The service was not very good. Restaurant empty, took 20 minutes to get a beer. Waitress seemed annoyed that we were there. Giving it two stars over 1 for the decent beer selection.

Boyfriend ordered food from them which took long and ended up making us the wrong stuff. Called to speak to manager and he was very careless of the matter. He basically said there was nothing he could do and told us that the cook n server said it was buffalo chicken wraps, when in fact it was not. Not very happy with mad jacks and it was my first time getting food from them. Never again!

Even though they didn't let me win at bingo, our waitress was a hoot and everything was great!!

Terrible service. Server never checked back to see if we needed refills. When they did it took over 15 minutes to get our beverages. Never checked to see if food was good or we needed anything. Also was not busy.

Good customer service , My friend went $75 I say the name of 15 definitely don't want you wonder money and in name of it

Spent many a summer night on the patio with coworkers drinking cold beers and eating baskets of fries. The prices were right and the bar is awesome. Love this place

Food wasn't good. Waitress was abrupt rude. Not that many people but had to wait for a long time for the food. Was hoping that after reopening, it would be good. Should be called Bad Jack's!

Always get fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. Second best deep fried pickles in the state. Sorry nothing can beat State Fair pickles. Depending on the day and time may have to wait a little for a table and or food.

Happy Hour drinks and food. Chips and cheese.. Good

I HAVE THE CHICKEN K CDS,##AND IT HAVE BONES AND CHICKEN SKIN IN IT, AND LOOK LIKE THE CHICKEN WAS LEFT OVER FROM A ROAST CHICKEN, AND THEY JUST TREADED IT WITH THERE HANDS, I guess I'll be sticking with applebee's

Valentine's day lunch instead of dinner. The service was excellent! Our food was super tasty! We ordered a appetizer pretzel sticks, very tasty. Hubby ordered the Jack's signature sandwich with waffle fries -super crispy and not oily tasting and I ordered soup -nice creamy chicken wild rice & salad. We will definitely be back for lunch again

Had the Worst experience ever at the Brooklyn Park location. We were sitting for 20 minutes without being given any water or drinks. There were ants crawling on the 1st table we were seated at. We sat there so long without a waiter we decided to move by the bar where another customer pointed out to the bar tender that we've been sitting for a while without service. By the time we finally recieved water, we'd had enough and headed to Applebees where we were served within 3 minutes of being seated!! Now that's service!

We rented a room here recently for a gender reveal party. Service was amazing. Eric and Allie were on top of everything. Room was perfect size, pizza was delicious. Overall our entire party enjoyed the location and staff.

Use to be a very nice place until they hired a New manager ! They are loosing ALOT of customers. Other then that it's a nice place!

This place has ok food but bad service and bad taste

Due to the last review as a bar patron who enjoys coming here I don t approcaite the slander and was here for my birthday at a table and Witnessed this so called Jeff horribale name by the way... he wasn t in mad jack for 15 mins waiting to be acknowledged by the bartender she was attentive to his friend as he showed up before him and asked him if he needed anything before he said were leaving after waiting for no more then 3 mins! We appreciate the friendly staff & great customer service! We appreciate the staff for all they do to make us feel welcome day in and out.

Great food, good happy hour, fair prices, gangster bar sometimes

Ordered the Mad Meat pizza today. It was the best pizza I've had in a long time. I don't usually order pizza here. Usually I get burgers. The staff are always attentive, food is good and the atmosphere pleasant. I've never had a bad experience here. Awesome place.

If you come to Mad Jacks you should for surly have Jessica as your server! This place is amazing as is, but she is a phanomina server and she really takes care of her guest. I love having her as a server. She is the best! She has made every one of my visits extra special! Ask or Jessica or sit at the tables in the bar on Tuesdays to have the best service possible!

Service was intermittent and friendly. Can't comment on the food because I only had a diet Pepsi. The atmosphere was nice. I could see myself stopping in again.....I heard they have karaoke Saturday nights.....

I didn t even get a drink for 2 hours and I didn t get food for 3 hours The claw machine is rigged so you can t get anything DO NOT WASTE MONEY

The experience was about what you would expect from a bar and grill. The drinks were good and plentiful but the food could have been better. The chicken and wild rice soup, while tasty, was cold when it got to the table and also had a small chicken bone in it. The buffalo chicken flat bread was soggy and didn't have that much flavor. The TV's always have some kind of sport on to watch so you at least had something to do but I don't feel a large desire to come back any time soon.

Service was terrible however they offered gift card in mail which I have yet to receive. I received the gift card today, thank you for making this issue now corrected.

Actually did karoki for the first time!!!...good times and fun to be had!!!...food was up to par as well....

Extremely impressed! Showed up last minute for Vikings playoff game. They accommodated a table of 8 in an already pretty full place. Kim was our server (Abby was back up). Huge kudos to the amazing job they both did with the very busy atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience

Always great, awesome staff, great food, really good service and atmosphere. ( try the breakfast menu on the weekends or grown up Mac and cheese)

It's a nice bar to meet some really cool people if that's what your looking for. Inquired with a waitress about possibly having my birthday party here and she advised against it "unless I only want to listen to country music" Because according to her that's all that is played here. I'm fine with country but I don't think she was being truthful.
