I spent a great two nights here, and the friendly and professional front desk service staff gave me a lot of help, no matter the boat or the MTR. The view of the hotel is great, clean and comfortable. I hope to have the opportunity to experience such a great service next time.

The Marco Polo Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is totally worth recommending to everyone. The room is upgraded to the 16th floor. The super beautiful Victoria Harbour view is in your eyes. The waiters are warm and friendly. Simple rest for two days.

Good harbour view from the Cucina italian restaurent. Nice place with good atmosphere. Food is good but not exceptional and a bit pricy.
The staff at the front desk can speak Japanese. There is a cell phone in the room (International calls are free) You can take it outside and use it.
Not a 5 star hotel anymore by far! Instead its a place packed with chinese mainland tourist hoards pushing and shoving. Tames forever to check in and no place to sit as even non hotel stayers shopping there just hang out on the hotel soffas and chairs .Management does not give a damn as they are packed. If you are A roller bagger you will be right at home otherwise avoid.

This is my second home, I pratically sleep here for 2 o 3 weeks during the last year. Good hotel in a nice location. Breakfast is ok and can ne improved as the cosmetic of the room. Need a refresh, let say. Anyhow is a good place, close to the subway and ferry hub.
I love the service and the complimentary smartphone where you can call for free and the internet is excellent.... The buffet is good and very convenient to stay with kids.....

The location of the hotel is quite good, you can go directly to the Harbour City without going out to shop, it is very convenient for tourists, the business is also very good, the lobby is always flowing. Need to pay attention to after 3:30 in the afternoon to be more secure, the province came early and the room was not packed and had to wait. The room is clean and comfortable.
