Good accessibility, ferry and bus stop closed to hotel, Biggest shopping mall under hotel, if look for designer brands there you are. Always long queue at lobby. Luck I booked the room at Continental club floor, personal check-in & out, private lounge and staff are friendly there. Feel warm as home, compare the five star hotel with stylish cool service, I recommend the warm service in club. Staff treat me as family and friends. First choice for me in Hong Kong,

Try to get a room at CCF at the Marco Polo . For me it was home for several years. When I arrive there they read your wishes from your eyes.
Friendly is an understatement - if you travel and your are here - I can only say congratulation you made the perfect choice.

The pool is really nice after a busy day or to start the day.

Super crowded in the lobby, but that s just because it s the holidays. Nice rooms, but air conditioning does not work and it was freezing. Cannot find where to turn off the lights in the room. None of the provided chargers work. Good food at the Continental Club s lounge.

There are several Michelin restaurants where HSBC Premier Card can enjoy a buy-one-get-one discount. This is the main reason why I applied for HSBC Premier Card. Tonight is a special day. I chose "Ye Shanghai" in Tsim Sha Tsui and enjoyed a Michelin Shanghai meal with my husband. The set menu includes appetizers, five main dishes and desserts. As soon as we sat down, the waiter asked us whether we want barley water or soy milk, but did not specify the charge. When we paid the bill, we learned that each cup cost $35. There are five types of appetizers, each of which has a small portion and is not expensive. "Tai Diao Drunken Chicken Ancient Smoked Duck Eggs Tangerine Peel Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs Flavored Radishes Garlic and Crispy Melon." There is no bird's nest. "Dry Braised Shrimp Balls with Braised Steak" each has a steak and two old shrimp balls "Oyster King Original Abalone with Liao Ginseng" The abalone is quite large, the Liao ginseng is very fine, the abalone juice tastes good, but the food looks like Wet abalone, unlike dry abalone. "Signature Fried Fish Shreds with Dragon Beard" was a bit of a failure because it was too salty.

This hotel located in tsim sha shui (most ppl call it TST ) ,nice place and i love the carpark ,it is connected with local carpark so you can avoid the extra charges if you have a car in hk as its bit expensive, however its nice place to eat with family ,have some business meeting and make deal with clients or what so ever, luxury desgin and classic ,worth to visit it

It is a good hotel in Hong Kong, it is located in one of the largest shopping centers in Koowlon. It is worth visiting this place (internationally renowned shops)

SUPER SLOW CHECK IN!!!

Arrived the hotel at 14:45. There was a long waiting line to check-in (there were only two people at the check-in counter while seven other staff were at the concierge). Twenty-five mins after the wait, at 15:10, we were told that the room wouldn't be ready until 16:00 - 16:30. Came back at 16:15 to wait in line again to get the key, and of course, HK being HK, they let the white guy go in front of me because obviously his matter was more important than the Asian guy's room key. Great management and great hospitality MP HK! Well done!!!

I haven't had a buffet lunch at Cafe Marco for a long time. Now I am playing with long-legged crabs. The quality is good, much better than I imagined, and there are surprises. Desserts also occupy a lot of places, many types; ice cream also uses high-grade ice cream; fresh vegetables; hot food, cold cuts are also too many, choose. Drinks are also optional. Now I am making a credit card discount. If you are 55 or older, you will get a discount, a discount, a good meal, and it is worth trying. But when the discount is available, it is best to check it when you book.

Good location: Located in Harbour City, next to 1881, in front of the sea port, convenient for dining and shopping.

I booked a deluxe room with a promotion where I would receive a free upgrade to deluxe room harbour view, however upon checkin they gave me a super small room which had harbour view. Checking on their site it seems to be a lower graded superior room which was a lower grade than my original booking!!

After complaining I was able to get my room changed but had to wait for 4 hours later cause they said the hotel was fully booked. I was not compensated or apologized in any way leaving a bad impression.

Overall room was decent and clean. The design is a bit dated but well maintained. The harbour view was well worth the additional cost. However be careful as windows does not have a reflective film meaning that from the outside the rooms are clearly visible especially at night.

Have stayed here multiple times and it has always been good. Breakfast buffet is kind of pricey, but worth it as the variety and quality of the food is excellent.

The best place to be in Hong Kong. For shopping or business, that's the place.

The room is cleaned twice a day, and it also replenishes water, coffee and tea.
It's close to the ferry terminal, but it's a halfway place, so it's too close by taxi but it's quite a walk.

The service quality is very good, but too many mainland tourists are forced inside and outside the hotel.

As well as it is convenient for shopping by contacting Lane Crawford and Harbor View (shopping mall), it also has good access to Hong Kong Island, as the Star Ferry Terminal lives without crossing the road. MTR station is easy to go through the underground passage, but I will pass through the nearby shopping mall, but I think I can get used to it immediately. Because it is also a hotel (K2 route) via a free shuttle bus of Airport Express (AEX), it was convenient to Kowloon Station.

They had asked me to wait for 3 hours for nothing.. what a bad first day in hongkong.. contrary to qhat they say friendly staff.. hayz

There was a bottle of water that the first-hand guests had drunk in the room. No one listened to the housekeeping the first time, and someone listened the second time, but the attitude was not very good. The staff on the phone and the water delivery staff did not apologize. I thought this hotel is an old brand and should have good service and quality. I was disappointed with this 5-star hotel.
