Spacious room and great service from staff but really disappointed with check-in time as we have to wait for few hours before our room is ready(5 pm)

The front desk service is very professional and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and the whole space was very clean. It is very close to the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. I hope to have a chance to come again!

I am attending a wedding reception for my friend's children. The address is on the ground floor of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, 3 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. I can see the approximate location. However, the entrance to the hotel is not very clear. It is easy to misunderstand the exit of the parking lot. The overall service is OK and the service attitude is good. The interior can be said to be neat and tidy.

Professional, courteous staff at the check in and Restuarants within the Marco Polo HK Hotel. Try the Cucina Italian Restaurant. The rooms are clean, but it's time for renovation, tell tell signs of aging, maintain 5 star status

In a five-star hotel, the automatic door in the lobby didn't open, and he had to open two doors with his luggage full. There are several staircases after the entrance. The elevator is unavailable. You have to drag your luggage down the stairs. Fortunately, I moved halfway, and the guy in the lobby came to pick me up.

The hotel is very nice plus the fact that it's very near to the shopping mall and boutiques like chanel,prada,versace,burberry and some other brands..

In Tsim Sha Tsui, the location is very good.

The facilities seem a bit old, but the rooms are large for Hong Kong.
In addition, there is a sense of security because there is a Japanese staff.
Because it is adjacent to Harbor City, shopping is good and there are no subways or buses.

When staying in Hong Kong, I have stayed here only for 10 years. When I stayed the other day, check-in was too crowded. I think it is better to do something. But I want to continue to use it because the location is very good!

The hotel was a Classic five stars hotel with decent hotel service. I love the service in the front.that was so energetic. Room was big compared to other hotels.in Hong Kong

Very nice and good hotel. Rooms are spacious with both a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and everything is fresh !! Location is also great. With a rear exit directly in the shopping center so you can walk dry to the "Starferry" in bad weather !!

Staff was a huge reason why my stay here was excellent. There were staff waiting by the entrances to give you hand sanitizer and greet you every time you enter the hotel. They offered to take our bags during check in and check out and were very helpful. Rooms were amazing, though some of the components of the bathroom such as the bathtub and shower had a bit of an old appearance. The view is definitely worth it and the hotel itself gives off a luxurious atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. Rooms are very spacious and came with a smaller room to put suitcases and your bags. The pool is also very modern and the staff there provided us with towels and water when we were finished. Overall, it was a good experience and one of the better hotels to stay at if you are looking for affordability and a great view of the harbour.

The buffet at Cucina is quite good. A good selection of meats and cheeses, salads, and seafood. The barramundi main course was done really well. A great dessert selection as well, especially if you like Movenpick ice cream. Service was really good as well.

The rooptop parking area of this hotel is one of good places to see night view of Hong Kong Island.

I also like the friendly staff and good location breakfast.

I could use my mobile phone in my room and the international call was free !! Location was good for shopping and was convenient for access! The restaurant in the hotel was also delicious. "We are comfortable in the room?" A friend helped to book an executive floor room, which is really good value for money. There are many kinds of food, including Beijing roast duck. Not only is the waiter efficient, the female manager on the 17th floor helps to order food and arrange the itinerary, check out quickly, and the service is first-rate. I will stay here next time I come to Hong Kong

While on business, I stay at the HK Marco Polo. Overall a great experience. They have all the details covered and you feel like you are being taken special care of. They are real professionals working hard for their guests without breaking a sweat. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Located in the heart of it all.

It is hotel where we feel that place is good and is comfortable if we stay. It is between marco polo and prince, so it is the easiest place to get around in Harbor City. It is especially close to the city super on the 3rd floor, so it is easy to buy some main beaks on the way back to your accommodation. Room was well managed and cleanliness was good, too. It is recommended for those who want to shop / sightseeing in the center of Harbor City. (The subway station should be a 5-7 minute walk across Kowloon Park across the street, but not too far away, and the ferry should take a 5-7 minute walk to the clock tower, but it is not hard.)

Friendly staff. This is my anniversary trip and the hotel staff have prepared special amenity and deco in room. Very nice~~~~ good location for shopping and sightseeing.

The window is so small that there is no view but access to the mall is good. It's convenient to have a supermarket next door.

Hosted a party for 150+ people in their ground floor ballroom. Nice service, excellent food for the event. The hotel rooms feel a bit dated, but still recommend.

Stayed here for a week while on business travel, hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. Rooms were very nice and clean as well.
