The last 2 days (21-22)of online class for my P1 baby,the 23rd of September will be official 1st day to School after almost 4 months since the last day in Mid-May at K3. Staycatin for my babies,love the atmosphere (Rainy days),lovely staffs,wonderful stay. Almost forgot,we stay at 11th floor the views? left side is Central Pier and the right side is Kowloon.

There are rooms on the 11th floor where you can smoke.

Great location. Great shopping location and mall is wonderful with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Lunch buffet is nice, with 25% discount offered by the restaurant.

It's a good hotel .Bathrooms are nice, and clean.Hotel staff is good though .

The location is very good as it is directly connected to Harbor City and close to the ferry terminal.
This time it was a basic room, so it was a shame that it was a unit bus.
If you want to enjoy the view, it is better to use harbor view. The city view can only be seen in the courtyard (?).

My hotel of choice in Hong Kong. It's worth it to upgrade to executive rooms. Conveniently located near all transport and fantastic shopping.

Located at the pier side - almost one end of the Canton Road, 10 mins walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station - all the way down the Haiphong Road and half way of the Canton Road. Always got mixed up with the other hotel (Gateway Hotel) at the other end of the Canton Road, even taxi driver. Hotel room is spacious and clean, nice view of the harbour if you booked the harbour view room. Staffs are friendly. You can find most of the high end luxury shops around as well expensive restaurants inside the mall while more local restaurants and shops are located at the other side of Nathan Road - like 15mins walking distance. If you intend to shop and eat only on Canton Road, that's a good choice.

The environment is comfortable and the reception staff are attentive and enthusiastic.

It is close to most shopping malls, theaters and stations in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room layout is shown in the figure

it's NYC hotel harbour view. parking available, safe secure comfortable

Stayed for years. The location is the best. Not contemporary. Old world. Service is great.

Extremely slow check in. They should send their staff for a typing course. Watching someone type with two fingers is most irritating
Then told that my room is not available yet - and I can leave my luggage and check back later. NOTE: It is 8:30PM in the evening - and the room is not available. I was not happy.

The clerk then backed off and a more efficient clerk took over. He offered me an UPGRADE to a Deluxe Suite - but did mention that the room faced the street and there was construction. I asked if I could still look out - he says you could probably. Well we get to the room and all the windows are pasted shut with sheets of paper - so an upgraded room with no View.

No porter assistance at all when you depart. We were lucky they held the door when we arrived. A total waste of money. It is interesting that the Manager cuts and pastes his same response to the "Good ratings" - while totally ignoring the real issues. So much for improving customer service when you don't want to face your issues.

A real waste of good dollars.

The environment is good, the sanitary conditions are good, and the service attitude is also very good.

I have frequently visit Hongkong and this time is my first at gateway marcopolo.
This time my trip is very nice ever before.

Overall nice hotel. Location is Ok, not as good as Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons, but manageable.

The official website needs to be registered first. The registration process keeps going wrong, and the registration always fails, which wastes my precious time.

Building a bit old and downstairs have too many tourist but prime location if you are looking for luxury brands shopping

Good and convenient location, good breakfast buffet. It can get really busy, so check-in may take some time.

The hotel was small but the stay was comfy and fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the room is very clean as well.

Ate at Nishimura restaurant and it was wonderful. The hotel had a strange smell likely due to the construction outside but it was nice and clean otherwise. The hotel and restaurant has a nice view of the harbor.

Good hotel to stay as it is clise to the Gateway Mall and branded shops. Itvus akso vlise to a big foodcourt at the basement. It is a goidxwslking distance to the harbor

The attitude at the front desk was bad, and there was no brain discrimination against mainlanders. The attitude of the front desk operator is also very poor. Hygienic conditions are very poor and there is no 5-star standard. Maybe you don't care, anyway, there is no shortage of mainlanders who send you money?

Still feeling luxurious, but slightly a bit old, convenient transportation, service standards are acceptable, but the taste of food is dare to compliment

Such an awesome hotel with good size rooms. It is situated at Harbour City and there are tons of shops and food outlets here... get ready to get lost! The hotel has a gym but situated at Marco Polo Hotel Prince. The hotel is also right on Canton Road and a 11 min walk to the Tsim Sat Tsui MTR. I would definitely come back. Convenient, especially if traveling with kids!

The room was large and clean. Convenient for shopping.

The service is great and the mall is really nearby so is the otjer shopping centers.

Great place to stay. I just wish they will put a bidet in the bathrooms.

Hong Kong is a luxury hotel near the Star Ferry Pier on Canton Road. Of course, the room also had a free Wi-Fi terminal that you can carry around outside the hotel. It is within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade of the night scene spot continuing from there. There is also an adjacent shopping center, which is quite offensive.
There are also several fine restaurants in the hotel. The atmosphere is good and delicious, but like Hong Kong, the price is exceptional. In addition, the night view from the parking lot is beautiful, but the tables and chairs placed are like those in the adjacent bar shop, and when you sit down you will come to order.

Comfortable, good service, close to all stores, also has its own gallery of shops, heated pool, Buffet breakfast was delicious, always Cantonese food is good.The room had a great view of Victoria Harbor.

Travel desk persons we're very supportive of touring the place..they were aware of all modes and all routes..the staff was cordial too..

Excellent location, you can take an Airport Express from the airport to Kowloon then the free shuttle to the hotel. he room is nice roomy but very slow internet connection almost unusable.

Not much of a view from the my room (odd number), only see the back of other buildings.

The complimentary mobile phone is great, unlimited local calls and internet. If have login with your account for anything don't forget to factory reset the phone before you leave.

Great place if you are coming in for an exhibition at HKTDC, a short walk from hotel to Star Ferry to Wanchai station and you are practically there.

Hotel nearby the Harbour. Easy to go everywhere. Room is big and reasonable. Check out smoothly.

The price of Hong Kong hotels is getting more expensive, but it is relatively big compared to the price.
In addition, recently renovated room condition improved.
Drinks are free in the minibar.

The food arrangement is different this time; more food is available. Unfortunately, the manpower is limited!

Really old hotel, hallways and rooms are super mouldy and smelly. If you want to harborfront of you you have to book in advance . Staff is very friendly they try to find you something suitable. Breakfast was OK but was ambiance from 80s. Conclusion, overpriced for what you get.

The check-in experience is very good, the front hall staff are friendly and courteous, the location is very convenient, will stay next time

Location is fabulous but hotel requires renovation specially standard rooms.

It is my second time here and I feel more comfortable and staff are kind.
