Front desk staff "Jimmy" is very nice for me and have good service, I stayed at 17FL Harbour View Room...comfortable and tidy...have nice harbour view, so happy for my Staycation !!

Anyway there are many kind people!
I will also support Japanese!

I want to use it in the future.

It is clean and spacious and has many types of breakfast, but it does not sound well. So it is a bit noisy.

Ideal location, 2 minutes from the TST Star ferry pier, and right amongst all the shops if that's your cup of tea. Rooms are stylish, clean and air conditioned, and the staff are keen to help- they even brought up a complimentary birthday cake to our room as for my brother's birthday! Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side if not already included, but then I'm sure it's not dissimilar to any other hotel here. No real views from our twin room, but I'm sure some of the rooms have a great view over the harbour. Not to be confused with the Gateway Marco Polo Hotel just up the street, as our taxi driver got it wrong!

It is used almost every year. I think the location is excellent as a base and personally great.

Staff was a huge reason why my stay here was excellent. There were staff waiting by the entrances to give you hand sanitizer and greet you every time you enter the hotel. They offered to take our bags during check in and check out and were very helpful. Rooms were amazing, though some of the components of the bathroom such as the bathtub and shower had a bit of an old appearance. The view is definitely worth it and the hotel itself gives off a luxurious atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. Rooms are very spacious and came with a smaller room to put suitcases and your bags. The pool is also very modern and the staff there provided us with towels and water when we were finished. Overall, it was a good experience and one of the better hotels to stay at if you are looking for affordability and a great view of the harbour.

The breakfast buffet is exquisite and extraordinary.

This stay on the executive floor is a pleasant experience!
Checked in at 3 pm, there were a lot of people in line. When I saw the customer service staff responsible for check out, I had just made a guest and there was no guest behind. I saw her leaving the counter. I thought she was going to another place. But he walked in front of me and invited me to check in at check out. It felt very friendly!
Then when he knew I was a member, he upgraded us to stay in a deluxe room and enjoyed the food on the executive floor!
We entered the room, the room was about 50 pings, the window overlooked Victoria Harbour, and the view was beautiful!
We dropped our luggage and went to the executive floor on the 17th floor for afternoon tea. The afternoon tea is very special. It has roll sandwiches, smoked salmon, muffins, cakes, Macron, buns, cheese, hot soup and salad. Quiet, we had a very satisfying afternoon tea!
After tasting afternoon tea, I went to the nearby Star Ferry Pier to admire the view of Victoria Harbour.
Then I took a break in the room and went to the executive floor on the 17th floor for dinner. As soon as we sat down, the waiter asked us what drinks we wanted. That night we drank champagne, white wine, red wine and coffee. The service was good and the food was delicious. The service on the executive floor is so good!
Go back to the room, open the window cloth, and take a closer look at the night view of Victoria Harbour.
I enjoyed a delicious breakfast again the next morning. I chose this five-star hotel as my next choice!

The buffet is a few low food, you can buy coupons as low as possible

Bad experience....We spend so much HKD to book 2 continental club rooms and when we went in they said "Children below 13 arent allowed" and i as the dad was like "no no no we will pay for the child to get in" but they said its the rules" BUT IN OTHER MARCO POLO HOTELS AND OTHER HOTELS BETTER THAN MARCO POLO ALLOW MY KID TO GET IN THE LOUNGE! so..we clearly had the "worst" experience on a glamourous hotel i wish on our next stay he would be able to get in because he cried and left a teary eye when i told him that and he now has a minor case of colds because he hadto go out just to eat. To the narco polo gateway managers please,Let children in if atleast 9 yrs old and above i am very disappointed with this matter.THANK YOU

Good location at star ferry and ocean center, rooms are already old, staff sometimes arrogant

My overall stay was great,room was nice and clean all staff I came in contact with was great everyone was friendly and helpful,it was very peaceful and quiet at night.

Close to the station and the port, this hotel is a convenient base for sightseeing.

Recently launched a special package for Hong Kong people, including afternoon tea, special evening drink, and breakfast. I give full marks and it is worth supporting

Rooms are larger than average in Hong Kong. The location is good but it's an old hotel with mold everywhere. Especially breakfast is the worst.

People there is very helpful and friendly. I went there to get trans portation to the airport, because my hotel didn't provide the service.

Excellent value for money, considering the high real estate prices in Hong Kong. Stayed twice before writing this review. Room was very clean. The complimentary "Handy" phone that I could bring out with me during my stay to serve as personal hotspot, was a great gadget to have. Breakfast quality is great.

request to have it at 8pm when check in.
Then called at 7pm to change the serve time to 7:30pm while staff said okay.
wait until 20:10, still nothing arrive and therefore called service hotline. no applogies, just reply will make it asap.

Perfect location, right next to the Harbor city shopping center, rooms were spacious, and facilities were outstanding. However, the staff's attitude was arrogant as is the norm in Hong Kong. Even though the prices were outrageous, they didn't even include breakfast in the fare

The front desk staff was very helpful and introduced many nearby restaurants. Check in at 1pm, the room is ready. Check in is fast, with free upgrade

Very nice hotel right on the Victoria Bay. Perfect for shopping in Harbor City. But also pretty expensive. Breakfast could have been included in both room rates. The smartphone is very good for any room with unlimited data volume and free calls to many countries.

Just after passing the gate, there are passengers who need to go to the airport. There are only two taxis outside the gate. It happens to be the No. 8 typhoon signal. The driver needs $500 to go to the airport, but the traffic has gradually returned to normal, and the Star Ferry Bus Station has just opened. By car, I told the staff to turn to Typhoon Signal No. 3 soon (about ten minutes have passed), and he also said that he knew, but why didn t he tell the passengers to know, the service industry should do more, and the passengers would have a better impression of there.

The rooms are neat and tidy, and the sea view room faces the Star Ferry, and the view is natural and charming.

Went here for conference in century room (i guess). The location is big enough and the all the staff are all smiling.

From the parking lot to the Bauhinia Hall on the fourth floor is quite difficult.

The hotel has a really nice design and it's location is close to many things like the metro station but there isn't anything special they offer you which is disappointing especially because it was quite expensive also there was a really foul smell on the floor where the restaurant was located which was seriously disgusting

Super hotel very well located in the center of Hong Kong, 2 steps from the night market. Certainly the rooms are very small but well appointed and functional with a breathtaking view of the city and the river. Clean and modern, well soundproofed, generous breakfast buffet. A great address in HK.

The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall / Harbor City. It is a pity that the front of the lobby is a regular shop and the waiting area is small. It is convenient to be connected to the ferry terminal for Macao just near the Star Ferry Terminal, but far from the subway station. It is general as facilities of hotel, but there was part which felt a little oldness. There was a free smartphone (handy) in the room, but the operation is slow and hard to use.
It was a little fun to have a yukata, probably because the Japanese knew it would stay. There were a few staff who could speak Japanese, but there was a sense of security as they came.
