I am sure great place to have a drink ONLY... And this was at the Vadnais Heights local, so I can only speak for this location. First, how about greeting your guests with in the first 5 minutes, I know it was a Tuesday evening and the place was so NOT busy. Second how about the waitress make sure she lets the guests knows she cares, saw her twice and finally how about NOT putting stale onion strings that have been sitting in your deep frying for who knows how long, on a special burger. I would have had a better meal and service from Wendys across the street. Horrible experience all around, I will not go back.
