Pretty disappointing. I had a red flag when when going in. One they say no electronics in the bar so you have to lock it away. This is so you are forced to pay for pictures and can't show off the bars 150s square foot area. I didn't expect much to be honest but going on a Thursday night and only seeing two other patrons I was let down. The ice work is really nice and the Ice glass is a nice touch. After seeing the other reviews for $15 drinks I did their premium service. So for entry and two drinks /$40. So in the end two drinks and I got to check out the ice carvings. Not exactly worth it.

The food and service were above our expectations. I truly liked the vibes of this spot. Excellent place to take my family out for lunch.

beer was cold and food was OK. People were pretty drunk for 600pm, so seems like a place the locals go to to get wasted.

First walked in looked cool! neat!. Then big Not.. Lobster crane game grossed us out... Asked a Coke got a Pepsi hate Pepsi had I known would have asked for something else. A good bartender or waitress would have said you have Pepsi or off brand. Asked for a table 3 times finally got one and there were many open the wait so long for a server decided to leave, which at this time a server acknowledged us from across the room ... We said don't worry we were not staying and I decided to not use the restroom after another gal in my party was grossed out and took pics.. First and last time for this gal to ever enter this place.. We left our beverages on the table half full, we just wanted out.. I washed dishes cooked and waitresses for many years in many places in a booming tourist town. Bad staff, no hostess present except when we first walked in... Bartender nice but should know to say Coke a Cola was not available... When specifically asked for that, not a Cola but a Coke. That would be like giving bourbon when whiskey was requested they are close but not the same... Only spicy cheese served with pretzels sticks come on? pretzels are mustard or cheese not queso, open the purse strings and get a can. You missed out on 4 dinners and drinks not only tonight but will never be recommended.. That is not good.. And the lobster crane YUCK how long are they in that tank in their own yuck and stressing out as they are being grabbed at by a claw game...very poor taste.. Even the eating out shows on cable say that is gross and inhumane..thank God chickens and cows can't fit.... Get it together people... If I could give negative stars for a rating I would. Response to owner I asked for something else for the pretzels and was TOLD BY BARTENDER there was nothing else... The crane game is opinion to do what you wish the other things No excuse.

This is a good place and the clowns that have written bad reviews (and can't spell) seem like they just want free food and drink. I recommend this establishment for food and drink!

Decent food and great servers. The chef made me shrimp quesadillas even though they weren't on the menu.

Enjoyed eating here. Great service, good eats. You definitely wouldn't miss a play from any game your watching here, so if your into sports, this is the place to grab a bite and a pint.

After reopening the food went way down. Staff is good. Environment is good. Food used to be awesome. Miss the rotisserie chicken. Now it's like chicken in a can.

Got a kinda skunky beer, they took it back and brought me a new one free of charge, very good service! Definitely recommend!

Went here on a Saturday night karaoke. It was ok. The bartender was nice but it definitely wasn't poppin till 1am which coming from uptown was a big switch

It is a great sports bar & grill. Not too loud, has TVs at each booth.

Place is decent staff sucks most of the server's are dumb or ugly, don't waste your time.

Food was good , order 2nd drink , she said oh, about 10 mins later ask where it was and was told she had to wait for it to come up at bar even though it was sitting there ,she came back and said oh it just arrived when I got there, ,she lied I watched her go to bar and put a straw in it and come give it to me ....lied all the while

Horrible service at bar. No customers, bartender on phone, very weak drinks at downtown prices.
Very dirty, would not eat food from that location.

All I had to do was to stop in for an emergency #2... Well, the bathrooms were so ridden with piss on the floor, stuff in the toilet, men's of course, but I chose to chance of messing myself rather than do my business there.

THE LAST TIME I WAS IN A RESTAURANT IN THIS BUILDING WAS 20 YEARS AGO. IT APPEARED AS THOUGHT NOTHING HAS BEEN CLEANED SINCE I WAS LAST IN THERE. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. THERE WAS A BUNCH IN THEIR DRINKING. I HOPE THEY STUCK TO BOTTLED BEER. HOPE TO NEVER RETURN UNTIL THE BUILDING IS TORN DOWN SO IT CAN HAVE A FRESH CLEAN START !

Great place. I've eaten here twice and have been very impressed!!

We ate outside on the patio because of Covid concerns. Walking through the restaurant we saw no one wearing a mask--servers and patrons. There was no social distancing inside and patrons were standing close to our table. We moved to another table. I will not go back because this restaurant doesn't care about keeping patrons or servers safe.

Went here for mothers day, got seated on the patio with menus and asked what we wanted to drink. 10 - 15 min went by and we just watched the poor waitress try to manage the whole patio as she did not have any help. When she finally made it back to us we were told we cannot order food and only have the buffett. As we were in line for the buffet (it was being restocked) we saw burgers and regular orders come out. Poorly managed.... Poor Experience...

Website doesn't work on my PC or cell phone, called there 3 times and never got an answer, also my credit card information was stolen from here, and It was not used for the last 2 weeks. super disappointed

Absolutely horrible place. Cat called by a man sitting at the bar from the moment I walked in. Tried to order a drink and was completely ignored by the bartender. The place was not busy at all.

We were there is afternoon for lunch our server was awesome she keep.coming back and make sure that we had everything usually it takes a server longer to come back to our table this one was awesome

Today my husband and I came in for a quick bowl of soup for a late lunch. We stood at the front and many staff members looked but no one offered to seat us. I finally grabbed a couple menus to seat ourselves. My husband has a walking disability so we looked at the top level of the restaurant first but there were no clean booths. We found a booth on the bottom level. We sat and waited quite awhile. I saw at least 2 servers look at us. Finally a server came down to wait on another table next to us and stopped by to tell us it was shift change and she would let our server know we were here. When our server came it was someone who had looked at us several times. She stated this area was closed. I explained there had been no one to seat us and dirty booths above. She did take care of us but stayed crabby the whole time. We got hot food and never saw her again. I sat with my card out for awhile to pay but finally put some cash on the table and left.

Wide variety of tasty food and a great place to watch the game or do some karaoke if you're so inclined.

I've only been here during off hours while it's fairly slow and quiet but great staff and food when we make it in and always nice drink specials

Good happy hour deals, but the service left a bit to be desired.

First time back with the new management. My only notch is that there is no hostess really and they seem to be a bit laid back in regards to service compared to an Applebees. You could walk right in and it may be a while before anyone notices you or greets you in regards to seating. A lot more rowdy folks with the bar service but I'm sure this is their #1 source of revenue. But overall, the Pizza is great, prices are good and food/apps were fantastic.

The "night shift manager", by the name of Brandon, kicked me and my friend out of the bar because I passed gas. Even though i had apologized immediately after doing so to the only person near me... the "night shift manager".

Worst breakfast ever! Won't order breakfast there again.
