My complaint is not with the restaurant itself... I've spent a few evenings there, and the food was quite good, the service ok. But I've emailed an inquiry THREE TIMES through the Mad Jack's website and have been rudely ignored every time. If you're going to make emailing your venue through your website an option, then have the courtesy to respond. Very annoying... enough to sour me on Mad Jack's going forward. (I had just asked a simple question, whether they sometimes offered live entertainment. I had only seen karaoke there, but a friend said he saw a live performer one evening. Being a musician myself, I thought I'd check it out, as I couldn't find anything on the website about it.)
