service based on car repairs.

I've always had a quality time at Subaru Midtown, however, my recent experience with them is the reason why I prefer to come here to get my vehicle serviced. Before this incident, I believed this Subaru was a solid, unwavering 5 star business, however, after this incident, it is still 5 stars, but I would not say it is still unwavering or solid anymore. I hope to continue getting my vehicle serviced here and reinforcing my opinion that this Subaru does deserve its high rating.

I had a 2 year warranty for my 2016 Subaru Outback and during this time, I had window problems quickly fixed. The same problems came back, but my warranty was gone by then and there were no notes of my window problems being diagnosed or even present. This had left me with no proof of prior window problems to my car. The total repairs for my car would have cost me about $600 because of the lack of notes and proof in their history of servicing my vehicle. I was very upset and disappointed in them, but I just accepted the fact that there was nothing I could do about it and Rachel from Subaru Midtown tried to do all that she could to help me.

The wait for my car was about 9 hours, however, Subaru had given me a ride to school, so I was able to do more than just wait at their dealership. I got a text back from Rachel saying that my car was repaired and she had spoke to the service manager again, and they had my window problems covered by Goodwill and even took care of half of the battery cost for me (new problem that was found through a thorough check of my car). I was so grateful! She had helped me save $400. I can't thank her enough!

So, overall, after this whole fiasco, I was a little disappointed that they did not note the quick diagnosis they had on my window prior to this service appointment, however, they fixed the misunderstanding and made up for the whole mess with Goodwill. The employees try to do the best they can to help you in your situation, so the customer service is reliable. They always wash your car after they service your vehicle, so it comes back sparkling. The complimentary hot chocolate is delicious and snacking on popcorn is always a plus while waiting for your car. If a ride is needed anywhere, Subaru will give you a personal ride to the designated place. As an ending note, Mark Miller Subaru Midtown does their best to help in the situation that is given.

They set good expectations on fixing and I feel like they really know what they are doing. We worked with Bob to find our new car.

We had done a bit of homework before-hand so we knew what we wanted, but were worried that we would get a lot of pressure to buy something else that was more beneficial to the salesman. We were pleasantly surprised.

The sales team was very kind to my wife and I and didn't try to pressure us into buying a specific vehicle. I really appreciate the straightforward approach they take to selling their vehicles, especially their no-haggle policy.

I'm looking forward to working with them again in a few years when we start shopping to replace our other car.

My 2014 Subaru Outback was involved in the Takata airbag recall. Yesterday, MM Subaru came to my workplace in the morning and picked up my car and in the afternoon when finished, dropped it back off at my house. I didn't even buy my car here but the service was outstanding! I was notified throughout the day through text that they were on the way to pick it up, it had arrived at the shop, they were ready to deliver it home... it was amazing service! My car was even vacuumed ! I will consider buying my next car from MM.

The employees are great here. They take time to explain the vehicle issues, when they can be repaired and when it can wait, and offer discounts when available. The prices are not too extreme as dealerships historically are. They give you a loaner car for long repairs so you don't have to arrange rides to and from the mechanic. It's organized, they wash and vacuum your car, get you in fast and have a neat waiting room area.

We bought our new Subaru Outback at Mark Miller Subaru and the whole experience was outstanding. We were very particular about the model, color, and trim line that we wanted. We were able to discuss our options over the phone, and the salesperson was able to get our car within days. When we arrived at the dealership, the car and the paperwork were ready to go, and the signing process took less than 45 minutes (at a safe distance). This is the third car we have purchased from Mark Miller Subaru, and we will continue to make them our dealer of choice.

Very honest for a dealership! Took my car in for an oil leak. Which I had been told was a valve-cover gasket, they informed me I did not have an oil leak. Merely poor aim while refilling that dripped down. Sent me home without a charge for the Diag/dye, or the rental car! Will always recommend mark miller, as they re the only ones I can trust

I had a great experience with Mark Miller Subaru and the staff there. I contacted them about a Crosstrek that they had just sold and they went out of their way to find me the same model and color from a different dealer. Sheryl was my initial contact via the text option on their website. She was very helpful and able to get me in contact with Hector. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. When I decided to go ahead and get the car I booked a flight up from Southern Utah and Hector arranged for Cass to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Everything went super smooth and was very low pressure. No hidden fees or surprise numbers when it came time to sign on the dotted line. When all the paperwork was done Cass took the time to run me through ask the features of the car and how to work them. Overall great experience and will definitely be a return customer! Thanks!

Mark Miller Subaru really is fantastic. After being in an accident which totaled my old Subaru Impreza, we upgraded to an Outback and the service could not have been better. Other dealerships we've been to around the US previously have been excessively pushy and created a stressful shopping experience- Mark Miller wasn't that at all. Anthony, our original salesperson we worked with, sent a text to check up on us to see if we needed anything from him, but no hounding phone calls! No pressure to purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot! We ended up working with Max for all of our paperwork, and he was great. The whole experience was not what we expected, and that was for the better. Thanks, Mark Miller Subaru, and staff, for making our buying experience really a great one! If we're in Utah the next time we need a new vehicle Mark Miller will be where we go.

They even have signs in the restrooms letting us know they are helping to save the environment by installing low-water flush toilets. I suggested they might provide a few decks of cards for people who have a longer wait. The girl at the refreshment counter reached underneath and handed me one!

Poor customer parts service. I called for a simple...

Poor customer parts service. I called for a simple gasket, for transmission plug $2.52 cents. And gasket for front differential gasket $6.42 cents.
I asked over phone if they had them in stock! The answer was yes. I arrived to pick up part. The woman I spoke with on phone was entering paper work numbers on computer and said I will have to wait a while until she s finished I m the only one waiting.
So after waiting and waiting a another male employee helped me find one part I called for but they didn t have the other part? I said why did you say you had them in stock then. Long story short I ended up going to Nate wade Subaru where I should of went in the beginning. That s why I called. If you don t have a part in stock don t say you do!!!
Ohh and when someone says thank you most people say you re welcome AND DONT IGNORE YOU.

I PERSONALLY WILL DRIVE FARTHER FOR PARTS NOW AND NEVER EVER GO TO YOUR STORE AGAIN

I had a great experience with my car buying experience here. I had done quite a bit of research and knew exactly what I wanted before arriving for my appointment. The only negative thing I could mention was the car I came to look at was not on site when I arrived. They quickly tracked it down and had it back at the dealership within a hour. In the mean time we were able to work out all the details on my trade in which they gave me a very fair number on. I ended purchasing the specific car I came for. Not once did they try to get me into something else which is huge in my book. My first experience with this dealer has made me over come my hate for car shopping. I highly recommend them and will definitely keep doing business here!

We had a great experience here, would recommend. Alex was helpful, honest, and not pushy; he helped us get into a Subaru Forester that is just what we were looking for. I was surprised that they do not negotiate on the price, but I liked this because their prices were reasonable and at a fair price. We purchased used, but the vehicle seems high quality, had been inspected in depth, and comes with a warranty from Subaru giving us some peace of mind. Loan interest rates through Subaru were lower than any bank we got approved from. Also, who can complain about a complementary cafe? Thanks for setting the standard high, I'm sure we'll be back.

Went down for what I thought was going to be a 15,...

Went down for what I thought was going to be a 15,000 miles service which included brake and transmission fluid checks. The tech knew that my car model didn't need that work done until 30,000 for the brake fluid and ~60,000 for the transmission fluid. he saved me ~$200 today for work that didn't need to be done. That type of service will keep me coming back.

Plus they had free popcorn while I was waiting to get my oil changed. Gotta love free popcorn.
