The Marco Polo Hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui's luxury shopping district and is well-connected to the hotel lobby and luxury arcade. It is also a unique place where you can cross the ferry to Hong Kong Island in 10 minutes on foot. The service at the hotel is good and the Italian restaurant Cucina on the 6th floor is okay but it can be a little expensive.
Having lunch buffet with family, food was so so not really worth. But the cake and movenpick icecream were good.

Loved their hospitality and the location of the hotel is perhaps the best for those on a vacation, try getting a room with the view of the harbour. Well connected by double decker busses as the bus stop lies just behind the hotel and Metro via free shuttle to Kwooloon from K2 pick up point. All branded shops are next door and opposite to the hotel.
Only one counter and two employees are doing check-in, they have to wait for more than half an hour, and they have never encountered a check-in restaurant that has to wait for such a long time.
Garbage hotel, the old room, you want a standard room, a big bed for you to separate two small beds, you want a big bed room, that is, two very small single beds closed! The small bathroom is hard to get into! The service was extremely poor, the service staff watched the guests enter the hotel and no one came forward to help with the luggage. I reserved a room with a view of the harbor for an important guest. He was traveling with his wife and two kids. The hotel took notice and gave him a free upgrade to a suite. He and his wife were so happy and enjoyed a lot of they brief stay in Hong Kong. Kudos to the hotel for their excellent hospitality

Place is getting old and tired. No longer worth the price. Horrible views unless you get a room overlooking the water.
Also they are current rennovating so there is scaffolding outside some rooms.

The little bar in the ground floor is really tiny and only good for a night cap. It's a hotel that can be used as a gateway for the weekend or longer but it is relatively expensive.
Actually it is a nice hotel but the reception i a disaster. We have sprint 30 minutes just ti check in. The room and corridor has a heavy humidty. They just improve a little bit

CUCINA restaurant staff service attitude is bad, claiming to be Michelin star chef dinner, 4 dishes 888 yuan. The main dish, beef tender, we asked for 5 maturity, but when serving, I cut the beef tenderloin and found that 8-9 matured. I asked for a replacement. Your restaurant staff did not agree and asked me to "cut half" to check him. At this time, another employee who appeared to be a higher-level worker from the uniform came over. I stayed in a room specified by Harbor View. In the daytime the scenery was good, but at night the window glass became cloudy and I could not see the night view at all.

One more nice hotel staff and food spot on close to ferry service if you want to go across to Hong Kong island this city is never ending shopping bus tours and cite seeing and my best is being picked by bus to go to the horse races either at night on Wednesday or day on Saturday one year there was a bad cyclone every body on island locked in this is my best stopover stayed here many of times would recommend to all
Terrible service, racist against mandarin speakers. Rooms are in poor hygiene conditions. Nowhere close to a five star hotel. Avoid this hotel, I rarely write negative reviews, I really mean it.

Great location with unbelievable sea view form the room. Although the room is a little bit aging, the size was big in term of Hong Kong. Service was on the point, but need to way a bit for check in. Overall, we stay here again!

Good location and a bit old, need some serious renovations
1. Arrive at the hotel to check in at 5 o'clock on the day of check-in. The waiter said that the room is still in preparation (our original check-in time is 3 o'clock), and the waiter will arrange another room for us to temporarily settle in and then transfer.
2. The children s board and lodging has been added when booking the room, but when checking in, the hotel staff said that they did not have relevant information. I had to show the order information to them and another colleague could confirm it. The information exchange was rather chaotic.
3. There are large blisters in the hotel swimming pool for swimmers to have fun. Because the blisters are leaking, the lifeguards are asked to inflate them. However, the lifeguards say that the blisters are damaged, and even if they are refilled, the same situation will appear and refuse us. Request, the strangest thing is that the lifeguard did not put away the problematic blisters, but told us to continue using it.
4. The decoration of the room is old, and the wash basin is slightly leaking.
An other place for a chill drink or coffee on a Sunday afternoon. There is an outdoor area perfect for smoking and the service is discrete. The waiters are attentive and not pushy at all! I enjoyed my time there!
