I reserved a room with a view of the harbor for an important guest. He was traveling with his wife and two kids. The hotel took notice and gave him a free upgrade to a suite. He and his wife were so happy and enjoyed a lot of they brief stay in Hong Kong. Kudos to the hotel for their excellent hospitality
