Beautiful hotel and rooms for a decent price. GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION. Free shuttle. Friendly staff. However, the breakfast buffet at Burdick's was not worth $14.
The beds are comfy and the building is really really nice. Probably the nicest building I've seen so far in Kalamazoo....
The food and atmosphere are great for a night out in Kalamazoo.
Usually have a great experience here. This time I had to wait 3 hours after check-in until my upgrade was ready.
Door-Chan appreciates the kindness, courtesy and friendliness of the hotel staff during anime convention week! The hotel all around is amazing and can t wait to be back again!
Very nice, clean, and open hotel. Did not see one piece of trash on the floor, and the bathrooms were very clean as well. The elevators require a guest card for added security, which is a plus. The hotel has it's own dedicated parking garage complete with a skywalk to the main building. There are several nice stores within the hotel lobby area to shop at, along with a few restaurants.
Terrific staff! Wonderful food! A fantastic venue. The room looked amazing! Everything was perfect!
It is a great place to stay. Everything you is kept very clean and orderly.
Second time here and once again I was not disappointed LOVE IT HERE !!!
Attended a high school reunion at Old Burdick's. It was a good venue for the event.
Best hotel in Kalamazoo. Great downtown location with awesome rooms.
Food was not as expected and could use some changing. One dinner had three seperate pasta meals and would have liked to have seen some consolidation
The Radisson is probably the nicest hotel in the area, although the rooms could be a little more updated. Very nice place with modern ammenities. Starbucks and some shopping within- located in downtown Kalamazoo; walking distance to just about everything one can think of.
Stayed for a romantic Valentine's day special and it was so much fun. The food options were great in and around the hotel, and the hotel service set everything up really nicely. Clean rooms and nice tubs in a pleasant area. Would recommend to friends.
I attended a wedding reception at the Radisson Plaza and was quite pleased with the service, food, and drinks.
First class all the way. A jewel in the heart of Kalamazoo
No water pressure, no continental breakfast, and no complimentary coffee in the lobby.
You read that right.... no free coffee in the lobby.
Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic service. Very nice pool and hot tub to relax in.
Very nice hotel. I was thrilled to be able to stay in the same room as I booked an extra night last minute. Perfect work conference venue. Excellent restaurants are in walking distance. Loved the deep bathtub. Very clean and comfortable room. For being right "in the city" I felt very safe. Only inconvenience is the parking structure across the street.
I attended the portage northern prom The location was beautiful
The service was very fast and three food was excellent. Great looking place.
Great facility & great service - very professional!!
Hotel staff was amazing. Pool is great for families and kids with a large hot tub. Very very long wait in the restaurant for food. Rooms are dated and need some updating but overall a very nice stay.
Our group is very well treated here, and the banquet food is great!
Beautiful hotel. Very clean and beautifully decorated.
A beautiful lobby, and great rooms. Really enjoyed my stay
It was great, everything was great, fancy, good food, awesome.
Just the best place...cozy, friendly, comfy, clean, fun...in the heart of Kzoo
I ate at burdicks. It was AMAZING. Highly recommend
The Radisson hotel is a very nice place to stay. They let us check in at 10am and were very friendly. The room was clean and everything that was advertised.
Location is geat. Close to everything downtown. For the price the rooms are just ok. Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean and up to date.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kalamazoo. This is in a prime location in the hart of the city and the staff is so warm, welcoming and housekeeping was accomadating! I can't wait for my next stay. Love the rooms too!
Usual good service. Nothing stellar, but not bad either.
My husband and I arrived at the hotel at around 5:00 and were told our room wasn t ready. It took a little over an hour of waiting before it was finally ready. We went up to our room which had a whirlpool tub. The first thing we noticed was how dirty the tub was. There was a lot of hair and stuff in it. We had to have them clean it properly. Kinda made me not want to use the tub we paid extra for.
After finally having a clean, available room to get ready for my event in, I ordered a bottle of champagne to have sent up to my room at 10:00 that evening so it would be there when we returned. We were told it would be on ice with glasses, and it was not. It was sitting on our table sweating and getting warm. To top it off, it wasn t even the kind we ordered.
After a less than ideal stay, I was ready to leave. I waited outside for valet to bring me my car, and watched the guy stall my car in the middle of the intersection while making a left turn. Would be nice to know that their valet can t drive a manual before handing over my keys. I would have parked it myself. Not impressed!
I have been to the Radisson twice, once just passing through to get dinner at one of the restaurants and the other was for an expo. Both times I had nothing but a good experience and had no issues. Since the building is so large it can be hard to navigate, but the employees are always very helpful and friendly.
Took my date to Zazio's before prom and the dinner was lovely. Restaurant has a great calm ambience and the food was great.
Found the staff extremely friendly!! Loved all the food at Burdicks. We took advantage of an upgrade the front desk offered us during check in and we're extremely satisfied until we found the "sketchy" chair...
Walking distance from anything downtown. Friendly staff.
We went for dinner at Burdick's. Dinner was great, atmosphere was great, service was good, cocktails were okay. They're using this weird card reader contraption to process orders and payments and make you pay at the table now. Kind of weird, because previously the server would take your card and leave the table, now they stand there for 15 minutes processing your payments.
Best place in town. Great bar, Starbucks on site, consierge lounge etc... Jessica B is the best!
We had the best experience checking in. Kenneth went above and beyond, extremely personable! We will definitely be coming back!
Thank you for the great experience!
The lobby is a lovely and hospitable area for social gatherings and professional events.
Went to Ol Burdicks. Good service at a nice sports bar.
Attended a work event. Great space. Friendly and efficient staff.
Over priced for the quality. Charged $20 for parking
We were assaulted in the hotel lobby by three people who weren t even staying here while waiting for pizza. The staff here is complete jokes and did nothing to stop the altercation. In fact their security escalated things while the front girl Dominique told us to drop the fact that we were attacked and don t call the cops. Not very professional especially when we were victims staying at your hotel and you did NOTHING. I would never recommend this place to another person to stay and that s pretty sad seeing as I always wanted to stay here before I was an alumni. We were not impressed in the slightest, no hospitality, no real security and a bunch of untrained, unprofessional workers.
Room and resturant were AWESOME. great staff especially the controller Ron.
Because they have bed begs and don't tell the guest most of the room their do.
Love the pool and locker room area! The only issues were parking and figuring out my way around the massive Lobby.
I ve stayed here several times before for a state level conference. It s always been a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. Parking is easy in the structure across the street. The entire facility makes for a pleasant stay.
Finally I found a place with too many goats for my liking.
Went for a Holiday Dinner with some colleagues. I had the smoked chicken burrito. The thing was the size of my entire forearm and was delicious from end to end. The service was great. Since we called ahead our waitress was dedicated to our table only. She was at the table every 10-15 minutes asking if we needed anything. Overall everyone had a great time and this may be a new work holiday tradition.
Will definitely visit again.
Wow what a beautiful hotel to stay in! I couldn t believe that hotel is as old as it is with how well kept it is and how modern it looks! The hotel is well stocked with restaurants, bars, and shops and really gives off a nice luxury feel.
We were there for a conference with over 1000 in attendance. The hotel staff had everything running smoothly. It was perfect.
I attended an awards event, the staff was professional and courteous with warm welcoming smiles.
Try to reserve a room but the hotel sells out when they know a big group has held rooms for their group. Don't plan your groups at this hotel. They don't know how to reserve.
