The hotel was very good though the "Michelin starred " restaurant ( shangrila palace ) was a disaster ,this is not the first Michelin starred restaurant ive been to and everything was far from what I expected,from the service to the food, please do yourself a favorite and do not try.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The triple share room accommodation was exceptional value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly notable was the concierge Allan.

Excellent service from all of the staff from housekeeping to front desk always polite and helpful-since our last stay 4 years ago the only noticeable change was it was room only and not including the breakfast but there are a lot very good eating places within a short walk from the hotel-always made to feel very welcome when entering the hotel no matter what time of day always greeted with a smile from all staff would highly recommend the hotel to friends.

One of the great pleasures of traveling to Hong Kong was staying at your hotel. I was using it two years ago, and I was able to spend a very happy time feeling the hospitality and comfort I felt at that time again. It is exciting to have a cake for birthday message. The five days I spent at the Horizon Club were really happy. As you got a lot of power and healing at your hotel, you can spend more smiles and power than ever before. We will use it during our next stay in Hong Kong. Staff members are polite and helpful. Services are great. The food quality is very good and there are lots of food choices during the breakfast buffet period. Location is also great that near to MTR station. Overall experience is excellent.

At the time of check-in, I told my front desk colleagues that I would leave early the next day, so I had already paid the full amount and deposit for the room. At that time, my colleagues at the front desk were very friendly and told my friends that they could check out with express check and return the room card. I would like to add that the waiters and waitresses are excellent.They are happy to serve, to take photos for the clients and respond to clients' need in no time. Just the people cooking food are not efficient enough, wonder if this is a company policy to slow down the food flow. It does not make sense that many hundreds of customers to queue for your cooking of Foie gras, or opening of oysters.

The criterion for selection was the view from the room and the size of the room, as expected.

Breakfast was good and the service of hoteliers was satisfactory.

But the pool is disappointing. Also, it was a bit cluttered whether it was undergoing external remodeling. Overall, Hong Kong is not very good at hotel value.

The hotel has a very Hong Kong-like atmosphere from the exterior.

Despite the air-conditioning breakdown which lasted for 3 of my several days stay, I rate the Kowloon Shangri-La as the best. Problems like that occur in life. I have stayedat the hotel 14-15 times over the past 6 years and have never been disappointed. The staff (which really makes a hotel.) is outstanding. They make me feel the Kowloon Shangri-La is my home away from home when I am in Hong Kong.

All staffs of horizon club were very professional and kind, and free cell phone on the room, including WiFi hotspot function was really helpful for our trip!!

The tenants liked the spacious, clean rooms, but some felt that the interior was old and the maintenance needed to be improved. The room had a view and a simple kitchen. The tenants liked the beds, but some felt that the room was not quiet enough.

The tenants praised the staff here for their friendliness and professionalism. The tenants liked the management, reception and room finishing services of this hotel.
