We hadn't been here in a while, because the last time wasn't a good experience. I have to say..they have improved! Service out on the patio was great and food was excellent. We will go back!

The food we ordered was ok. But the glasses were dirty and all film. They to clean or replace all of the large beer glasses. And they charge to use ur credit card. Not going back there

Good food, good prices and good service. Would have given 5 stars but my bartender was super busy and therefore a bit slow. They could have easily had a second bartender and still been busy.

Mad Jack's is back! Fyi they have a new menu coming in August

Went for a few drinks late after a work event. It was quieter which was nice. Beer selection seemed good and the service was excellent. I would definitely be back.

I always like mad jacks but last night was a nightmare. This bartender and her boyfriend told us to shut up because we where speaking different language . Another rude bartender took my glass with my drink in it claiming that there was More

The adventure continues.
Almost an hour later we finally got our food. My husband's burger is burnt beyond being eatable.
Asked to talk to the manager. Tells us sorry they didn't have the beer we wanted...their being sold and the current owners quite ordering.
She did comp our meals.
Walking out manager is asking the other waitress if she can help our waitress, the waitress says "I can't help her...."
Worse dinning experience ever.

Food is subpar. Fries are always cold. Burgers are your safe bet

Our bartender, Kaila was awesome. She kept our drinks coming. When we ordered food she offered suggestions. She was very friendly.....even told me how to get rid of this cold I have. Will come back to see her again. Great staff!!

Fun gameday environment. Food and drinks were good and affordable! Had a good time :)

Had lunch today 3/11/20, ordered buffalo chicken flat bread. Actually received barbecue flatbread so had to wait for the buffalo chicken which I understand that happens. Got the buffalo chicken, little to NO buffalo sauce, missing blue cheese crumbles and bones in the chicken. When I told the waitress about the bones she said well its rotisserie chicken and that can happen.... really? The chicken was terrible tasting also with grizzle and dark meat. Ended up having a upset stomach for many hours. The other person that was with me ordered a grilled caprise, center of chicken didn't look done, tasted ok but she ended up also getting sick. Will not be going back.

Solid place! Servers were hustling, beer was cold. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the food was really plain. No spice or zing just heavy greasy average bar food.
Would go back again for drinks.

Terrible customer service. Had to find a server to seat us and she acted like we were inconveniencing her. Told the server we needed just a couple minutes to look at the menu and she never came back. My husband had to go to the kitchen to ask if someone could take our order and a few minutes later we see our server at the table next to us so my husband says excuse me, can you take our order and she said, I'll be with you in a minute. The buffalo chicken sandwich i had tasted like they slapped a piece of cheese on it and poured hot sauce over it, not cooked in with flavor but the bun was awesome. Hubby's steak was good. Highlight was actually the live music, wish i knew their name, guy and girl doing a lot of 80s cover, great voices.

So far not impressed.

Our waitress finally came after us sitting for 10 minutes.
She told us she's working three sections and they didn't schedule well for today.

Went in during the afternoon for beer and maybe an appetizer. Sat down at the bar with no one working. I had to tell to the back to get service. Asked for a bud in a bottle the bartender popped one open and gave it to me with no napkin or option for a glass. Never saw her again when I needed a refill. Never offered a menu either so I left. Before I left I asked to be cashed out and someone from the back just yelled out 4 dollars. I left the money on the bar and left. Worst service I have ever experienced. Also there was plates with food from past customers left on the tables around me the whole time. Will never go back avoid this place.

I went to Mad Jacks because a co-worker lives close. We had such a good time. The wait staff was very friendly, the food was good and the manager was super nice. I even won playing pull tabs that day which was the first time I've ever won. I'd recommend Mad Jacks to my friends/family.

Nice place. Was understaffed, but food was fine and price as well.

Great little bar . Food is a "C+". Service is outstanding. Decor is sporty and clean. Restrooms are always clean.

First of all, I'm not one to really ever complain about places and will usually give them a few chances before I decide on the rating. But I have been to this bar three times and every single time I have ordered a drink the glasses I get look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Again I wasn't too upset the first time and they actually comped my drink and replaced it. However the last time I went in there we ordered a pizza and bit into a plastic wrapper baked into the cheese. Quite honestly the only reason I gave this establishment two stars was because the manager was always quick to try and right the wrongs. The food is also pretty good, I just feel that the staff in the kitchen and some of the waiting staff needs to be more attentive and consistent with their cleanliness of their workplace.

I've been here a few times and each time the service is great, food is wonderful, and the staff always has a smile. Great for a quick lunch or dinner!

horriable place to have lunch & the waitress dont listen to you when talking the order & over priced food!!!!!!!!! The manager is a jurk & will not refund my money but told me a $10.00 gift card are you kidding me over a $60.00 bill could of went to mc'ds & got better service. There was hair in my food & they put hot green peppers on my food & I told her make sure there not on there as I am highly allergic This was a take out order & the manager I believe name was Pat basically told me to suck it up & there isnt anything more he can do unless I bring the food back really excepting outside food & this would mean I would be over my lunch brake & would get written up I am also reporting them to the BBB

My complaint is not with the restaurant itself... I've spent a few evenings there, and the food was quite good, the service ok. But I've emailed an inquiry THREE TIMES through the Mad Jack's website and have been rudely ignored every time. If you're going to make emailing your venue through your website an option, then have the courtesy to respond. Very annoying... enough to sour me on Mad Jack's going forward. (I had just asked a simple question, whether they sometimes offered live entertainment. I had only seen karaoke there, but a friend said he saw a live performer one evening. Being a musician myself, I thought I'd check it out, as I couldn't find anything on the website about it.)

My server, Sammi, suggested the rotisserie chicken sandwich. It was moist and delicious. Sammi was very friendly, and took great care of us.

It got fairly busy on the patio, the happy hour was very nice

Awesome place to go for happy hour! Great drinks, great cheese curds, and great staff!! Jess is the best waitress and keeps us coming back!

I am in Hotel Management and recently transferred to the area. I heard of this place and suggested it often to my guests.. Then, I went for myself.. The bar staff was not friendly. I asked for two cups of soup to go- they seemed very inconvinced by this. (I guess it was 5 minutes before last call for food though they never asked). They eventually brought soups saying they're hot and they "put them in the microwave" THEY WERE NOT HOT, though they said they were. I asked to take the soup off of my tab (once my card was ran) and they were not. They simply deleted it so my ticket doesn't show it. I was waiting for a voided ticket then a RE-ring. It's not the money that matters to me is the principal of it... they never deleted the transaction, so they charged me for soup that I never ate. Also, they served me two drinks in broken glasses.

I am sure great place to have a drink ONLY... And this was at the Vadnais Heights local, so I can only speak for this location. First, how about greeting your guests with in the first 5 minutes, I know it was a Tuesday evening and the place was so NOT busy. Second how about the waitress make sure she lets the guests knows she cares, saw her twice and finally how about NOT putting stale onion strings that have been sitting in your deep frying for who knows how long, on a special burger. I would have had a better meal and service from Wendys across the street. Horrible experience all around, I will not go back.

Best deep fried pickles I've ever had. Friendly inviting customer service. They only have a few vegan items but just ask for no meat option.

We went for lunch and the food wasn't very good. The French Onion soup was so peppery we couldn't even stand it. Our lips were burning. The wings were just ok, but you don't get many for the price. I got the artichoke chicken sandwich and it was about half the size as the last time we went. It tasted just ok. For the price you should get more and it should taste better.

I absolutely love how humbled this place is. Met my favorite uncle there for a uncle and niece day

During this covid condition. The employees barely had their masks on. The customers once they were in. Were walking around with no masks. The staff said nothing. There was no social distance

Great for appetizers (especially during happy hour). Entrees leave something to be desired though, as does service .
