The location of the hotel is great, just the closest hotel to Victoria Harbour
So a bunch of mainlanders have naturally dropped a lot
Jump in line, no line up, and there are endless situations
(When you are at CHECK IN, he will come directly and interject. I think the waiter is also used to it)

CHECK IN lined up for 30 minutes because the mainlanders in front used it for a long time
(It feels very bad, like I went to a low-end hotel)

Other locations, staff quality, and cleanliness are great

Another disadvantage is that there is no direct access to Harbour City. It is very troublesome to change the elevator.
Also choose to choose Gateway and Prince Edward next time
Near the subway station, there are fewer mainlanders

The hotel locates in down town of Hong Kong. Easy to go everywhere. Quick check in / out. Front office no matter bell or front desk perfect excellent service.

Location, facilities, breakfast, etc. are great, but the price is expensive.

Fantastic staying experience that I am celebrating my girlfriend birthday in the hotel. They arranged us a birthday cake and sing a birthday song for my girlfriend. Unbelievable hood!

Beautiful hotel. On the pricy side , but right on Canton road and next to Star ferry terminal. They have a great chinese up market restaurant called Ye Shanghai.

Reception staff were so friendly and provided a wonderful service! Thank you!

I like the location, but the room condition ... water quality .. ;; I do not know if it will suit the reputation and reputation of the hotel. And there were some items that were not equipped with slippers (I will bring them by room service). If you are coming to a private tour, I recommend you to go to another hotel. The hotel is old (40 years) by local standard but by no means worn out. Its location is excellent, next to the most popular shopping mall on one side and the harbor on the other. The perfect spot to look at Hong Kong Island across the water and light show/fireworks at the harbor

Since the Marco Polo restaurant makes a one-for-one discount, just a friend s birthday, so go for a try. Maybe because of the one-for-one purchase, the food is less, the quality is fresh but the taste is average, the best Only lobsters, so it should not be helped again!

Very convenient because it is located in a corner of a shopping mall. Just be aware that after the store closes, it's quite a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest convenience store.

If you have kids and need to use your stroller, DON'T come to this place. They don't let you use their stair elevator claiming it's for "handicap only". Such barbaric place.

It is a large-scale hotel, but it is a high-end hotel in Harbour City.

Good location which close to the shopping mall and harbour front. Nice view in room and worth to pay little more for upgrade to continental club. The food during cocktail is yummy. You can't eat those in other hotel club, such us pasta, noodle, peking duck. This is not my first time stay in club room, the staff always friendly and professional. They remember me which make me feel like home. Compare other 5 stars hotel, I like to stay in Continental club because of the warm service.

Oktoberfest has been running here for many years and really is quite unique in HK, a chance to see locals really let their hair down.

I have stayed at many hotels and if the beds are not great my knee, back and neck will hurt the next morning. On top of that my resting time will be close to 8 hours. But if I have a good night rest I only need 6 hours of sleep and all my body parts will feel great. This is the experience I got form Marco Polo not only they have amazing service and room was clean, their bed was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE I haven t had such a good sleep at a hotel for a very long while. Everyone was very polite and EXTREMELY accommodating. Great job!!!

Macro Polo Hotel located at the PRIME location of Tsim Sha Tsui, right above Harbour City, extremely convenient location. 2 minutes walk to Star Ferry Pier, 4 minutes walk to the closest MTR station. And the hotel close to large shopping malls like iSquare and K-11. Rooms are really clean and tidy.

The room is large, this price can live in this area, great value for money. Check out at the front desk quickly, get it in less than a minute.

Understated, elegant hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, boasting less well known but extremely good Italian and Japanese restaurants and well-trained staff.

From the hotel location to the attractions of Hong Kong are very convenient, you can take the subway, boat or bus, and connect with the Harbour City shopping shopping, but also convenient, suitable for the whole family to Hong Kong travel accommodation preferred place.

This place is great. Attached to the mall so there are tons of food places without even going outside ... Great location ... Amazing views. Service and rooms are just great. And everyone told me people from Hong Kong would be rude and they were so wrong. The people are great.

From the airport, take the Airport Express to Kowloon and take a free bus (K2 or not?) From there. A wide and spacious hotel in the depths. The lobby is connected to Lane Crawford on the southern end of Guangdong Road. It's close enough to stroll around Tsim Sha Tsui.

good location for shopping. old interior but large room

Very nice hotel! Right on the water near the star ferry to the main land (less than a min walk). Possibly the best place to take a picture of the city skyline at day or night! This is also where movies seem to premiere because toy story 4 characters and games were right outside to take pictures with and win prizes from. Room was very nice with a shower and a bathtub (separate not all in one) came with 2 complimentary water bottles which was nice because if the heat! Mini fridge was not too packed with stuff so it was easy to buy some beer at the 7 11 down the street and store it there to keep it cold for an evening drink. Bathrooms come with shaving kit, dental kit (toothbrush and tooth paste), cotton swabs, sanitary bag, shower cap, bar soaps, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. Rooms can be temp controlled. There is a power converter and several USB outlets to charge devices. Post cards of the skyline at different times of the day was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay here!

I totally enjoyed my frequent stays at the Marco Polo because the front desk knows me by name and will cater to all my needs without me asking. The rooms are huge by Hong Kong standards and furnished so well with a lovely writing desk for business travelers.
I simply love the harbor view and always try to stay in my room as it is so cosy and comfortable. The location is superb, it is close to shopping malls and most of the exquisite restaurants of Hong Kong.
The MTR is less than 7 minutes walk away and taxis are in abundance in this area.

In principal the hotel is not bad, food is still ok, but it's an quite old 5 star and there are so many new, better equipped hotels with same pricing. Nevertheless, located directly at the star ferry and you make easily walk on a sightseeing trip in TST.

It s a famous hotel of HK and it lives up to its reputation for great location in TST. Harbour is only a minute s waking distance and is surrounded by shopping malls. MTR is also 8 minutes away. Service was great as well. I really love the view from their sitting area near the parking lot on level 6/7 from where you can get a nice view of the harbour. Highly recommended.

Last week, I went to Marco Polo to help my girlfriend celebrate my birthday. I wanted to prepare a small surprise to arrange the room. When the reception staff heard it, I immediately offered a helper, listened carefully to my request and helped me, and finally surprised my girlfriend. I am very grateful. Everyone at the reception was cordial and polite, with a smile and a positive attitude.

Cucina ~ is an excellent restaurant with an ideal environment and a romantic atmosphere. The afternoon buffet lunch is good, dinner is better, it is a good choice for couples to eat.

Nice hotel, perfect interior, food has some western options that help a lot. Minor maintenance issues. Bathroom is good! Good option if for the area! The communication in English with the staff is really nice, including the staffs in the front desk, and most of them friendly and helpful.

Nice large room in a very convenient part of town. Bed is queen not king and next to service elevator is very noisy all night. However, everyone here is exceptionally nice and helpful. Very busy place!!

I spent one night here and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Service is world class. The decor and amenities are wonderful. Check in was fast and quick. The lobby is old school charming. My room did not face the harbor but did face the city. It cost more for a harbor view.

For a great harbor view, definitely stop in to visit the pool. The pool reminded me of Heasrt Castle but with a better view. I usually do not like public pools but I made an exception to enjoy this one. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The amenities in the room were beyond anything I expected. No Handy phone but all the places to charge electronic items was amazing. I looked in all the cabinets and was amazed at all items I found. Some items I discovered were the usual hair dryer to the unsual like a shoe buffer machine.

Their is a sliding door between the room and hallway entrance. I discovered it's a privacy door for the room and a cabinet where you can summon house keeping to pick items for cleaning etc. Place items in it, press a button, and someone will collect it.

The bathroom was really nice. Its not huge compared to newer hotels but it has everything laid out so 2 people can use the bathroom without getting in each other's way. Their is a make up vanity out in the main bedroom built into a desk. I like how the bathroom is all marble.

I would definitely stay here again. Only thing that would make me pause is the cost. You get a lot of amenities for what you pay for.

Excellent hotel for my frequent business trips to HK. I had a sneaky view of The Peak this last time.

good view. But experience typhoon and power down. No staffs inform us any update for 7 hours. Arrangements is not professional. At 10:30pm we bring luggage and walk down the staircase, it s a mess in the lobby also. We walked in the rain and transferred to other hotel finally.

This is a follow up review regarding the my recent stay at Marco Polo Hong Kong.

I would like to commend the on duty manager Sonia, who professionally handled and quickly resolved my complaints regarding my unpleasant experience.

Regardless, I would still like thank Sonia and the rest of the team for taking the effort to ensure that we had a comfortable stay for the rest of the trip.

Very good location as its right in the heart of HK mainland with many locations within walkable distance. Symphony of Stars view of HK island from Kowloon is a breathtaking attraction in HK and this hotel is 5 mins away from this location. Some of the rooms have the best view of HK island, however you might want to make sure you ask for it while booking as generally these are booked in advance throughout the year

The only drawback of staying here is that the nearest MTR (train) is a good 15mins walk, which might make you tiring, if you use it more often. I had it booked during my business trip and had to take the MTR service (return) everyday and this walk was slightly more than i wanted it to be.

Our family held a wedding lunch banquet here at 22/9/2018, just 6 days after the horrible typhoon!

There are 25 tables served in Chinese 8 ~courses meal. The price set is very reasonable. All dishes are big enough for the good appetites.

The Centenary Ballroom is a wide and elegant venue which can actually accommodate up to 28 tables.We have extra room outside the ballroom for a perfume booth near the reception.We had a personal wine serving area and even the mooncake corner(presented by the Hotel)there, THANK YOU
Lighting in the welcome entrance hall is warm and the ambience is sweet like home.

We had a long programme rundown during the banquet. All staffs are professional and patient and all our guests were well served. Floor managers are so helpful thus all things progressed smoothly. I supposed they should be highly praised.
As a mother of the bridegroom, I would highly recommend this Hotel...for rooms accommodation and also for big events.
